"There he is! Catch him!"
As planned, I’m now causing ruckus again after two hours of rest. This ti, I’m going to destroy as many protected facilities as possible.
Whatever they’re doing there, after my first raid, the people there seem to be preparing to leave after gathering important stuffs at the sa spot. So I’m going to destroy those buildings and if possible, grab everything they tried to bring out of there to another place. Then soone will check them later.
During my conversation with Victoria via telepathy, I told her to tell Albert that there might be so objects I will transfer using portal later. To tell him that he needs soone to check those objects to see if we can get more clues of where the real leader of the cult is. To where the Evil God is.
Before my second raid this ti, I walked around the city to see if there’s any powerful mage. But there’s no one like that. But the place is huge so they might not be here at the mont and will return later.
Maybe they’re in another base. And that base could be nearby so they can co here as soon as possible.
But why do they have so many bases in Monsters World? One was even on top of a mountain and another was on the back of a Kaiser Tortoise. If they just gather everyone in one place, won’t they be much stronger?
Unless they want sothing else. Because they can only find a certain type of resource in those places. But we have never found anything that they could get.
Unless they have took everything until there’s nothing for us to see. So we never know about it at all.
But since there’s a huge city like this, there might still be so kind of resource that they can still get here. Or is it that they’re just here because the place beca so huge that it’s better if they just live here instead of going sowhere else. I need to look around even more to see what’s wrong with this city.
If it ans that they have taken everything they need from every base they created, then they have probably built sothing crazy in which they will need all those materials. I’m pretty sure that soone must have deducted all of this but there’s no evidence or that there’s no need for anyone to tell about this.
Well, that’s fine. What’s important to is the destruction of the cult. The thod is not important. And what they’re doing is not important to . I just need them all to die.
I pretended to just be walking around. Then I entered an empty alley and put on my armor and started terrorizing people before I entered one of the protected facilities. This one is not the church. And I quickly go to where they stored every important things so I can transfer them all using portal.
Everyone is chasing after . But the good thing is that the people inside the facilities are not all strong mages. So I could kill them easily. For those who are too weak and seem to be important, I grabbed them and brought them with to their storage room.
"Why are you doing this? I just want to do my research!"
His research is about combining humans and monsters? I managed to take a peek at a docunt he’s holding. So I can’t really let him live. But I’ll keep him alive for the others to get information from him.
Then when I reach the storage room where they put all important stuffs before they move to another base, I opened a portal directly in front of and threw the people I carried here. It’s difficult to carry three people at the sa ti while running. But I don’t need to worry about their well-being since they can just die anyway.
The portal is connected to a place I told Albert to prepare. There should be so master level mages there so I don’t need to worry about these people acting up.
After that, I use Blobbies to help move everything into the portal before closing it. I close the portal just in ti for soone to destroy the building I’m in.
Among the objects I threw inside there were so that when I touched them, I can’t use Aura. They are made using Etherstone as the materials. But they’re not weapons. Or maybe they are parts of a weapon. I just don’t know since they don’t look like weapons at all.
Whatever. Maybe one of the people I threw into the portal can explain it to the interrogators.
Now, let’s go to the next building.
...After killing every master level mages in this building. Seems like not everyone is going to chase all the ti like before. So now, instead of having them to just destroy the building, I can make sure that every mages I face will die.
While the building was destroyed, I can still move around as much as I like. Because even if I got buried under the rubles, I can still endure them and survive. But I’ll just escape before the building is completely destroyed so I can quickly go to the next building.
Then in the next building, my plan is just to destroy it.
This place is like their church where they are praying to the Evil God. Since everyone here is mbers of the cult, the believers of the Evil God, if I destroy it, they will all get angry.
When I was about to enter it, three master level mages tried to stop . This building is where they really don’t want to destroy. So they want to keep out of it.
But you are not enough to stop !
"No!"
"Stop!"
"Please don’t destroy it!"
"You deserve to die!"
...It feels like I’m the villain here. Why though?
"It’s you guys who wish for the destruction of the world! I wish for its safety! You guys are the villains here!"
Using fake voice by altering it with air magic, I shouted back at them as I continued to swing my sword and destroy the church.
Then soone wearing a priest grab is holding an Etherstone sword, flying using wind magic, and blocked my sword.
"We wish for the world’s destruction because the world is rotten. Everyone here is in despair and the faith is what makes us stronger," he said.
"Stop telling that shit! The most important thing is that you are still parts of the world! You are still included in the parts that need to be destroyed along with the world! Why are you stopping when I’m giving you what you wanted?!"
See? I’m very kind. They wish for the world’s destruction. So I give it to them first. They will die first before the others. It’s just that I don’t do it for the destruction of the world. Just for the destruction of the cult.
When I shouted that, why does it seem like everyone is considering it? Are they too stupid to notice that when they believed in such faith?
The priest was quite strong. But even without Aura, I’m already stronger than him. He might be blocking my sword. But my other hand is free. So I just get closer and punched him in the face. And during that mont of weakness, I stabbed him with my sword to kill him.
"If you don’t want to be a part of the destroyed world, you shouldn’t wish for it," I said.
"The destruction of the world is just a an for us to have better lives! All the sinners will die and go to hell while us believers will live a happy life in paradise! Everyone, don’t be shaken! The True God will give us everything we want as long as we believe in the True God!"
Right. This is a church. And there are a lot of priests here. So it’s not like it will be easy to shake their belief.
"With our lives on the line, we have to kill him! It’s for the True God!"
Those who were shaken by my words before now beco excited as even the weak interdiate level mage shoot Fireball at .
It doesn’t matter if they fight back or not. It doesn’t matter whether my words change them or not.
They are in the base of the cult. They are all enemies I need to kill. Other things are not important.
Then the church was destroyed. And I continued to the next building one after another. Including other churches as well.
After one hour of destruction I caused, it’s ti to leave and rest again.
This ti, it’s just one hour. Next ti, I’ll change the duration as I wish. To make sure that they all can’t sleep well and will be on standby so they can’t rest.
I escaped by pretending that I entered a portal before I disguised myself as a weak bystander and return to my hiding spot.
When is a good ti for to attack next ti? After two hours of rest? Three? Or just one minute?
Maybe I can do it alone. Destroy everything and kill everyone here.
Though when I see it again, the number of people killed by can’t be compared to the huge population of this city. I guess it’s impossible to do it alone. At least it will take a long ti for that to happen.
Well, I’ll stay here for a while before returning back to Angela’s side. I think everyone has easier ti now since the cult doesn’t send more reinforcent after I ca here.
