This mage is not a master level mage. And from how it felt, I don’t think he has reached the stage beyond master level like Timmy did. But he should be very close to that level.
Also, soone whose magic level is higher doesn’t an that they will win in a fight even if it’s against soone who is on a lower level than him. Just like how we usually did long before any of us reached master level.
Thanks to the knowledge from the future about magic control, many of us could beco stronger than soone who is higher level than us. And just like that, this guy could even be stronger than Timmy.
Well, I doubt he is that strong in physical ability. From his muscles, his body movent, and his awareness of his surrounding, he’s good in close combat. Probably I’m stronger than him.

He’s quite similar to the Archbishop. The Archbishop was also a wind mage and lightning mage. Both elents have reached master level.
