At this mont, all the High Priests and Divine Blood Warriors from the tribes within a thousand miles around the Red Gold Mountain have gathered in Red Mountain City, making the already bustling city even more lively.

Fortunately, the cultivation experts remaining in Red Mountain City used Tao Skills to alter the landscape, fill the valleys, and expand the city, so it could accommodate the influx of so many people at once.

"I never expected such a significant change in the Red Gold Mountain. I used to visit here when Huohuo was still the Mountain Lord. I rember selling a few rare mutant beasts here in exchange for so gold to take back to the tribe."

"Huohuo should have relinquished Red Gold Mountain long ago. If it weren’t for the barren land not nurturing powerful warriors, how could soone like the Thirty Lords keep the Red Gold Mountain Range? Now that a One God has erged from Red Gold Mountain, it’s good. With the protection of a One God, peace will be long-lasting here."

A clan leader from a tribe expressed his thoughts and hoped for a bright future.

In reality, many tribes are reluctant to go to war and engage in conflict, but survival on this ancient land requires either plundering others to expand territory and gain more living space, or being defeated and annexed, with the tribe mbers eventually becoming slaves.

Only the birth of a One God can prevent such situations because the warriors of this Barbaric World respect the strong.

Therefore, many hope that the Red Gold Mountain God Da Yi can establish the Red Gold Country.

However, the birth of a One God is extrely difficult, especially near the Red Gold Mountain.

The only hope for a tribe that could witness the ergence of a One God is the Divine Wood Lineage in Divine Wood City, yet many clan leaders and High Priests from various tribes do not wish for this because the Divine Wood Lineage has prospered on this land for too long. Their Divine Blood Warriors are domineering and arrogant, like a scorching sun burning all nearby tribes.

If the Divine Wood Lineage were to produce another One God, many tribes would have to consider relocating.

They cannot accept the Divine Wood Lineage flourishing for another ten thousand years.

Therefore, once the Red Gold Mountain God Da Yi beca a One God, all the tribe clan leaders proactively ca to this place, wanting to et the One God and see how this new god intends to govern this vast country.

"It’s said that after the defeat and fall of the Divine Wood Lord, the warriors of the Divine Wood Lineage fled to Youfeng Country, seeking its protection to avoid the wrath of the Red Gold Mountain God."

"Youfeng Country also has a One God, so it was a wise decision for the Divine Wood Lineage to enter Youfeng Country, but they abandoned their Divine Wood and their holand. It will be difficult for them to return in the future. They’ve led a peaceful life for too long, occupying a large city with only one Lord of Hundred Mountains. If our tribe could enjoy this, perhaps we would have produced a One God long ago."

Many High Priests from various tribes gathered and discussed.

Suddenly.

The sound of thunder suddenly erupted in the distant sky, with bolts of lightning intertwining to form an undeniable lightning flash, and within that flash, a giant figure a hundred feet tall strode on white clouds, accompanied by thunder and lightning, appearing in everyone’s sight.

The overwhelming pressure swept in even before it got close, causing even the strongest warriors of each tribe to shudder.

"Here he cos, the Lord of Red Mountain, the Thunder God Da Yi, he’s walking towards us."

"The legendary god who shot down ten suns in one day; today we finally see him."

"I’ve seen the god of Youfeng Country travel, stirring incessant gale, but it’s the first ti witnessing the power of thunder on this ancient land."

"Of course, the legend says the Thunder God perished in the Northern Wasteland, ending the line of Divine Blood. Now Da Yi has revived the glory of the ancestors, a true legend."

"Da Yi, Da Yi..."

Discussions, exclamations, cheers—various voices intertwined, echoing throughout the entire Red Gold Mountain Range.

Everyone awaited the arrival of the Red Gold Mountain God Da Yi.

anwhile, the cultivation experts in the mountains saw the hundred-foot-tall Li Yi, like a god walking on clouds draped with lightning, and were equally astonished, as this power was exceedingly terrifying.

This mighty force that shakes the heavens and earth is difficult even for those at the Three Flowers Realm Great Perfection to match, perhaps only an Enlightened could contend with a One God.

But in the entire End of Dharma Cultivation World, how many Enlightened are there?

Moreover, Taiyi is too young, with limitless future potential. Following such a transcendent is a feat even the proudest cultivation experts accept without reservation.

"Master has returned."

High Priest Dou Kun, accompanied by E Ji, Su Ji, and warrior Shanguo, as well as the tad mutant beast Qiu Niu, had long awaited in the City Lord Mansion.

Everyone was excited, and the mutant beast Qiu Niu especially lay on the ground, showing a pleasing deanor.

For them, following a One God is a lifeti honor.

Accompanied by lightning and thunder, Li Yi strode into the Red Gold Mountain. As Xiangyun descended, his figure rapidly shrank from a hundred feet tall. By the ti Xiangyun landed in the City Lord Mansion, he had returned to a normal height, even shorter than the two to three ters tall warriors of this world by a fraction.

"Master."

High Priest Dou Kun, E Ji, Su Ji, and Shanguo all respectfully greeted him.

"Let the High Priests and clan leaders from the tribes co to the City Lord Mansion. It’s ti to deal with these matters," Li Yi said.

"Master, I will now notify all the tribes’ High Priests and Clan Leaders to co." After receiving the order, High Priest Dou Kun imdiately turned and left.

Soon after.

Many tribes’ Clan Leaders and High Priests, under the guidance of Dou Kun, arrived at this great hall.

Although the City Lord Mansion built by the previous Red Gold Mountain Master Huohuo was large enough, it still couldn’t accommodate so many people. So tribes’ Clan Leaders and High Priests could only stand before the great hall.

Yet, they could still see Da Yi, the Red Gold Mountain God.

He was sitting atop a cloud, appearing composed and relaxed, with two beautiful maidens kneeling beside him. He looked completely different from his previously strong and imposing manner, instead having an indescribable laziness.

"Greetings, Red Mountain God."

All the tribes’ Clan Leaders and High Priests paid their respects to Da Yi upon the white cloud, expressing their respect.

Sitting on the cloud, Li Yi glanced over them. He seed satisfied with the tribes’ Clan Leaders, who were all at the Mountain Lord level. Although the region near the Red Gold Mountain Range wasn’t particularly prosperous, it was far better than the Northern Wasteland, still capable of producing a group of formidable warriors.

"Clan Leaders and High Priests of various tribes, I am not your master, there’s no need for such ceremonies." Li Yi slowly spoke, "Furthermore, I already know the purpose of your coming to the Red Gold Mountain; you wish to join the Red Gold Country?"

"Yes, Red Mountain God, you have already beco a One God. According to tradition, you should establish a Thousand Mile Kingdom, where every tribe on this land will beco your citizens." A High Priest from a tribe imdiately responded respectfully.

"I am the Clan Leader of the Stone Mountain Tribe, and I am willing to recognize the Red Mountain God as my master, leading the entire tribe’s warriors to serve the Red Mountain God. I beseech the Red Mountain God’s permission." A relatively small tribe’s Clan Leader imdiately kneeled to show his loyalty.

"We too ask for the Red Mountain God’s protection, and I am willing to beco your vassal." Other tribes’ Clan Leaders also knelt down.

"Great Red Mountain God, please slay the evil dragon in Da Ze land, save our Fengshui Tribe." A tribe leader was also there seeking Li Yi’s assistance.

A multitude of voices filled the great hall, creating a sowhat chaotic scene.

"Silence."

With a single shout from Li Yi, thunder rumbled across the sky, as if embodying the gods’ wrath, ready to descend and obliterate everyone inside the great hall.

Intimidated by this Divine Power, all the tribes’ Clan Leaders and High Priests imdiately prostrated in fear, not daring to move recklessly.

Li Yi remained calm and slowly said, "I have understood your intentions. Having beco a One God, I will establish a Thousand Mile Kingdom according to tradition to protect your tribes. However, I also have conditions. I speak, you listen. If you can accept them, pledge your loyalty; if not, leave. I will not hinder or retaliate against you. I promise this as a One God."

Upon hearing this, everyone relaxed slightly.

At least they wouldn’t die here without reason.

A One God’s promise was inherently trustworthy.

Li Yi thought for a mont; though he hadn’t read many books, he was familiar with the story of Three Laws, and managing these primitives, the fewer rules, the better for them to rember.

"Once I establish the Thousand Mile Kingdom, the first rule is that tribes within this realm must not raid or war against each other. Violators, being the first to initiate conflict, will face the wrath of thunder."

Upon hearing this rule, many tribes’ Clan Leaders beca excited.

This was the statent they were waiting for. The establishnt of this rule signified a long period of peace in the foreseeable future.

"The second rule is that all tribes within the Red Gold Country must send their strongest warriors to serve ." Li Yi spoke again, "Can the Clan Leaders and High Priests fulfill this?"

The Clan Leaders and High Priests from all the tribes voiced no objections; they felt this was indeed expected. So even thought they should send more warriors to the Red Gold Mountain.

In doing so, they could better secure enough interests and status for their tribes in the future.

"Since there are no objections, the third rule is that no tribe may betray the Red Gold Country; otherwise, all tribe mbers will be considered traitors and subject to the Destroyer One God’s wrath." Li Yi declared once more.

The demand for all tribes to pledge loyalty was a basic regulation and not overly harsh, with no disagreent from anyone.

Li Yi said, "As the Red Gold Mountain God, these three rules are all I will set. As a benevolence, I will protect all tribes within the Red Gold Country. If your tribe faces an insurmountable crisis, you may co to Red Gold City for help."

"Master, should we collect offerings from the tribes?" At this mont, High Priest Dou Kun reminded.

Traditionally, a One God required offerings from every tribe to maintain the prosperity of the Red Gold Country.

Li Yi, however, waved his hand, saying, "I will not collect any offerings from your tribes; this promise remains valid for as long as I live."

He understood the importance of taxes, but in this world abundant in resources, he wouldn’t focus on those small tributes. If he truly lacked resources, he’d ravage strong enemies and plunder them.

Moreover, Li Yi had already taken the most precious thing from their tribes, their strongest warriors.

"Thank the Red Mountain God for your rcy." The Clan Leaders and High Priests of all tribes were overjoyed.
