Chapter 1802: Chapter 1800: Mission of Certain Death

This pilot really is a problem!

Wang Dadong imdiately asked, "Where are we flying to now?"

The Arican female soldier maintained her usual style, ignoring Wang Dadong.

"I asked you, where are we flying to now! Are you deaf?" Wang Dadong’s expression darkened as he grabbed the Arican female soldier from her seat.

But because she was strapped in, he didn’t succeed.

Wang Dadong’s strength was great, and the safety belt was so tight it almost choked the Arican female soldier, her beret falling to the floor, revealing a head of golden curls.

Yet she still showed no intention of speaking.

"If you won’t tell , I’ll find out myself!" Wang Dadong’s gaze fell on the private plane’s instrunts.

The instrunts showed the coordinates as: Longitude 106°25’45" (106.42913) East, Latitude 29°49’18" (29.8217) North.

Without a doubt, these coordinates were greatly off course.

"Imdiately correct the course!" Wang Dadong said with a sullen face.

Seeing the Arican female soldier not speaking, Wang Dadong unfastened her safety belt, then roughly pulled her out of the pilot’s seat and sat down himself.

Although Wang Dadong had never flown this type of plane, the basic principles were the sa, and with a little familiarity, he could manage.

"It’s useless; the course is already locked, you can’t change it anymore," the Arican female soldier finally spoke.

"Locked? Locked to where?" Wang Dadong frowned and asked.

"To a place where you can be destroyed," the Arican female soldier replied coldly.

"Aren’t you afraid I’ll kill you?" Wang Dadong’s face darkened slightly.

The Arican female soldier was noncommittal, her expression unchanged.

Wang Dadong sat back in the pilot’s seat.

He finally understood why there was only one pilot.

This pilot was ant to escort him on his final journey, and she didn’t plan to return alive either.

No wonder there was a faint sadness in her eyes.

She was going to die; how could she not feel sad?

This was a mission with no chance of survival.

"Help

contact the General imdiately!" Wang Dadong’s expression was ugly.

The Arican female soldier sat silently, without any intention of contacting the General.

"What benefits did he promise you that you’re willing to die for him?" Wang Dadong grabbed her collar and roared.

"I am a soldier; following orders is my duty," the Arican female soldier said calmly, with an indifferent expression toward life and death.

From the mont she received the mission, she knew she was destined to die, so she was prepared for it ntally.

Anyway, the General had promised her that her family would be well cared for, and she would be posthumously honored as a martyr.

This was a supre honor.

"I guess you’re only twenty-seven or twenty-eight, right? What’s your rank now, at least a Captain? Are you really willing to sacrifice like this? No, you can’t even call this a sacrifice; you’re just a pawn discarded by the General for his own desires," Wang Dadong sneered.

A pawn discarded at will...

Hearing Wang Dadong’s words, the Arican female soldier was slightly stunned.

Indeed, this didn’t really count as a sacrifice.

She was not unaware of the things the General did.

"Maybe he promised you that after your death, your parents would be well cared for, and you’d be posthumously honored as a martyr, but have you ever thought about what your parents really want? Isn’t it a cold corpse? A martyr’s title? They’d rather have you by their side, even if you were just an ordinary person."

The Arican female soldier’s emotions fluctuated even more, her green eyes showing confusion.

She began to doubt if what she was doing was right, and if her sacrifice was aningless.

"Life is the most important thing in the world. Even in death, it should be worthwhile. Dying like this doesn’t bring a bit of benefit to your country. Your actions aren’t even worthy of being called a soldier’s; you’ve violated a soldier’s duty!"

A soldier’s duty...

Yes, a soldier’s duty is to protect, not to kill.

After a long ti, a look of pain appeared on the Arican female soldier’s face, shaking her head and saying, "It’s useless. Everything’s useless. This plane’s course was set before takeoff, and the communication equipnt was damaged long ago. We can only fly along its predetermined path."

Wang Dadong knew he had swayed the Arican female soldier, so he imdiately said, "Tell , what’s our destination? What exactly does the General want to do?"

"The General’s mission for

was to kill you."

"Kill ?" Wang Dadong’s pupils contracted.

Could it be that General Tesla wasn’t afraid of Yama’s Finger?

Wait!

Wang Dadong suddenly realized a problem.

After being applied with Yama’s Finger, there are no visible signs of anything wrong for a long ti, and even precise dical examinations can’t detect anything.

As an Arican, Tesla surely revered science, and he would definitely have his body thoroughly checked.

Finding no issues would make him think Wang Dadong was bluffing.

That must be why he ordered his assassination.

When the plane ascends to tens of thousands of ters, all it would take is a free fall to ensure Wang Dadong’s death.

As for why the plane was flown to such a remote area, it was likely to retrieve Wang Dadong’s modified hand.

His modified hand surely held trendous scientific value.

If the plane crashed in a desolate place, no one else would find it, and Tesla could easily send a military team to search for it.

His plan was indeed quite cunning.

But no matter how cunning Tesla was, he miscalculated one thing.

That is, Wang Dadong’s use of Yama’s Finger wasn’t to scare him.

"Tesla, you want

dead, but it’s not that easy. But for

to want you dead, you definitely won’t survive!" Wang Dadong’s gaze was icy cold.

Once affected by Yama’s Finger, death is certain unless it’s undone.

And though his current situation was tricky, it wasn’t necessarily fatal.

But as for Yang Furong, she might be in real danger.

If the plane truly crashed, Wang Dadong considered it fortunate if he could save himself.

"Are there any parachutes on the plane?" Wang Dadong asked the Arican female soldier in a deep voice.

The Arican female soldier shook her head woodenly.

Of course, since Tesla intended to kill him, why would he have placed parachutes on the plane?

When Wang Dadong inspected the plane, he only checked for tampering or hidden bombs, never considering that Tesla would remove the parachutes.

Just then, Wang Dadong suddenly felt a violent jolt, tumbling headfirst toward the cabin.

But his reaction was quick, swiftly grabbing hold of a seat’s safety belt.

The Arican female soldier, unrestrained, was thrown hard against the cabin.
