"That voice..... Now I understand everything!"
"LET IN.... LET IN.... LET IN!!!"
Rowan's eyes opened inside the mory of Primordial Life, and instantly, he knew this was sothing that an immortal was not supposed to be able to do, at least not at the sixth-dinsional level. Maybe an Old One would be able to endure for a while, but even they would not be able to swallow all of this information.
From the little that he had gleaned from Elura and Seed, entering the mory of Primordial Life should have guided him on the path of mory, linking him to his roots and providing the tools he needed to grasp thus elusive dinsion, and the truth was that they had succeeded, but not in the way that any of them could have imagined.
Rowan was linked to the bloodline of Primordial Life, that was true enough, but he had long ago exceeded the boundary that this Primordial had placed on his descendants or any other immortal in reality, and entering the mory of this Primordial, he was not a child that was entering the house of his father to receive wisdom, instead, he was an aggressive competitor that had been brought into the center of his opponent's power. Although the price he had paid to reach here was grievous, Maeve had given her life for him to succeed, and the mory of her loss hurt, there were few who knew him as a child, and now the last of those people were gone.
That pain settled in his heart like a vise, and perhaps he would have been more gentle when he began to exploit the mory of Primordial Life, he had gained what he ca for, he could leave, but Rowan was no longer satisfied with hiding his head under the sand.
The actions of Seed and Elura had shown him what reality would treat him and those he cared about, and that was because they did not understand who they were dealing with, and if he continued on his path, they never would, it would simply be an endless cycle of ever-escalating responses to his elusiveness, until they approached his limits and by then, Rowan wondered if he would be able to check himself again.
No, it was ti to change the playbook. He had gained the path of mory, and soon Fate and Destiny would be his to control, and there was no longer a reason to hide his light.
He was not an immortal, he was sothing more.
Rowan no longer hesitated in his grasp for the truth, instead of leaving the mory of Primordial Life, he plunged deeper into the ocean, his body crossing billions of light. years in a fraction of a mont as he went deeper than anyone had ever gone until he was approaching what felt like the core of this Primordial and then he opened himself to it.
He was crushed, shattered, every piece of him was destroyed, but Rowan laughed, even now he was simulating the responses that a normal immortal of this realm would receive and he released his guise, and although his bloodlines and class were still dormant, he was not sothing that reality, even the Primordials themselves could simply crush.
As he opened himself to reality, existence began to lack aning, weight, ti, space, heat, death, emotions, life... they all sought out a part of him, but there was nothing to hold.
Rowan could feel the weight of the Primordial existence slowly reassert itself and began to creep closer to him, but he had bought himself ti, and so he pushed deeper into the mory and he saw....
He had received enlightennt as a mortal inside the Fracture, and now that he had awakened as an immortal, he had pushed himself into an environnt that was so high leveled that he was like a mortal inside the realms of an immortal again.
But the truth could only be found when you searched for it. Rowan felt his Will resonate with this sentint and the Will of Truth stepped fully into the sixth dinsion.
Unlike other immortals that ascends to the higher dinsion by following their Will, Rowan seed to be the opposite, his Wills were chasing his ascension, proving that he had broken the thod created by the Primordials to reach higher dinsional levels, he no longer needed that crutch.
There was no way his mind could comprehend everything that was flowing past him, there was too much information, and a fraction of it would fill up reality until it overflowed, but Rowan's soul could grab screenshots of infinity, and as he kept taking these slices of information and not even trying to digest them, doing so may leave him out of commission for hundreds of minor eras as he sought to understand, he was simply letting them wash through his consciousness, hoping to piece together all the random pieces that he was grabbing, and like a miracle, he gained enlightennt. He was like that blind man who had never seen an elephant before, and was touching various parts of it without knowing what everything was like in full, but enlightennt suddenly placed a picture of that scattered parts of the elephant together and even without seeing an elephant before now, he was able to accurately grasp its features. However, the picture that his enlightennt showed him was grim, however, Rowan understood that he might have just found out one of the greatest secrets in all of existence, and even for him, it was hard to believe what he had just uncovered.
As a Creator and Living dinsion, Rowan had access to so many details about existence and all the interconnected forces within it, that at the mont he stepped Into the fourth dinsion of Ti, he automatically beca a fifth-dinsional entity of Space-Ti.
He would boast that he knew everything about reality up to a level, being that he was that said-reality, however, he was discovering that what he knew was just one aspect of reality!
Ti, Space, and mory were connected in such a deep manner but he was only applying his powers to a single aspect of it and disregarding the rest, for other immortals that was the right move, there was no way they could access more, it was like telling an ant to walk in space, but this rule was not for him.
When he was copying the Supre Circle, he had been stumped by many parts of it, and was not able to fully comprehend it, without the powers of his supre bloodlines and Wills that enabled him to achieve miracles far above his dinsional level, he would never be able to achieve a fraction of what he was capable of, and Rowan was finally understanding the reason.
A Primordial sees no difference between the past, present and the future, they could live at all of these monts at the sa ti. Life and Death were aningless to them, existence and non-existence were both sides of the sa coin, and yet, they were still bound by these rules, because what they knew was not....
Rowan reached for this knowledge but he could not attain it in full, there was too much for him to hold, but what he had just co to understand was important... too important.
The Primordials were.... Prisoners!
