even these tiny kids helped move bricks.
Following Miss Hua’s instructions, Contractor credited all the brick-moving children with working hours.
No matter how much they could consu, the supply of provisions for the children was the sa as for the adults.
With low demands and ticulous work, the energy at the site was bustling.
Contractor, watching from the sidelines, was very pleased; he secretly pulled Huo Jing over and said,
“I never imagined that one day, won would be working on a construction site, moving bricks, and they’re not performing any worse than the n.”
Huo Jing stood by, nodding in agreent.
When it was ti to distribute food at noon, the won who had been working all morning eagerly lined up with their children.
They quietly discussed among themselves,
“They say it’s very dangerous here, but I think it’s fine; all the Zombies around have been cleared out by the Garrison; how dangerous can it be?”
