After Li Yi achieved great success in Muscle Training, the ti had co to evening.

At this mont, the two moons in the sky had risen again, one on the left and one on the right, hanging in the firmant, with a ribbon of a starry river running north to south, bright and vast, captivating the onlooker.

Although the world here was cruel, the environnt was impeccable.

Li Yi did not know how many years it had been since he last saw a starry sky. Back in the old city district, the night sky was always a hazy grey, where one could only see the moon, not the stars, to say nothing of that magnificent Milky Way.

At this mont.

Zhao Ge, Shou Hou, along with Zhao Qian, Rong Niang, and others were sitting around in the courtyard, starting their al under the starlight and moonlight.

A large pot in the middle was steaming hot, after stewing for two hours, the mutton of the yellow sheep had beco tender and flavorful, dripping with savor that whetted the appetite, and the pot also contained many tonic herbs, extrely good for those who practiced martial arts. Although only coarse salt was used for seasoning, it tasted incredibly fresh.

"Brother Yi, try our yellow sheep at here, It’s from sheep that are free-range in the forest, feeding on wild grass and mushrooms, drinking from mountain springs, the at has no gay taste, it’s both nourishing and delicious." At this mont, Zhao Qian cheerfully fished a large sheep’s leg out of the pot and passed it to Li Yi sitting beside her.

"Thank you." Li Yi was very polite. After taking a bite, he found it indeed delicious, with a unique wild flavor that was completely different from any at he had eaten before.

He enjoyed the taste and soon took several more big bites.

Seeing Li Yi’s enjoynt, Zhao Qian’s eyes curved into a smile, but when Li Yi bit down and crushed the thick sheep bone, her smile turned to a look of astonishnt on her face.

Li Yi chewed a few tis and then swallowed the at with the bone.

"Brother Yi, you cannot eat the bones," Zhao Qian said anxiously, "If you swallow the bones, they won’t be digested, it could damage your stomach. Those who practice martial arts must eat with care, one must not be reckless."

Rong Niang and Shou Hou also looked up at Li Yi, showing their surprise.

"It’s fine, I’m used to eating this way," Li Yi said nonchalantly.

Zhao Ge, as a Martial Artist who had mastered Refining Points, saw the situation and understood the clue: "Strong bones and teeth, ng De’s physique surpasses that of fierce tigers and is stronger than bears, far from ordinary. His tendons and bones are so strong that most likely his internal organs are not ordinary either. If soone else were to eat the bones like that, they would surely damage their stomach and intestines, but ng De is different, he can easily dissolve the bones."

"Master sees clearly," Li Yi said with a smile, and then he bit off another piece, easily crushing the bones along with the at before swallowing them.

An Evolver’s physical constitution is simply unreasonable; although the practitioners across the Four Seas and Eight Continents nourish their tendons and bones, cultivate their Qi-Blood, and dig into the potential of their bodies, at the end of the day, they are still of mortal flesh. Evolvers, however, are different; the transformation of their bodies marks the leap of life itself, creating an essential difference between the two.

Now that Li Yi had returned to Martial Arts and was integrating the two paths of cultivation, it was expected to produce unimaginably fearful effects.

He too was looking forward to the day when his martial prowess would co to fruition.

"After we finish this al, everyone should rest well tonight, as tomorrow, I will start teaching ng De Bone Training," said Zhao Ge, sipping on the sheep soup but feeling sowhat impatient inside.

If things went as expected, in the next two days, ng De would be able to unify his sinews, bones, and skin; Zhao Ge wanted to see what kind of scene it would be when ng De’s Divine Power erupted...

"Big brother, don’t just eat the at, also drink so soup. All the good stuff is stewed into it. Eating at is just for a taste, it doesn’t help much for your body," Rong Niang said, handing over a bowl of sheep soup to him.

Li Yi nodded, accepted the bowl, and drank it down, feeling comfortable all over: "Thank you, Rong Niang."

Rong Niang smiled, and then poured a few more bowls for Li Yi.

"Sister, pour a bowl too," Shou Hou eagerly passed his bowl over.

"You have hands and feet, serve yourself," Rong Niang retracted her smile and snorted lightly, rcilessly rejecting him.

Li Yi laughed and said, "It’s okay, I’ll do it for you."

After saying that, he took Shou Hou’s bowl and filled it for him.

"Big brother is the best," Shou Hou said, delighted.

"A pushover," Zhao Ge muttered, a bit irked that even he hadn’t been served by ng De, yet Shou Hou was already enjoying it.

"Master, you have so too," perceiving the mood shift, Li Yi quickly served a bowl with a smile for his master.

"You’re thoughtful, ng De," Zhao Ge nodded, his smile revealing a hint of warmth.

With such talent and strength, and yet so approachable and humble, what master wouldn’t like a disciple with such character?

Li Yi, not wanting to neglect anyone, also served a bowl of soup for Zhao Qian and Rong Niang, to keep everything balanced.

"Thank you, Brother Yi," Zhao Qian joyfully said, her calling him Brother Yi sounding especially sweet.

Rong Niang, on the other hand, was silent, her heart beating quickly and her cheeks slightly flushed.

Zhao Ge noticed Rong Niang’s changes and was surprised; he had not expected the usually stubborn and strong-willed Rong Niang to be so affected. But he did not voice his thoughts, as it was good for disciples to have a close relationship. If true affection developed and had a chance to flourish, it would be a happy event – after all, they were all family. If things settled within, why would outsiders benefit?

Thinking this, he stroked his beard, smiling as he watched everyone sitting together and eating at, feeling imnsely content.

If only things could always be this good.

It was just too bad that his other loyal and good disciples could not witness this day.
