"Oh, excuse . I just t him today. I approached him to ask sothing. My na is Ronald. I’m a hunter who is freely exploring the world," the man said.

He said his na was Ronald? I feel like that is a fake na. And a hunter who was freely exploring the world? That sounds suspicious.

"Exploring the world? Why are you risking your life to do sothing stupid like that?" One of the man in the party asked.

"I’m looking for soone," Ronald said.

"Looking for who? If it’s soone we know, we will help you," said one of the girls in the party.

"I’m on a journey for the sake of revenge. I’m looking for a man who killed soone I respected like a father to ," Ronald said.

Oh, a backstory! This help convince other people that he’s actually the good guy. But I’m still suspicious of him no matter what.

Wait, there’s a chance that he’s not related to the cult. But he’s really going to avenge the death of a mber of the cult that I killed.

Well, let’s hear his story. Though I put the not-interested expression on my face as Robby. This looks like I’m stuck with them even though I don’t want to, but it was too late for to get out of here. The only person who can get out of here without a care about the whole situation would be soone with no social skill at all. And Robby, although he has very low social skill, it’s not to the point that he’s going to go ho without listening to the story.

Also, Ronald said that Robby looked like the person he was looking for. So Robby should stay and listen.

"The man who killed him, I don’t know his na. But I know his characteristic. He’s a man with a missing right hand. And he’s also an air mage, a summoner, and a tar. And this guy you call Robby, he’s missing his right hand. And he’s also an air mage. So I’m curious if he’s the murderer I’m looking for."

Ronald then looked at without hiding his hostility at all. He’s pretty good at acting.

"Robby killed soone? Then the guy must be really weak or really stupid. This guy here only ca out of his house to take a job so he can get money to buy so boozes. Other tis, he never leave his house," soone said.

Yeah, that’s the setting. Though that is obviously suspicious.

"He never leave his house? How could you know that? Now I feel like he’s more suspicious. Robby, are you a tar?" Ronald asked this ti. He’s really ready to kill .

Though if he knew that I’m the Aura user, then he must have prepared sothing to not get himself killed too early when he t .

I also have to be careful. Because he might be a summoner who is in a telepathic contact with a monster that can speak. That monster might be hiding sowhere in the cult’s base.

Or maybe this guy is the monster. A familiar. I couldn’t see through his body since I pretend to not have Divine Vision.

I have to be in a situation where he won’t notice that I’m looking at him after this. Though for now, it’s ti to convince him that I didn’t kill whoever he said. Though it’s likely that I killed the person he was talking about.

Everyone is looking at for confirmation.

"Robby, right? Are you a tar?" Ronald asked.

"No," I replied honestly.

It’s the cult’s misunderstanding that I’m a tar after all. The truth is that the monsters followed for their own reasons. And it was not because they were tad by .

"Really? Then, are you a summoner?" Ronald asked again.

"I am."

There’s no need to lie. I am a summoner. Robby is a summoner. Though his familiar is weak.

We’re planning to lure the cult here. But if I said that I’m the Aura user, they will co right away. The others said that we don’t have to fight right away, so we will have to make the cult think.

Right now, if this guy has telepathic ability, the cult must be thinking that I’m suspicious. And they must be putting on the list of soone who could be the Aura user.

Maybe I need another disguise. Then all the list will be filled by . That would be interesting.

"Can you show your familiars?" Ronald asked.

"What do you an by familiars? There’s a way for a summoner to have more monsters?" a girl from the party asked.

To make speak less, they send people with the sa elent as . Soone there must be an air mage as well. But for summoner, it would be that girl. Though I think that girl must have other familiars already.

Since I speak less, the cult won’t be able to tell if I’m lying, speaking the truth, or just simply never said about what they need to know.

"Umm... heard that there are summoners out there who can make a contract with multiple monsters like a tar does. I thought he might have more," Ronald said.

He seems to be lying. He knows that there’s a way for a summoner to have more familiars. I’m sure of it.

Which ans that he’s a mber of the cult. That’s seem to be the case.

Though before I could do anything, the summoner girl rapidly asked that guy questions.

"Really? How can I get more familiar? Is there a requirent to do it? How many familiars is the limit? Can I have ten familiars?"

The girls should have known the answer already. But for her to asked everything like that as if she didn’t know, she’s a pretty good actress.

In fact, everyone here is acting. Like we’re living in a fake world. To hell with these fakers. included.

What’s next? Playing house?

"Umm... I don’t know much of it. I just heard from rumor that it’s possible."

"Where did you hear it?!"

Can we just finish already?

"Over there," tired of the interaction, I just pointed at sothing near the dead orc.

"Is that... a sli?" Ronald asked.

"Yes. My familiar. I can only use it to lure the orc. Now, if you’re done, I’m leaving."

The sli was not black. It’s because we painted so Blobbies blue before I killed the orc. After all, the cult is still looking for the Black Sli.

After I said I was leaving, the Blobby move to my shoulder. Then I left the place.

The cult knows that I have five familiars. A female werewolf, a female living armor, a horse, a male angel, and a male Crab Person. Though I don’t think they know about the Crab People race.

Now that I have shown him a blue sli, he won’t connect it to the Aura user. Though I will still be seen as suspicious.

"Wait! You haven’t shown proof yet that the sli is your familiar!" Ronald said as was about to leave.

So I just showed it to him. I threw the Blue Blobby at him with my left hand. And the man reacted. Seeing his reaction, he won’t be able to tell when I used my Divine Vision. So I used it montarily.

Then when the blue Blobby about to hit his face as he was about to prepare a defensive spell, I summoned the Blobby back to . I can do that since the Blobby is part of my familiar.

Just like how I can open portals to where the Blobbies are, I can also summon them individually to my side.

Seriously, Black Sli is the most cheat-like creature to be a familiar. Especially to an Aura user like .

As the man created a Wind Shield, the Blobby is already by my side. And he didn’t notice at all that I used Divine Vision at him. The result was that he’s a human. Not a monster. Or if he’s a monster, he must have a very similar organ as human. Just like the vampires. Though the biggest difference with the vampires is that they have more blood stored in their body and their fangs as well. If not for them, I won’t be able to tell if they’re a vampire or a human.

"There. That’s the proof. You’re done? Then I’m going ho," I said.

I left the man and the party of four there behind. Though I don’t think I can get out of this disguise anyti soon. That man must be thinking of investigating more about .

So, I returned back to the guild. After she gave the signal that everyone here is ally, I told her what happened with everyone in the guild listening.

After that, I took the reward and bought so boozes before returning back to Robby’s house.

Now, we wait. That man, or probably soone else, will surely check Robby’s house. To see if Robby is the Aura user or not.

Which ans that it’s likely that they will made a move anyti soon. To see if I will make my move or not.

Well, let’s see what will happen.
