Thenos's death happened an instant ago, but the World Stele knew about his death even before that mont, the titan's death had reverberated through space and ti, traveling both to the future and the past. With the connection the Singularity had with its host, his death reverberated inside of its consciousness in waves, and its shock for a mont could not be asured.

Torn in two by Rowan, and nearly destroyed by an explosion of pure destruction, the World Stele that had once been satisfied to outlast Rowan so he could reunite with Thenos to dominate all of reality was shaken to its core when the death of its host rcilessly slamd into its consciousness.

'How? Why? Everything was going according to plan! He had a million bloodlines and the backing of four Primordial Essence, my host was perfect! Except for the intervention of a Primordial, how could he have fallen?'

Thenos's death spread like waves across the surface of an ocean, and each successive wave that followed delivered more information to the World Stele, the last hope that it had that this might all just be a bad dream was furiously eroded underneath the relentless barrage of his death cries in his consciousness.

The first wave had alerted it to the death of Thenos, and the second wave and the successive ones that followed slowly revealed to the Singularity the scene of Thenos's death, on his knees begging for an end to his tornt before a figure that was shrouded behind vast primordial energy, and whose form could not be easily deciphered, but the Singularity knew the truth at a glance and it scread in shock and fury.

The cry ca as a result of seeing its glorious host reduced to a re husk of who he was, forced to abandon his glory and beg for death before his enemy, and the shock of knowing that enemy was supposed to be a weak immortal who should have been played by it as easily as it had done many others before nearly broke the mind of the Singularity, "Thenos, why have you forsaken so?... You should have been safe!" To add salt to fresh wounds, the World Stele noticed that the state of Rowan who should have long collapsed into ash was changing, and the power of destruction that it had concluded would tear Rowan to pieces was slowly vanishing and it realized that it had been tricked. This–this thing, had not bitten more than he could swallow and was not going to fall because he overreached beyond his powers.

A cold feeling of sha and dread washed over the Singularity when it understood that Rowan was a creature that would win using any ans necessary, and this was an immortal that should never be underestimated. He had played the World Stele and it had been too arrogant to realize how deeply his machinations went. What caused the World Stele the greatest distress was that no matter how much Rowan surprised it, there was always a feeling of relaxation in its consciousness because it believed that it could never fail.

The advantages it had were too great, the power its host controlled was too mighty, there was surely no way that it could ever fail, and it always looked at Rowan like a child who did not know the full scope of existence, and as it turned out, it was the one that was played. It was the ignorant one.

The World Stele went crazy, "Aaaaahhh! Abomination, even if it's the last thing I do, I will kill you."

A palpable sense of dread overca the entirety of the space around Rowan as the World Stele began a process of self-annihilation that could potentially destroy all of reality if it was not stopped. All of existence seed to be reverberating with the breath of destruction erging from the World Stele, and the colors of reality began to transform into sothing unknown and sinister. Rowan's hands of destruction that were holding the World Stele were slowly being forced apart and this seed to have awakened his consciousness as fiery golden eyes erged from his burning skeletal fra, and his flaming skull slowly turned towards the World Stele, a single word ca from him as he observed the present state of the Singularity,

"Pathetic."

A bright bluish-white light erupted from Rowan's hands and surrounded the World Stele, the powers of the Light of Astrolabe that had served Rowan from the beginning of his journey and had grown with him till this point when he beca a fifth-dinsional immortal were exceedingly powerful, and it would not be a problem for him to transport several universes at once if he wanted to, but the World Stele in its madness fought against Rowan's Astrolabe, determined to end him alongside its existence.

The clash of the will of the World Stele that kept it in place with a vast sealing power and Rowan's Astrolabe that would move anything in existence tore reality apart, and the last disk of Aerovah that had been holding on with its last breath was torn to pieces alongside every last living immortal on it. Before the might of these two, they could as well be nothing but ants.

The deep baritone voice of Rowan rumbled inside the maelstrom of destruction, "Your champion has fallen, and your response to that setback is to kill yourself. How could I ever have found you worthy to be my enemy? You played the ga of power, and you have lost, you should try to lick your wounds and return stronger, instead your mind is broken. You disappoint ."

The World Stele growled, "Say what you will, but your fate is set. Abomination, I no longer take you lightly and I want to kill you, even if it kills . Nothing shall save you!"

Rowan sneered—which was a horrifying expression on his face that was nothing but a flaming skull, yet his bones still moved as if it was made from flesh, "The master is gone, yet the dog still dares to nip at my heels. You are no longer worthy of defeating . If I shall fall you will not be the one to bring down."

Behind Rowan reality tore open and his dinsional soul erged, and walking over to his flaming skeleton, the dinsional soul enveloped it. His flesh flowed over the burning bones and in the blink of an eye, Rowan was whole, and his body that was covered by the flas of destruction was replaced by a beautiful titan in gold, with black hair that flowed like the deep void, lips as red as sin and eyes that glowed that stars.

His appearance created a weird dissonance where the flesh was inside and the soul was outside, and yet because of the solidity of Rowan's dinsional soul, it was nearly indistinguishable from his flesh.

The light of Astrolabe that was covering the World Stele unexpectedly brightened as the dinsional soul added his strength to his dinsional body, becoming five tis brighter until it seed as if Rowan was holding a blue sun in his hands, and with a cry that was filled with outrage and hate, the World Stele was blasted extrely deep into the Nothingness, and with the power that Rowan had surrounded it with, it would take an extrely great amount of force to disperse the light of Astrolabe.

When the World Stele was banished into the Nothingness many minor Eras ago by the Primordial Demon, it had taken many many minor Eras for it to return, in fact, Thenos died during the Primordial Era, but it was only until the Supre Era that the Singularity was able to return. Rowan knew he could not equal the banishnt power of a Primordial, but banishing the World Stele for a single Era at most or a couple of billion years at the least was sothing that he was capable of, and it would give him more than enough ti to grow to the extent that he would no longer care about the threat of this Singularity when it returned.

He could have simply done nothing and allowed the Singularity to kill itself and his dinsional flesh alongside it, but that would be an extrely risky thing to do. Losing his dinsional flesh would be painful, but he had his dinsional soul and it would not take him long, perhaps a few eons and he could recreate his dinsional flesh again, and this process would have taken this long only because the destructive nature of the Singularity's demise would be extrely difficult to cleanse from his essence and aether.

This would be a small price to pay for its death, however, what Rowan was truly concerned about was the effect that the death of the World Stele would have on the entirety of Reality.

The sensation that Rowan had felt when the World Stele was about to kill itself and it was as if all of reality was about to explode alongside it was not to be taken lightly. The Primordials claid that they created the Supre Era, but many of the foundations of this Era were crafted by the powers of the World Stele who gave the Title of World Bearers to immortals, thereby making this Era far more flourishing than it had any right to be.

In matters of influence, the World Stele was extrely superior to the Primordial Record, but Rowan thought that this Singularity had gone the wrong way in its developnt, spreading out its powers to the masses instead of concentrating all of them on its host as it was supposed to. Yet, this could not be blad on the Singularity alone, fate had forced its hand in order to spread its influence so it could rescue Thenos.

Without the presence of the World Stele, there would only be the Primordial domains in existence and there would be no dinsion scattered all around what beca known as reality. If the World Stele dies, what then would be the fate of every dinsion in existence?

Rowan still had many plans that he needed to pursue in the future and the destruction of reality was not on his agenda. Killing the World Stele would have to wait, his work was not done, and his journey had just begun. But first…

His eyes shone brightly as the image of an hourglass appeared inside of it, and looking at the destruction that covered this once beautiful realm called Aerovah, Rowan smiled,

"Let my ergence not be one of endless bloodshed."

In his eyes, the hourglass flipped.
