Chapter 392: Chapter 392 – I can still kill you for one thing...
"Jacob?" Robin asked, slightly surprised at the end of the line as Aria confird,
"Yes sir, should I let him in?"
Robin glanced at Sabrina and saw the eager look on her face at the ntion of the na Jacob. He said to Aria, "Give
a mont. I will call you back."
"Your twin brother is here?" Sabrina asked with mixed feelings. All she wanted was for the brothers to reunite as she knew that Robin longed for his blood brother. Robin nodded his head,
"Yes."
"Then I will wait for you inside," Sabrina said. Seeing the puzzled look on Robin’s face, she instantly added, "Don’t worry, just take your ti."
Robin felt bad for not having completed what he started with her and apologized, "I’m sorry."
Sabrina smiled, feeling that she should be the one apologizing since she had her orgasm. It didn’t an that she still didn’t wish to have had more of him though.
"It’s nothing. You are mine, rember?" She blew him a flirtatious kiss. Robin felt his manhood harden in his pants as he shook his head,
"God, you are such an amazing woman and I love you so much."
"I know," Sabrina shrugged and went to the inner room. Her zipper was open, so she felt comfortable and fell asleep. After all, she had already released multiple tis.
Robin straightened himself before telling Aria to let Jacob in. He noticed that although Jacob looked well and sophisticated, his eyes were red and swollen.
"Have you not been sleeping or have you been crying?" Robin asked as soon as Jacob walked in and stood in front of him. He didn’t imdiately sit but stared into the eyes of his fraternal twin brother and asked,
"Can I ask you a question?" Robin nodded his head and Jacob asked, "Did you ever wish for a sibling? I an, you were already showered with love from two parents who loved you so much."
Robin smiled bitterly. It was not surprising that his twin brother thought so of him, but how could he bla the latter? Everybody thinks that having two parents was an assurance of a perfect childhood, which was not the case.
"You’ve got it all wrong, brother. If it were so, I wouldn’t have hurt Sabrina so much."
The ntion of Sabrina’s na sparked sothing in Jacob’s eyes as he asked, "What do you an?"
Robin pursed his lips as he recalled the bitter mories. "The weight of mom’s death was heavy on ."
"I wished I had a brother or sister because I felt lonely. That is how I began to find comfort in won," Robin explained.
Seeing the disbelief in his brother’s eyes, he continued to explain, "It might not be the sa for everybody, but that is what happened to ."
Jacob’s eyes filled with sadness as Robin began to speak about their father. "Dad died years later from kidney failure. You should be happy to have more of mom’s genes in you," Robin said.
He knew that his brother had no idea that their father line always suffered from kidney problems, just like their father. "Sabrina is the woman who saved my life. Dad didn’t get a donor like I did, and that’s how I lost him too," Robin explained.
Jacob had already shed so many tears that he had none left. "Your life isn’t as perfect as I imagined," he said honestly.
They stood facing each other, and Jacob must have been deceived into believing that Ethel was his mother but he was glad to have never had to face the challenge of his failing kidney and the fear that he might not make it.
He never experienced the pain of losing both parents who ant so much to him. Robin had experienced it all.
"No, my perfect life only began recently. So how about you? How have you lived? Please sit and let’s talk. What can I offer you?" Robin said as he sat down.
Jacob sat in front of Robin but had no desire to taste anything. He stared at his fraternal twin brother quietly, without blinking, for almost a minute. He wanted to hug Robin, but he felt ashad for all that he had done to him.
"It was hard for
when mom told
you were my half-brother. I hated you because of the things she said, not knowing they were just lies to keep
with her, and away from you," Jacob confessed.
Robin could understand what his brother was going through, having experienced it himself. Whether or not Jacob would be able to forgive their fake mother was entirely up to him.
"I’m sorry you had to go through that too. I have experienced manipulation and betrayal. It’s the most painful thing there is."
Initially, Robin had planned to confront Ethel, but after the Doctor inford him about her dical condition, he decided it was best to let nature take its course.
"Does she deserve forgiveness? I an, she has been asking since the day you told
about it," Jacob asked Robin once again. Robin took a deep breath before responding.
"Our situations may seem similar, but they are still different in various ways. It’s up to you whether you want to forgive her," Robin said.
However, Jacob felt that Robin had misunderstood him and clarified,
"What I an is, she was always there for . She supported, loved , and gave
everything. I know that I would have received the sa love from my real parents, which is why I am very upset with what she did."
Jacob felt that everything Ethel had given him, he could have still received even if she had not taken him away from his real parents.
"She’s already old and sick," Robin pointed out. Jacob added,
"And I’m all she has."
Robin forced a smile. Jacob had not suffered even when he was away from the family. The only thing he had lost was the bond.
"Then you should forgive her," Robin said. Jacob nodded in agreent, and the image of Sabrina’s angelic face crossed his mind as he looked around and asked,
"Where is Sabrina? I know she’s not in her office."
Sadly, the warm atmosphere they had enjoyed before turned chilly as Robin’s expression darkened, and he warned seriously,
"Jacob, you are my twin brother and I’m willing to give you anything, but I can still kill you for one thing, and that is if you don’t keep your eyes and mind off my wife."
