The Pregnant Treasured Little Wife: Master Lancaster's Nightly Coaxing Chapter 124: Call Elias Brother
Elias Lancaster saw her face turn red and imdiately knew she was thinking about last night.
He walked to the edge of the bed, sat down, and pulled her into his embrace, planting a soft kiss on her lips, "At night it’s ’baby’, during the day it’s ’wife’.
Serena’s face was flushed, and she felt weak, letting him hold her.
"Wife, are you tired?" He nuzzled against her.
Serena replied irritably, "What do you think?"
Elias chuckled lightly. "I think next ti I can try a little harder."
Serena was speechless, "I told you last night I didn’t want to, but you insisted, it’s all your fault."
"Last night you did brilliantly, wasn’t it?" He whispered in her ear.
Serena’s face turned even more red as she lightly punched him.
"Don’t say it." How could this man talk about such embarrassing things?
Elias held her tiny hand, "Okay, I’ll talk about it tonight."
Serena was speechless.
She struggled to get up and wanted to go to the walk-in closet to change.
But before her feet touched the ground, her whole body went weak.
Elias swiftly pulled her back into his arms.
"Elias, can you get a set of clothes?" Serena said weakly. "I’m so hungry and tired."
Elias chuckled, put her on the bed, and went to the closet to find a comfortable set of loungewear.
After helping her change, he carried her downstairs after freshening up.
Serena let him carry her, wanting to discuss with him properly.
"Elias, next ti, can you be gentler?"
Elias agreed verbally, but deep down, things wouldn’t change. Not for this.
Other things could be compromised, but for this, absolutely not.
Besides, his baby enjoyed it as well, how tempting it was.
Serena said, "Then next ti, can you control the timing a bit? I don’t want to wake up from hunger again."
Elias agreed to everything verbally, but who listens?
Listening to his baby’s soft voice, thoughts of last night filled his mind...
"Wife, call husband," his voice was hoarse.
Serena buried her head into his chest, "No."
"Call once." He coaxed her gently.
Serena wouldn’t fall for it easily, "No."
Calling him would definitely be endless, just like last night... wouldn’t stop; she wouldn’t be fooled again.
She now hoped with all her heart that nobody was in the downstairs dining room, hoping everyone wouldn’t co back for lunch or those at ho might already have gone out.
So embarrassing.
Thankfully, heaven heard her sincere prayer; nobody was downstairs.
Elias pulled out a chair, sat down, and placed her on his lap, asking the servant to bring up the al.
Serena heard soone co in and lowered her head, not daring to look at the servant’s gaze.
Only after the servant left did she raise her head and glare at Elias, "I want to sit by myself."
"Wife, it’s more comfortable being held by your husband."
Serena struggled to sit herself, "I can sit by myself."
Elias refused to let go; instead, he tightened his arms around her, leaving one hand free to feed her.
Serena reached out and took the cutlery from his hand, eating in small bites, not caring whether she sat on her own.
Filled up, Serena felt much more comfortable, though her legs were still weak.
She leaned against Elias, not wanting to move.
Elias carried her to the sofa.
Serena instructed him to get her drawing tools.
A rare leisurely ti, one sketching design drafts, another handling work on a computer, with nobody else at ho; it was their quiet world for two.
A mont later, Serena stretched and glanced at the man engrossed in work.
Tight-lipped, his long fingers tapping the keyboard; indeed, a serious working man is the most handso.
"Wife, if you keep looking, I can’t hold back," Elias chuckled.
Serena was caught, giggling.
"Elias, what happened to that bad guy now?" She suddenly rembered.
After regaining her mory, she was busy reuniting with family, managing her studio, and patching things up with Elias, leaving that person out of her mind.
Suddenly she recalled.
That person was really bad, how could he target a child, what kind of hatred would drive soone to harm an innocent child like that?
Too terrible, such a person can’t be let go.
If we let him slip away, what if next ti he...?
It’s not that she’s ruthless, it’s that so people don’t deserve kindness.
Hearing her question, Elias replied indifferently, "Your brother took care of him."
Serena was stunned, what did ’took care of him’ an? It took her a while to understand, "Well, at least save other kids from suffering."
Elias stroked her injury, his eyes filled with pity.
Serena looked up, "Does he really hate The Lancaster Family that much? Otherwise, why target our baby?"
To act under Elias’s watch, this grudge must not be simple.
Elias began telling her the whole story.
Coincidentally, it led to a beautiful relationship between them.
Because of this, Elias left Zane Shaw a way out, allowing him to stay in Aethelgard instead of sending him abroad.
Fate is just so wonderful, for Serena, it was a very fortunate thing.
Had she not t Elias, she might never have known about her family, let alone reunited with them.
It could also be that she would be exploited by The Yeats Family for her whole life.
After hearing Elias’s words, Serena sighed, "You reap what you sow."
They finished their work.
Serena looked at Elias, eting his gaze, "Elias, were you very sad when I didn’t recognize your identity after losing my mory?"
Back then, she wanted to clear boundaries with him, kicking him out of the room, even saying he liked her should pursue her.
Didn’t even let him hold her hand, every day saw him saying he didn’t belong.
Those days, he must have felt very hurt!
Elias recalled that ti, "Sad."
Unexpectedly, after losing her mory, Serena beca like that and later completely distant from him.
"Elias, I won’t ever forget you anymore." Serena extended her arms to hug him, "If you lose your mory, you can’t forget , alright?"
"How could I bear to forget you?" Elias said, his baby, he would surely rember.
Recalling those days, Elias had a regret that his baby never called him "Elias brother".
Kept calling him uncle, not once as brother.
Maybe now there’s a chance to make up for it.
Elias spoke, "Baby."
"I said not to call baby." Serena turned her head away, refusing to look at him.
"Wife." Elias pursed his lips, "Call Elias brother."
