Finally, Hyungkeshni has finished the book!

Yay!

Although, calling it a book might be an understatent — it’s more like a thick stack of paper. But since it’s called a book, I guess it’s a book.

“What are you planning to do now?”

I was hugging the book and feeling happy, but Hyungkeshni asked that.

“They have to read it. That’s what books are for, right?”

At my words, Hyungkeshni lowered her head with a dark expression.

“Did everything go the way you wanted?”

Well, I don’t know. Now, I have to get the blessed people to read it and make them rember.

No.

I don’t have ti.

If I’m not careful, this whole book might burn up.

I pushed Hyungkeshni aside and began eagerly morizing the first page.

“You didn’t even care when I was writing, but suddenly what’s this new interest?”

“I’m morizing it before the book disappears.”

I looked at the page, closed my eyes, and tried to recall it.

I can rember it without missing a single word.

I can do this, huh?

If I really didn’t have ti, I would’ve had to bless Hyungkeshni just to get her to morize it.

Of course, taking warmth and bestowing blessings are separate actions, so it’s not breaking the promise.

I did say I’d take everything in the end, but actually, I’m not really taking anything but warmth.

If I don’t take warmth at that point, the promise is kept.

Since I can morize the book, there’s no need for to bless Hyungkeshni.

And the reason I’m suddenly focusing so intently on the material Hyungkeshni wrote.

That’s because, right now, priests from the Holy Spirit Church have co to the king.

It’s not for the funeral. Tis-ha’s funeral ended yesterday. The empty coffin was laid to rest in the royal cetery.

At that ti, all the priests from the Holy Spirit Church left, saying they would co to discuss matters about .

I thought it would take at least a week for them to go back to the headquarters and return to talk about , but they arrived the very next day, today.

And they’re not just regular priests. There are also a lot of paladins. According to the king’s mory, most of the people there are very famous.

They really ca in a swarm.

They condemned the evil god who stole Tis-ha, who had received the Holy Spirit’s blessing, in front of the king. From what I overheard from other royals and nobles, what they’re doing is incredibly rude.

Right after they arrived, they imdiately pulled out the letter from the leader of the Holy Spirit Church and shouted.

The nobles whispering think this is too rude. Especially those who received my blessing are pushing back very hard. There are even whispers saying they’re treating the king like an inferior.

The priest from the Holy Spirit Church is demanding that the evil god be handed over to be punished.

What should I do?

I don’t think I’ll have ti to read through all of Hyungkeshni’s book.

I should’ve read it earlier.

Regret is too late.

While I carefully read through, making sure I don’t miss anything, I focus on what’s happening in the royal castle with the king.

The king, surprisingly, didn’t imdiately give up but asked why the evil god’s blessing on Tis-ha didn’t disappear when he converted.

Then, the paladin stepped forward.

He said the sin Tis-ha had committed couldn’t be ignored, and while the Holy Spirit accepted Tis-ha, the sin remained.

Now, the ti has co to pay for that sin, and they criticized the evil god who gave the sin.

It’s a denial that their god lacks power, while trying to bla .

It’s human logic.

That’s right. It’s a form of moral equivalence.

The evil god is bad. Tis-ha, who received the blessing, is bad. Only the Holy Spirit is right.

The words of a sinner have no value, so they refuse to listen. After all, they’re all the sa.

It’s simple.

Rather than judging a cri purely by an event, it’s a technique of pulling in past facts and diluting the current cri.

“What’s the rush?”

Hyungkeshni asked from the side. Oh, right. Hyungkeshni doesn’t know what’s happening in the royal castle right now.

But it’s better to keep the fact that I’m seeing the world through the eyes of the blessed from others. How should I phrase it?

Ah, yes. I can say this:

“The ones blessed by the Holy Spirit have co to the royal castle.”

I don’t actually know if they received blessings from the Holy Spirit, but if I say it like this, they might take it as spiritual power.

At my words, Hyungkeshni turned her gaze toward the royal castle.

“Holy Spirit Church? That’s to be expected. They’re just like the Spiritual Kingdom, or even worse, they’re working harder than anyone else.”

Hyungkeshni said to the side.

Hehe, she believed it?

It’s a sha I can’t see her expression because she’s too busy morizing the paper.

“Hey, aren’t those guys easy for an Outer God to handle?”

She asked.

Where does she think my power lies?

Oh, right. On the day I returned, I sohow suppressed the royal castle mbers I could control. And I shattered her magic once.

Now, seeing the indigo energy returned to Hyungkeshni’s chest, it seems like it can regenerate.

Anyway, I must have enough strength to incapacitate Hyungkeshni. That’s one way to think about it.

“No. Hyungkeshni. I don’t have that kind of power, nor do I plan to attack them.”

But it was a coincidence. It was all just improvisation. I just did what was necessary.

However, this ti, I’ll be a little more proactive.

The faded man, who really hates gods, whispers one way.

The way to kill a god.

Of course, it’s nearly impossible in a world where gods exist. But at worst, I can inflict so serious damage.

I’ve already planted the seed. All I have to do is make it bloom.

If I use my blood to make it bloom and spread, it’ll be done.

Then, I’ll do it.

I’m very interested in making a god suffer.

Right now, far away from where my body is, the king asks the paladin if this is truly the will of the god.

The paladin says the god will judge.

In other words, what he’s saying is his own opinion, but the judgnt will be made by the god later, so we have to follow their orders.

It’s rude, but it’s not surprising in Ansellus Kingdom.

That’s because the faith in the Holy Spirit Church is so great that, in this country, the words of the Holy Spirit are more important than the king’s.

It’s impossible to stop them with just a few nobles and the king’s will.

Knowing that, I’ve been hurriedly morizing the book.

Ah, of course, I didn’t think of everything.

I heard the nobles who received my blessing whispering.

I just have to listen to what others think.

If I hadn’t heard them, I wouldn’t have known, but if soone is next to and says sothing aloud, I can eavesdrop on it.

Following the thoughts of those nobles, the paladin pressured the king loudly.

The king, with an extrely displeased expression, reluctantly agreed to the paladin’s words. Of course, his expression was as stiff as a mask, but he wasn’t skilled enough to hide all his biological signals.

The king told them to bring to them.

He then ordered a subordinate to co and get .

Ugh, luckily, my house is far from the castle, so it will take so ti for them to arrive, but they will get here soon.

Even if I read quickly, I’ll probably have read more than half of it by the ti they arrive.

I’ll have to keep my energy up.

But then, sothing strange caught my attention.

Those who had received my blessing suddenly started rushing toward . Before the people the king ordered to co for could arrive, they were riding horses and heading to my mansion.

And not long after, the mansion was filled with the sound of rushing footsteps. As the hurried footsteps reached my ears, a scared-looking Hyungkeshni, holding her staff, turned toward the entrance, while three of the blessed people ran toward , opening the door.

“You need to escape right now!” “They’re coming to arrest you from the Holy Spirit Church!” “They’re slandering you as an evil god and planning to kill you!”

Originally, they were all supposed to be older and more serious, but now they’re shouting urgently like children.

“Yes. I know.”

At those words, Hyungkeshni looked at with a shocked expression. And there’s a faint smile on her face. It’s not a face of fear. It’s the face of soone who’s really satisfied.

I guess I’ve really been tornting her a lot.

“But if I run, you’ll be in danger.”

Hyungkeshni looks at with the expression of soone who ate sothing wrong.

It’s fine. I have a plan.

“So, please read this instead of . I should read it, but if the three of you share it, it’ll be read quickly.”

I handed them the stack of paper I was reading. They looked at with fearful expressions.

“What is this?” “It’s how to summon , written by this witch.”

Yes. I thought there might be a cruel thod for sacrifices, so I said Hyungkeshni wrote it and made an escape route in advance.

Their expressions brightened. Do they think they can summon again? But they’ll find it hard to see .

“After reading it from start to finish, if the thod is evil, please don’t use it.”

Because I’ll say this.

Hyungkeshni, listening from the side, looks at with the expression of soone who’s witnessing sothing terrible. I know. It’ll probably look like I’m suddenly pretending to be good.

But do they know?

Tragedy spreads like a plague.

From now on, if I want to use a thod that troubles a god, I need to set it up in advance. There can’t be any contradictions in my actions.

I heard the sounds of people coming to my house at the king’s command from beyond the mansion. I’m going out to et them.

I’m going to make sure they don’t get hurt while holding the paper. I’ll call each one of their nas and say this:

“Please read the book.”

They nod with expressions of gratitude. I leave them behind and head toward the exit.

“Hyungkeshni. Follow .”

Without hesitation, Hyungkeshni follows .

Maybe I called her to make sure she doesn’t do anything to harm those three, but she follows so innocently, almost like a fool.

“What are you thinking?”

After closing the door, Hyungkeshni asks .

“I plan to go die like this.”

At least, this mysterious body will co to an end.

“Hah, what’s this? Now you’re pretending to be a good god and planning to die? If you completely end things in this world, I’ll be happy.”

Instead of expressing myself, I simply say this:

“There’s no end here.”

Yes. Nothing ends. From now on, I’ll release poison, and the people left behind will morize the summoning thod for .

But Hyungkeshni, perhaps not understanding my words, looks puzzled. That’s fine. I’ll let her worry and turn her attention elsewhere.

“So now you’re free, Hyungkeshni. But if you want to see die, co with .”

At least, I’ll have to buy ti until the remaining people finish reading the paper. Hyungkeshni might like seeing the person who tornted her die, right?

“Alright, fine.”

She took the bait.

So, I smiled and went out with her to et the people from the royal palace.

It’s ti to go make a god suffer.
