Lin Yue led the group, riding Yin Horses as they entered Sanyang City.

Stepping into this unfamiliar ancient city, she was on high alert. Fortunately, Li Yi had been here more than once before, laying so groundwork, making connections, and securing so assistance. With these preparations, everything went smoothly for them.

After receiving the news, the Family Heads of the Four Great Families imdiately dispatched people to et them, while also notifying Zhao’s Martial Arts Hall.

The people from Zhao’s Martial Arts Hall, who had been prepared for this, were also very concerned about the situation. They arrived at the City Lord Mansion ahead of ti to welco Li Yi and his party. But to their surprise, Li Yi did not show up; instead, there were nurous unfamiliar visitors.

Zhao Ge noticed Lin Yue right away, because he sensed the aura of a Martial Artist emanating from her. His gaze shifted to the treasure sword hanging at her waist, letting out a soft sound of astonishnt.

"Wind Listening Blade?"

From the position of the treasure sword at her waist and the way she naturally carried it, he deduced that Lin Yue practiced the Wind Listening Blade technique from the old Jin Family Martial Arts Hall.

The others, though showing no signs of martial training, had exceptionally vigorous Qi-Blood. If they chose to practice martial arts, their progress would surely co twice as easily with half the effort.

Zhao Ge imdiately stepped forward to greet them and inquired about their circumstances.

After a brief conversation, they confird each other’s identities.

"You’re actually the master whom Li Yi apprenticed under in this world?"

Lin Yue was surprised. Then, following his example, she perford a respectful bow: "I am a relative of Li Yi, my na is Lin Yue. Greetings to the esteed teacher."

"No need to be so formal; we’re all family here." Zhao Ge chuckled. "You’ve traveled a long way to get here. I’ve already arranged for the City Lord Mansion to be prepped. Allow my attendants to escort you to rest for now. We can talk about everything else in due ti."

"Thank you for your trouble, revered teacher," Lin Yue replied.

Under the arrangent of so disciples from Zhao’s Martial Arts Hall, those who had braved the cross-border journey were promptly settled. In the process, they learned that this city was called Sanyang City, and the City Lord here was none other than Li Yi. Moreover, even the expansive territories stretching for hundreds of miles outside the city were under his control.

This revelation astonished Lin Yue, Lv Jue, Zhao Xiaoxiao, and the others.

To think that without anyone knowing, Li Yi had already built such a legacy for himself in this world.

After everyone was settled, a beautiful woman from the Fan Family, nad Fan Ruyu, approached Lin Yue to inquire about Fan Zhizhou’s whereabouts.

"Fan Zhizhou?"

It was only then that Lin Yue recalled: it seed she had left him behind. Fan Zhizhou should still be in the underground levels of the Peace Finance Building and hadn’t crossed over with the group this ti.

"He’s fine, and Li Yi is looking after him. Right now, he’s diligently cultivating."

"As long as he’s safe, that’s all that matters. Thank you, Miss Lin."

Fan Ruyu’s visit was solely to check on Fan Zhizhou’s condition. Knowing he was alive was enough; the rest were minor details unworthy of further questioning.

Lin Yue responded, "You’re welco. It’s just a small matter."

"Miss Lin, please rest well. If you need anything, just instruct the attendants. The Fan Family will make all the necessary arrangents for you and your group," Fan Ruyu said.

"The preparation here is excellent; for now, we don’t need anything," Lin Yue replied.

When she arrived, her Storage Magical Artifact was already brimming with various supplies. Even if they had ended up in so remote wilderness, they could survive for several years, let alone now, in a city like Sanyang, where everything was readily available.

While they were settling into Sanyang City...

In the danger zone of Tianchang City, Li Yi, along with Good Wings and Niu Niu, stood guard at the entrance of Ghost Street. Only after confirming that everything was temporarily secure did he exhale slightly in relief. However, he didn’t venture into Ghost Street. In his view, with Lin Yue and his master overseeing things there, no major problems were likely to arise. In contrast, this place was more in need of his presence.

Thus, he planned to station himself in this city for a while to ensure order was restored. Only when everything was back to normal would he leave. After all, he was still an external operative for the investigation bureau.

"Let’s head back to the inner city."

Riding Good Wings and accompanied by Niu Niu, Li Yi returned, reuniting with Zhao Lingfu in the process.

Looking at the skyscraper that had miraculously restored itself to its original state, he couldn’t help but marvel at the extraordinary sight.

It was hard to imagine that a city completely destroyed could recover to its forr state in re monts.

"Li Yi, what are your plans next?" Zhao Lingfu, sitting on a stone stool in the plaza, asked while smoking and frowning slightly.

"Cultivation."

Li Yi replied calmly, "Don’t let the apparent calm of Tianchang City fool you; other places are still plagued with constant disasters. Only by gaining imnse strength can one stand firm in the face of the Sky Tipping World. I don’t intend to flee by crossing worlds and hiding away. Falling behind even one step ans being left behind forever."

"That’s exactly how I see it too. I don’t want to just survive—I want to fight with all I’ve got. Thankfully, my family and relatives have already relocated to the Four Seas and Eight Continents. I don’t have anything holding back now, so I’m planning to leave Tianchang City to explore." Zhao Lingfu voiced his intention.

Li Yi nodded, "That’s a good idea. When do you plan to leave?"

"In a little while, after things here stabilize," Zhao Lingfu replied. "But rember, no matter where I go, if you need , I’ll co running imdiately."

He made this assurance as a form of commitnt.

After all, he owed Li Yi far too much. Not only was his family taken care of, but he himself had also beco a Genetic Warrior and had even broken through to the Soul Realm thanks to Li Yi.

But as the two were speaking...

The transformations of the world hadn’t ceased. Though the imdiate danger had passed, threats still lingered. With a strange sense of foreboding, Li Yi noticed at the far end of the city a flock of Extraordinary Creatures, seemingly driven by so force, flying in their direction. Each of these Extraordinary Creatures had substantial strength, all at the Soul Realm level.

The leading creature was even more powerful, likely already at the Spirit Power Realm.

However, having just survived the crisis of the city’s complete destruction, Li Yi regarded this group of Extraordinary Creatures as rely a minor nuisance, well within manageable bounds.

anwhile...

The investigation bureau’s Zheng Gong sent over a ssage, requesting Li Yi’s assistance.

The number of experts in Tianchang City was too few, and only Li Yi was capable of dealing with Spirit Power Realm Extraordinary Creatures.

"Alright, I’ll handle this," Li Yi responded decisively. Though his current strength wasn’t enough to tackle catastrophic crises, he didn’t hesitate to use what power he did have when it was within his ans.

Imdiately, he mounted Good Wings, summoned the Thunderbolt Fighter, and left Niu Niu behind before setting off into action.

The ensuing battle raged for several hours.

With coordinated efforts from the investigation bureau’s firepower, Li Yi managed to forcibly push back the invading Extraordinary Creatures. Bloodied but victorious, he returned to rest for a while. Yet by nightfall, the alarms rang out again—not for an incursion by Extraordinary Creatures this ti, but because an unfamiliar Cultivator had infiltrated Tianchang City.

Evidently, the spectacular events earlier in the day had drawn the attention of malicious individuals seeking to probe deeper.

Unfortunately, this infiltrator’s thods were extraordinary. Despite their combined efforts, Li Yi and the investigation bureau couldn’t catch them. Perhaps the infiltrator had already fled or possibly blended into the city’s population.

Much remained to be done.

Li Yi had no choice but to set aside this matter, knowing full well that similar incidents would arise in the future.

Too many Cross-border Gates had been opened this ti.

Countless people from various worlds were becoming interested in Earth. So might not harbor hostility, but with more people cos chaos.

"So good news," Zheng Gong said suddenly, receiving the latest update.

"Good news?" Li Yi asked, shaking his head skeptically. "I find that hard to believe."

Zheng Gong explained, "The Golden Academy has reached an agreent with the high-level authorities of the Sixth World. They’ve agreed to cede a portion of their territory to the academy for migration, and they’re even willing to collaborate, opening access to Genetic Potions and high-energy weapons..."

Li Yi raised an eyebrow. "So sudden?"

The Sky Tipping incident hadn’t happened all that long ago. It hadn’t even properly settled down yet. So why was the Sixth World suddenly giving in?

Zheng Gong sighed. "From what I know, here’s the gist. After the Sky Tipping event began, the Golden Academy went all in. They mobilized all the Cultivators in their academy and stord the Sixth World. It was do or die. In one decisive battle, they annihilated the enemy’s Genetic Warrior army, completely crushing them with unstoppable montum. It’s said even one of their ninth-grade Genetic Warriors fell."

"I see," Li Yi remarked, sowhat enlightened.

It seed the Golden Academy had been prepared long before; otherwise, their actions wouldn’t have been so swift and determined.

"The migration plan has already been initiated. People are beginning to relocate," Zheng Gong continued.

"The Sixth World can’t possibly hold so many people," Li Yi observed after a mont of reflection.

Zheng Gong replied, "It’s just one wave of migrants. The majority of people will still have to stay. I’ve reported the situation in Tianchang City, and tomorrow, a group will relocate here as well. Compared to other cities, Tianchang remains relatively intact and still livable. Fortunately, now that the battle in the Sixth World has concluded, a fleet of spacecraft will soon arrive to transport people to different locations."

"All of this was part of a pre-existing plan, just activated in an ergency," he added.

"So so people are relocating to Tianchang City as well?" Li Yi was taken aback but quickly fell silent.

Evidently, many other cities were no longer habitable—perhaps even completely gone. Finding even one relatively intact city to settle in had beco a luxury.

"But don’t worry. This is only temporary. The Cross-border Base has already identified potential worlds for resettlent. However, those worlds lack Cosmic Energy and aren’t suitable for cultivation. They rely on National Martial Arts, resembling the aesthetics of the Republic period. But given the circumstances, there’s no room for being choosy," Zheng Gong added.

"Large-scale cross-border migration is still challenging. For now, we’ll have to endure and weather the toughest phase."
