"Your soul is the mixture of two souls" When she said this, Aadhya got even more confused about it. "It is not because of ", The moon goddess clarified to Brinda before she said sothing "though Shira was successful in saving your body of a white wolf, a part of your soul died the sa day when your mother gave birth to you."

"I don’t understand what you are saying. A soul is just a soul... how can it be a mixture of two souls." Aadhya asked her in confusion.

"Have you ever wondered what a mate bond is?" she asked Aadhya, but she didn’t have an answer to it. So, the moon goddess continued, "Mate bond, mate pull, everything is nothing but just an attraction of a soul towards its other part. Two mates share half a part of the sa soul. That’s why they feel pulled and attracted to each other. In your case, a part of your soul was damaged when you were born, and all the things that were done to your body after that didn’t help much. When Shira got you, you were almost dead. In saving you, she used not only the life energy of Rose’s child but also her soul. So, a part of your soul is Ethan’s soul’s other half while another part is Ryan’s soul’s other half."

"But it’s not only who got the second chance, mate. I am also Ryan’s second chance mate" Aadhya is getting increasingly confused about all this.

"People are different, not souls. You have the sa soul that Reed’s child had"

"So, indirectly, I am Reed’s child," she asked the moon goddess in distaste.

"I don’t think so. These mortal bodies are connected through these relations, but in reality, only the relations between souls are real. Only mate bond is real in my eyes because both mates are part of a single soul. Every other bond is nothing but just a myth." The moon goddess explained.

"That’s insane... and what if Ethan would have accepted ?" Aadhya asked the moon goddess.

"Then the soul, which is Ethan’s mate, would have dominated the other part, and once both of you have accepted each other, the other bond would have vanished on its own"

"Then why did I feel the pain of losing a mate when Ethan died when both Ryan and I accepted each other" Aadhya again asked her.

"Mate bond is no joke, Aadhya; you can’t believe it will vanish just like that... accepting each other is not just about saying a few words; it is also about marking each other. I have never made things which complied the mates to make physical relations with each other out of compulsion, but you do have to mark each other to connect the wolf souls within you" now, for the first ti, aadhya finally got the answers to her questions.

"Why am I here?" She finally asked the question that the moon goddess had wanted her to ask for a long ti.

"I just wanted to give it to you" Moon goddess raised her hand, and out of thin air, a crown started forming in her hand. It is the sa colour as Ryan’s and has the sa whitish-blue crystal between it. It is delicate and elegant, but still, Aadhya can feel the power radiating from it.

"You are giving the crown to a white wolf" For the first ti, Brinda has said sothing in a while. It is hard to believe for her to witness the moon goddess giving the crown to a white wolf. She has always tried to do good for the white wolves. She tried to save as many white wolves as she could.. or why would that wolf have taken Aadhya’s semi-dead body to the place where Shira is around... or why would she have led Greyson near the wolf who saved him.. and these are not the only instances when she did that. She has tried to help many white wolfs in Greyson’s captivity, too, but sadly, she is just a soul. There is not much that she can do.

"Yes," the moon goddess simply replied to her and waited for Aadhya to say sothing.

"Why would you do that? Does it not an that you are yourself giving the powers to the white wolves again? When you already know that one day a white wolf will be the one to take everything away from you?" It is not like Brinda is dissatisfied with the moon goddess’s decision, but it is because she is shocked by all this.

This is the first ti after that dreadful day that she is eting her. She has imagined this situation many a ti and never did once it turned out like this. It is always filled with blood, cries, and sacrifices, and then a mighty wolf erges from sowhere to again establish the belief of people.

"I know that everything that has happened with you was wrong, and no one deserves to go through the situations that you have been into. I can even accept that your curse is also not wrong. If anyone has been in your situation, then this is the exact thing that he should have also done.... but things never happen the way we want them to. Do you seriously think that a mortal can beco the moon god or goddess?" she asked her, but Brinda was unable to answer it.

"A mortal body is not capable of holding so much energy. Only a complete soul can be the moon god or goddess. It ans a single wolf can’t be a moon goddess. You need the souls of two wolfs who are mates... and a soul is just a soul. You can’t categorise it into white wolf’s soul or human soul or animal soul" this single statent of the moon goddess troubled Brinda more than she would ever accept. "It ans that Greyson cannot dethrone , and if you are going to place your hopes in aadhya, then again... her mate is a pure breed black wolf.. not white. So, according to your curse, their soul will also never be the soul of a white wolf" when she said this, Aadhya was not able to stay silent for more.

"I am not interested in your throne or crown. Just send back where I was before," she said and looked towards the place where Shira’s body had been lying a few minutes ago. "I need to kill a man."

"Although the decision is yours whether to accept it or not but..... think before you make any decision. Many lives are going to be affected by it. It is a matter of life and death for many people" Moon goddess is still looking calm and composed, "Decide after considering every aspect."

"Can I go back to the place I was after accepting it?" Aadhya asked her, and she nodded "fine, I will be the queen" Moon goddess smiled, looking happy with Aadhya’s decision and looked at Brinda, who was just looking lost and sorrowful.

"You should be happy, Brinda. A white wolf is going to be the queen of the whole werewolf world," she said to her, but Brinda didn’t say anything. Moon goddess smiled, and the crown that was in her hand before vanished.

"Don’t be sad, Brinda. It is ti for you to co with . Your ti on earth already ended years ago. The other half of your soul is still waiting for you" On this, an emotional expression crossed Brinda’s face, but she again beca stoic in a second.

"No, I am not going anywhere until you are dethroned. You don’t deserve to be in the position you are in," she said to the moon goddess in venom laced voice.

"Can’t you see, the moon goddess that you always wanted to dethrone is not the sa one who was the reason for that massacre" this piece of information shocked both the other ladies. "I don’t have much ti to explain how things in our world work, but the soul that was moon goddess then was dethroned the day she killed many innocent souls. As gods, we, too, have limitations, and we, too, are accountable for our actions. From the ti you died, two moon goddesses have succeeded the soul that killed your children.. and your curse didn’t go in vain. I am the soul that you talked about. My soul is the soul of two white wolves" After it, the moon goddess transferred her focus to Aadhya. "Action is the most powerful belief... other things are just to fool ourselves. Don’t forget these words, Aadhya."

Before Aadhya can even understand the aning of this, she again found herself standing on the battlefield, and she is in her wolf form now. Shira’s body is lying on the ground while her eyes are fixated on Aadhya with a smile. She looked at Greyson, who was looking mad and baffled. He didn’t have anything to hold her now. The child is already gone, and her grandmother killed herself... but can he still make the alpha king leave the borders? She still didn’t have the crown. He was about to say this when Aadhya’s body started shifting into her human form.

She can feel the energy within her, she can feel her body changing, and from the expressions of Ryan, she knows what is happening.

When Aadhya transford into her human form again, Ryan was speechless. Many a ti before, Aadhya has caught him off guard with her beauty, brilliance, and strength, but looking at her in this form cannot even be explained in words. Her body was covered in the sa tribal tattoos that appear on his body when he releases all his power, but her tattoos are glowing silvery blue. He was unable to remove his gaze from her when suddenly blackness covered his senses.

All the wolves around Aadhya fell to the ground, including Ryan and Greyson, and one by one, they started howling in pain...
