The next second, all of them, more than a million ice shards shot straight towards their target like bloodthirsty beasts.
Their purpose was only one.
That was to kill Kaede, not allowing her to survive.

Each ice shard reflected the moonlight.
Creating a poetic, magical scene on this deadly night.
"So beautiful."
It was like rain.
A rain of death.
However, facing such a terrifying threat, the guildmaster of the Shadow Viper guild still showed no signs of wavering.
She was as calm as ever.
All Kaede did was grip the hilt of her sword a little tighter.
She had experienced many dangerous situations like this.

Her slashing speed was insane.

While swinging her sword, Kaede walked towards Eden.
"Is that all?"
She looked calm.
As if nothing could make her wear that frightened expression.

anwhile, the demon’s expression was the complete opposite of hers.
Eden’s expression looked distorted.
It contained only two emotions.
Fear.
And unwillingness.
She desperately attacked the guildmaster of the Shadow Viper guild even more fiercely.
But, nothing worked.
The distance between the two of them was slowly closing.
Yet Kaede was still fine.
Not even a single wound appeared on her body.
"Why!?"
Eden roared in agony.
It was as if she had suffered a great injustice.
At the sa ti, she stopped this attack as she realized how useless it was.
"Why don’t you die!?"
The next mont, in the sky, a giant iceberg was created in the blink of an eye.
It was like the embodint of destruction.

Death was certain.
And just like everyone else in this mont, for just a mont, Kaede was stunned.
"Does that demon want to die with ?"
What a reckless act.
But then, a thought appeared in her mind.
To create that giant thing, Eden must have used a lot of power.
Added to everything that had happened up until now...
"She must be very weak now."
That was the conclusion given by the guildmaster of the Shadow Viper guild.
Although it was just a guess, the possibility of it being true was 99%.
With that thought in mind, Kaede once again accelerated.
Rushing straight towards Commander Eden like an unstoppable arrow.
The tip of the sword was pointed at the center of the demon’s chest.

The eyes of the guildmaster of the Shadow Viper guild flashed with a cruel light.
"You really went too far, demon."
She said, her voice low, but it was no different from the whisper of a deadly monster.
"Don’t co any closer! Or I’ll really kill you!"
Eden began to panic.
She couldn’t run because her injuries didn’t allow her to.
Just lifting her leg would cause her to experience pain as if her entire body was being torn apart.
The demon could only stand there and scream.
But, no matter what she said, Kaede’s speed did not decrease.
"To be honest, I still liked your arrogant appearance from before. Right now, you’re no different from a dead dog."
And then, without any rcy, Kaede stabbed the tip of her sword straight into Commander Eden’s chest.
Thud!
