They entered the office, and I entered behind them. We all stopped dead in our tracks when we saw the scene. I heard shuffling and a few gasps behind , but I could not react to anything.
Ryan was standing in front of us, and every inch of his body was covered in blood, but that’s not what made look at him dumbfounded, nor his bulging muscles, which are uncovered as he surely is bare-chested. What made admire his beauty is the tribal tattoo lines that are glowing green as if soone tattooed those designs with neon ink on his entire body. Even his face is also covered in those tribal designs, his shoulder-length hair is also down, and the outline of his every single hair is also glowing green. His whole body is glowing, and his eyes have also turned bright erald in color, which I saw before losing consciousness on the day of the vampire attack in the blue moon pack.
"You look stunning, Ryan" I don’t know why I whispered it, but I felt like my body was automatically moving towards him. I was so stunned by his mystic appearance that I could not spot anything around . Suddenly Matt took my hand and yanked behind him, and for the first ti, I was so mad at Matt that I wanted to attack him badly.
"What the fuck?" I shouted at him, but before he would say anything, we heard a growl... a growl which made all of the wolves around fall on their knees, a growl which made ... Aadhya, a human, felt weak on her knees, a growl so loud that it shook the whole house and a growl which made my heart flutter.
I looked at Ryan, but I saw sothing that I had never ever imagined... {never in this hell, I have even imagined that the alpha king’s crown would be like that}.. on his entire body, those tribal lines were glowing erald green, but the crown that appeared from nowhere is now glowing whitish-blue on his head with a blue crystal in the middle... {it is glowing brightest in his whole body} ... If I thought that Ryan was mystic before, he is looking transcendent now. The power radiating from his body was so much to handle that I could not steady myself. I fell to my knees, but my gaze was still fixed on him... {REMOVE YOUR GAZE FROM HIM, AADHYAA...}... I am trying... {NO, YOU ARE NOT... NOT ENOUGH... TRY HARDER} ... How do I do this? I am not even able to blink my eyes.
Ryan’s expressions turned soft, but still, he was still in that mystic form. I was in a trance for I don’t know how much ti, but suddenly a pain pierced my heart. I tried to close my eyes, but I felt as if my eyes were not in my control. I wanted to ask him what he was doing to , but just like my eyes, my mouth was also not cooperating with . Ryan was constantly looking at . I can’t figure out his proper expressions because of those patterns. I signed him to co towards with my hand, but he didn’t move an inch from his place... {can’t he see that I am suffering} ... Suddenly he lunged toward , but before I was even able to understand sothing, a burning pain shot up in my arm directly to my heart, and everything turned black.

{I was sitting under a tree and crying because of pain as both my knees were bruised and bleeding.
"Can I sit here?" I heard a soft voice. I wiped my tears quickly and looked at the person. A boy is standing in front of , and his brown eyes are focused on . If I rember correctly, he is the son of Alpha and Luna.
I didn’t know what to say, so I nodded and shifted a little. "Do you like chocolates?" he asked shyly after a few minutes. I looked at him in doubt. No one wants to be my friend here, so why is he asking that?
"Yes," as soon as I whispered it, he took out two chocolates from his pocket and extended both towards .
"Will you be my friend?" he asked when I took one chocolate from him.
"But max and Sam said that no one wants to be my friend."
"But I wanted to be your friend," he added instantly.
"Why?" I couldn’t help asking.
"Because I wanted to be your friend. So, would you be my friend?" he asked again, and I couldn’t help but smile.
"Yes," he smiled happily and stood from his place.
"Let’s go. First, we will go to mom, she will put dicine on your wound, and we will also tell her that Sam and Max hurt you. After that, we will play" I nodded happily, and both of us went towards his house... krrrrr.. krrrrr... krrr

Krrrr... What was that sound... krrr.... Why can’t people let sleep for a while?... krrr... I didn’t think I could get rid of this sound until I woke up. I opened my eyes slowly, and as soon as I got my senses, I scrunched my nose in disgust... {seriously, again, hospital} ... I stood up from the bed and looked around. The room is still dark, but thanks to the werewolf senses, I can point to the origin of that ’krrr’ sound.
Gramma was sleeping on the sofa beside my bed and snoring loudly. I looked around the room, and it was just a normal room. It has nothing like a hospital room, but I could still sll dicines, so I was sure I was in the hospital. I knew I should stay inside, but this sll was giving a headache, so I walked towards the door and was about to open the door when I stopped... {If I am in the hospital and gramma is here, it ans that others will also be around here, and if they knew I am awake, then they will not let go out of this stinky place, and who knows what if they called the doctor with injection}.
I dropped my idea of going outside and looked for the other ways, which is not actually tough as there is a window on the right wall... {I will not go much far, and I will be back as soon as I hear the sound of the door} I promised myself and went towards the window, but as soon I put my hands on the window handle, soone opened it from outside with so much force that I was yanked out directly into that person, and both of us fell outside on the ground with a thud.
"O" I groaned in pain as my nose crashed on his hard chest... {yeah, you got it right... This person is the one and only Ryan knight. I think he swore to make my nose flat or make look like Voldemort. I really need to make him stop trying to flatten my nose... but I am not complaining about our close proximity} ... "You do know that I like my nose as it is, don’t you, Ryan?" Instead of listening to what I was saying, he encircled his hands around and hugged tightly... {Am I hallucinating, or the mate tingles are becoming stronger day by day?} ... I think it was the first ti that he hugged properly, more like I fell on him, but still, he felt warm and safe.
I was still in my la-la land when all of a sudden, instead of those calming tingles, I felt stabbing pain in my chest "aahhhh" as soon as a painful groan escaped my lips, Ryan instantly got up with in his arms, and within a few strides, we were in the hospital room. He placed on the bed and slowly caressed my forehead.
"Don’t cry. I am mind linking the doctor", he whispered and wiped the tears that escaped my eyes... {the pain is gone}
He looked at in concern, and I took his hand in mine. "I am fine. No need to call anyone", I told him, and he gave that are-you-out-of-your-mind look. I rolled my eyes at his behaviour and shifted a little "Sit."
"But..." I tried to pull him but failed.
"Sit, Ryan," I said to him with a pout, and he complied without even a single argunt... {I am becoming a good actress day by day. I am coming soon, Hollywood.}
"Do you rember anything?" he asked , and from his expressions, I clearly knew that he was trying hard to maintain that stern facade.
"You looked so majestic in that form of yours, those erald designs on your body and that crown... I never saw soone so stunning in my whole life" he looked taken aback by my confession, but he again beca stoic within seconds.
"I am not talking about . Do you rember anything else?" instantly, the bloodied image of his office ca to my mind... {with Ryan standing there in his mystic form}... as soon as I imagined him in that form, I felt a slight pain in my heart, but I didn’t show it on my face... {or he will go and get so doctor for ... and then that doctor will get injections with him and then..}
I shuddered, and a few concerned creases appeared on his forehead "those rogues" As soon as I said this, he nodded "there is sothing which is very dangerous, Ryan. No one can have guts enough to attack the alpha king at his ho or to plan any type of murder at your office. You need to take this matter seriously. I don’t know, but if all this is happening because of or gramma, then..." before I continued, he put his hand on my mouth.
"When I asked, do you rember anything? I wanted to ask whether you rember anything about those rogues?" he removed his hand slowly from my mouth.
"Well, when I entered your office, those ’rogues’, as you are saying, were not in their proper form. I rember only the blood and flesh that is covering every inch of your office and that sexy body of yours which has those cool designs... hey, can you help design a design like that? I was thinking of having a tattoo like that," I asked him excitedly... {why is he looking mad??}
"Do you think this is a joke?" I shook my head negatively... {but I was serious about the new tattoo} ... "Do you even know how painful it is to see your mate on the verge of death?" his eye colour is now fluctuating between black and green... {oh, ohh}
"Do you know how I felt when doctors said you suffered a heart attack?" The king took control of him, and suddenly my heart started beating very fast. He put both of his hands on my shoulders but as soon as he did, that pain shot up from my shoulders to my heart... {what the hell is happening with my body???}

Hello all, I hope you and your loved once are doing good. So, we ca to Chapter 40 today and I consider this as milestone for as this story is very close to my heart. This is the first work that I have signed contract for and I hope that I will keep writing more.
