Li Yi was panting heavily, soaked in blood, looking at the huge human-bear more than three ters tall lying dead in front of him, his heart boiling with the intent to kill finally began to settle.

If nothing went wrong, he probably had broken ribs, rendering him incapable of fighting or moving.

"Facing a Fierce Beast, nobody could avoid it. I just did what I could," Li Yi said. "We’re all teammates; it’s only right to help each other out."
"No, I saw everything you did. You were the first one to open the car door and dash out to draw the beast’s attention. Without your actions, we’d have had no chance to get out of the vehicle alive and would have been sitting ducks for that human-bear," Wang Jian continued earnestly.
"That’s true, Li Yi, you saved all our lives. I’m not going to spout any words of thanks now, but if there’s ever anything you need help with in the future, just ask, and I’ll be there, no refusal," Chen Hao also echoed, looking at Li Yi with eyes full of respect and gratitude.
They say that adversity reveals true friendship.

"Did they encounter an Extraordinary Creature?" Chen Hao followed up.
Wang Jian said, "It’s not clear. No sounds of fighting or evidence of Extraordinary Creatures were reported from the scene... The specifics will only be known once we get there. Although we are currently not capable of action, this matter has a significant impact, and I want to go have a look."
"Wang Jian, we can’t act in this condition. We should give up and leave it to our colleagues," Chen Hao advised.
"You’re right, in this condition we indeed aren’t fit to continue the mission," Wang Jian didn’t argue with Chen Hao but simply nodded in agreent.
"Actually, we aren’t completely incapable of action. If we send He Xiong to the hospital, we still have the ability to act.
