Chapter 346: Chapter 346 - I don’t even know if he’s still alive...

Weighing her chances, Shandra asked Robin, her voice slightly shaky, almost going unnoticed. "Robin, what if I provide you with proof? What would you do?"

Robin was confident that the child Sabrina was carrying was his, but he couldn’t shake the feeling in his heart that even if it wasn’t, there must be a very good explanation.

However, he could never rest on that assumption.

It seed practically impossible because after their divorce, he constantly monitored his ex-wife, and the only man who had been a pest that Sabrina was close to liking was Martin.

"I will still be with her because she’s the only woman I love," Robin said seriously. Sabrina’s eyes welled up as she glared at him.

This was the love she longed for a long ti from Robin and she was happy that it wasn’t too late. She found herself loving the only man she had ever loved in her life over and over again.

Shandra was shocked, feeling it wasn’t right for Robin to be feeling this way about his ex-wife, turning a blind eye to her wrongdoing, unaware that Robin trusted Sabrina more than he trusted himself.

If she indeed had soone else, then why would she have endured three good years of her life enduring the hate he gave her back then?

"Robin, you should check the proof I gave you before making such rash decisions. You already have the pictures," Don Kane said with a slight frown, unable to read between the lines that Robin was madly in love with his ex-wife.

Suddenly, he began to feel a little afraid that those pictures his daughter gave him were indeed fake, as Robin had guessed.

"And I gave you my conditions," Robin responded, unfazed. Shandra was about to say sothing when Robin said the words that shattered her world.

"Even if the child my wife is carrying is not mine, that is our business and should not concern outsiders like you."

The Don and his daughter felt like they were standing on shaky ground as nothing seed to work in their favor.

The couple’s trust in each other was so strange, it was difficult to understand.

As Robin walked away with the two bodyguards and Sabrina safely in his arms, they wondered if this was the sa Robin who used to proudly have a dozen won by his side and never tried to hide them from the dia.

Don Kane, worried about losing his business in New York City and being banned from its soils, asked his daughter,

"Shandra, I hope the pictures you gave

are all real, and I also hope that you can prove the pregnancy is not his. I’m not ready to lose my business," he said seriously, causing Shandra to stiffen.

Not wanting her father to give up on her, Shandra nodded her head, her heart encased in fear as she said,

"The evidence is from a highly reputable detective. I doubt that he would make any mistakes."

Sohow, her father did not believe her, feeling that sothing bad was about to happen. Maybe he should never have listened to his daughter.

"Well, I hope so because if there are indeed any mistakes, not even your mother will be able to stop

from doing what I will do to you."

The drive to the mansion was quiet as Robin sat in the back seat with Sabrina.

They had a driver accompany them due to the presence of bodyguards, but Robin found it beneficial as it allowed him ti to speak with Sabrina in the car.

"My Queen, first and foremost, I want you to know that I don’t believe this, but as a man who will always defend your honor, I want to know who Michael Conney is," Robin expressed, observing how Sabrina’s gaze softened at the ntion of the na.

He couldn’t help but feel a twinge of jealousy, finally understanding what it felt like to have nurous won by his side. Sabrina had endured so much for him, and now it was his turn to reciprocate.

"It’s a long story," Sabrina replied with a small smile, which quickly transford into a frown as she questioned, "but how did you find out?"

"We have all the ti in the world, and I will explain how I found out after you tell

who he is," Robin responded softly, his voice devoid of any anger.

"We attended the sa college, but you wouldn’t know him because he was in the sa year group as ."

He always walked alone. We took about three courses together, so I saw him frequently and always felt sorry for him."

"One day, I mustered up the courage to ask him about his life, and he shared the heartbreaking story of how his sister was murdered in front of him, leaving him feeling helpless."

"I comforted him in that mont, and from then on, I tried to show him kindness whenever I could."

"However, after we graduated, he seed to vanish without a trace. It was as if he had disappeared from the world completely."

Robin felt a sense of relief knowing that Sabrina’s feelings towards Michael were only based on pity.

This realization confird that Don Kane’s claims were false, and the pictures of Sabrina and Michael together were likely doctored or fake.

Still, Robin wanted to confirm this with Sabrina, so he asked her, "Have you had any recent contact with him?"

Sabrina replied, "Never. I don’t even know if he’s still alive. How did you find out?"

Robin decided to be honest with her and said, "I suspected as much. Shandra’s father was trying to manipulate , and whoever provided those photos will face consequences."

He opened his jacket and handed the photos to Sabrina. As she flipped through them, her eyes widened in shock.

The person who had edited the photos had done an excellent job.

Robin dialed Don Kane’s number and said,

"Mr. Kane, my wife has had no recent contact with that man. If you can’t provide proof from the surveillance cara that captured those pictures, then..."
