E City Base willing to take them in was like offering an olive branch just in the nick of ti.

The order within Xiang City Base remained well organized.
Survivors continued with their usual tasks, and the supposedly dangerous environnt inside Xiang City Base was much safer than the outside world.
This question stumped Qu Yimin, causing her to freeze for a long while before she stomped her foot, pointing at Hua Mi,
"Hua Mi, you don’t need to put on a peaceful front here; I know Xiang City Base is about to collapse, and I’m here to help you. I won’t talk to you; call over Gong Yi."
"Or, have soone take to Gong Yi, that’s all I need to say to him."
Hua Mi flatly refused,
"Are you crazy, with your severe princess syndro? Gong Yi is up north killing zombies right now, he has no ti to see you."
"If there’s anything, you can talk to or Miss Qin, we two can make decisions on any matter in Xiang City Base."
"We are the managers of Xiang City Base, fully authorized to handle all affairs and people within the base."
The prospect of Qu Yimin going to Xiang City North to find Gong Yi was impossible, not to ntion whether Gong Yi had ti to see Qu Yimin or not.
Even if Gong Yi had the ti, he wouldn’t have a say in the managent of Xiang City Base.
Qin Zhen observed Qu Yimin’s frown, thinking she must have understood what Qu Yimin’s real nuisance purpose was.
