Adam dropped another awe-stricken look on as he drove towards the party venue, negligent of the amused look on Naomi’s face, and a skeptical one on his Timothy and Ben’s face.
Ben was one of Adam’s friends.
We had picked him up on the way.
"Adam honey, drive.." I said, batting my eyelashes at my drooling boyfriend whom I thought looked so dashing in a three piece suit.
We both have been staring at each other since I had stepped out from Naomi’s front porch. Adam had literally drooled. It was worth it.
Now, I had caught him stealing glances at ; I liked it so much but I also wanted to get to the party in one piece. His eyes needed to be on the road since he was the one driving.
I smiled, as I watched him gulp into nothing, before looking ahead.
Taking a glimpse at the rearview mirror, I saw Naomi giving a thumbs up, to which I blushed at. I could feel our closeness getting deeper; even though we had just started at it a few days ago. I hope it lasts long though, even if I left. Thank god for the internet at least. We can talk and chat on issage.
"You okay?" I heard her whisper into my ear, and shuddered; I hadn’t seen her coming. When had she stood up from her seat?
"Yeah, I’m good." I replied, after a nod; also noticing that Adam and Timothy were staring at with a concerned look while Ben...
The dude was staring at Naomi’s ass!!
"Ben!!" I shrieked, the taste of his na feeling weird on my tongue since I haven’t spoken to him before.
I pushed Naomi back slightly so that she could fall back on her seat; for she had bent forward in the process of inquiring about my welfare, causing her ass to slightly stick in the air.
"What!" Ben asked, not yet understanding why the beauty in front of him, , was calling out his na in such a way.
eting my eyes, his curiosity diminished to wonder, probably because he was admiring now instead of asking why I was shouting his na rudely.
I didn’t bla him. I looked breathtakingly beautiful tonight. Adam had said so.
Beside him, Timothy sat still staring at blankly. I wondered what was going through his mind.
Earlier this night when he had seen , he had been dumbstruck, totally stupefied; sothing he rarely was, that he never knew he was until he had mouthed ’bless .’
He had darted a look to Adam, probably expecting a knock from my possessive temporary boyfriend, and his soon to be king but when he had recovered himself to check out Adam, a more surprised look had overtaken his face that he had seen Adam drooling; like literally, with the drippings and all that.
But of course he had held his tongue-well I had done so with my appearance-without touching his lips.
Now I know that if the opportunity had presented itself again that he have on a platter, he would never say no.
Too late. Adam was first.
"Why were you staring at Noami’s ass?" I returned my attention to Ben, shaking him out of his staring gaze.
Adam was still driving, although I knew that his attention was on what was going on.
"What?" Ben asked, embarrassed at being caught in his la act.
"You heard the first ti." I said, turning properly to face him from the front seat which Adam had insisted that I stayed in, after a little argunt. I had wanted to sit in the backseat with Naomi.
"Well...." Ben stuttered, feeling a bit jittery under the hot angry gazes of three people, to be four soon when Adam swerved the car to the other side of the road and parked.
"Ben..." I heard Adam call his friend, and sighed in relief. The best redy for it. The prevert was really in for it.
"That I allowed you into this car for the night doesn’t an you should abuse so privileges." Adam continued, not happy in the list, after hearing from what I had seen his friend doing.
I read off that he had been taken aback, knowing that his friend was a codian and not a pervert. But he still addressed the issue for mine sake, noting to ask Ben later about what had pushed him to stare at Naomi’s ass. I loved him the more then, if that is possible.
"I know. I’m sorry." Ben muttered, his face drooping down.
" I’m not the one you should be apologising to... Apologize to Naomi." Adam stated, kick-starting the car again.
"Naomi , I’m sorry. It wasn’t intentional." Ben muttered, holding Naomi’s hand in the process.
I thought they looked cute together, but I also knew that the boy who Naomi liked was Noah. Poor Ben.
"What are you thinking of now?" Adam asked then, an amused look on his face.
He must have been watching while I gazed at Ben and Naomi’s locked hands.
What was his brain conceiving now? I thought, already having an idea on what he might be thinking. Well, that would burst soon when I make no move in matching the duo.
"Nothing." I replied, gesturing with my finger that he faced forward.
"Adam!!" I called him, when he almost zapped a car that had just passed by us. Where was his mind?
"I’m sorry." He blinked and refocused on , sighing as he returned his haze to the road. He must have spaced out whilst thinking of sothing. What could that be?
"What are you thinking about? Do you want an accident?" I asked him, my mouth raised in a pout.
"I’m sorry." He repeated, looking ahead. I noticed that we were almost at the party venue. At long last.
"But.." I said, not giving up still, wanting to know what had taken my man’s mind off the road.
"I was thinking of you." He said, cutting my statent short, and leaving in an emotion full state.
