Chapter 145: Pavilion in the Moonlit Flower Garden
"Co in!"
A languid voice drifted from within the room, thick with suggestion.
A faint, knowing smile touched the corner of Li ng's mouth. It was a smile that carried more than a hint of lewd anticipation.
With a soft click, he pushed the door open and stepped inside.
After closing the door behind him, Li ng turned to face the partition curtain. Behind the sheer fabric, the vague outline of a bed was visible, and upon it, the silhouette of a graceful figure.
Li ng swallowed hard. His gaze grew fervent, his pulse quickening. His body moved almost of its own accord toward the bed.
Arriving before the curtain, he stopped. He extended his right hand, lifted the fabric, and walked inside.
A woman's natural scent—like blooming moonflowers—wafted into his nostrils. Just the sll was enough to make his heart race.
Li ng stared blankly at the Sect Master Senior on the bed.
She wore a light, almost transparent inner robe. Her snow-white, delicate body was faintly discernible beneath the fabric, a tantalizing promise of softness. She lay on her side, the pose perfectly accentuating the full, lush curves of her waist and hips.
Sect Master Li Qiushui looked at him with a smiling, charming expression. Her smile could topple cities; it was enchanting, filled with a mature allure that younger won could only dream of possessing. An intense, bewitching aura radiated from her entire being.
Seeing her Junior Disciple standing there motionless, Li Qiushui pursed her lips in amusent. She extended her slender, jade-like hand and beckoned to him with a single finger.
"Co!"
Her voice was incredibly seductive, a siren's call. Just hearing it made one's entire body go limp with pleasure.
Li ng’s gaze cleared, his hesitation vanishing. He removed his outer robe with practiced ease and climbed onto the bed.
Li Qiushui smiled and opened her arms, welcoming his arrival.
Ti passed, bit by bit. The night deepened, wrapping the pavilion in silence.
Two hours later.
The room, which had been filled with the sounds of passion, finally quieted down.
On the bed behind the partition curtain, Li Qiushui lay lazily in Li ng's embrace, her face relaxed and glowing. Her snow-white body was completely exposed, the full curves of her waist even more captivating in the aftermath.
Li ng lightly held the Sect Master Senior's smooth, tender waist with one hand. A faint, contented smile played on his lips.
The woman in his arms was the Sect Master of the Joyous Union Sect. That wonderful sense of conquest was sothing no man could refuse.
"Sect Master Senior," Li ng murmured, his voice low, "has sothing happened in the Western Region Desert?"
He hadn't forgotten the main business, even in the arms of beauty.
Li Qiushui's delicate brows furrowed slightly. She looked up at his face, so close to hers. "You want to go to the Western Region Desert?"
Li ng reached out and gently stroked her jade-like, flawless cheek. "Yes. Master asked to make a trip there."
A flicker of confusion passed through Li Qiushui's eyes. Although Li ng was Elder Ruoshui's disciple, Ruoshui had always kept to herself. It must be Supre Elder Nangong's intention.
Li ng was an Alchemist and an Artifact Refiner. He was not skilled in combat. A single misstep in such a dangerous place could lead to death and Dao dissipation. Why would the Supre Elder from Masked Moon Peak want him to take such a risk?
Li Qiushui nestled back against Li ng's chest, her voice serious. "Recently, rumors have spread in the Western Region Desert about the ergence of a 'Bodhi Tree.' Whether it's true or false is unknown, but this matter shouldn't be taken seriously. The 'Bodhi Tree' is a Dao Seed; the small Tianlan Continent cannot bear this karma."
She paused, her eyes narrowing. "Those who spread such rumors have malicious intentions. Junior Disciple, you must be careful!"
Li ng was quite receptive to her concern. Although the Sect Master's Affection hadn't increased as their relationship progressed physically, this only proved that she was a rational woman, not easily swayed by emotion alone. Li ng cherished this kind of woman the most.
"Yes, this Junior Disciple will be careful! Senior, what kind of place is the Western Region Desert?"
"It is a desolate land," she explained. "There are demonic beasts, foreign races, human cultivators, and mortal settlents. When you arrive, don't act rashly. Find a place to hide for a while. If the ergence of the 'Bodhi Tree' was deliberately spread by soone, a major event is bound to happen soon. At that ti, you just need to send the news back to the Sect. That will count as completing the task."
Li ng tightened his embrace around the warm, soft body in his arms. He buried his head in her hair and took a deep breath. "Senior, let's rest!"
He now had a vague concept of the Western Region Desert. Next, he needed to make preparations for the long journey.
The next morning.
Sitting by the bed, Li ng squinted his eyes, admiring the breathtaking scene before him.
Li Qiushui stood by the bed, putting on her dress. Her snow-white, graceful body was gradually covered by the fabric, a scene of infinite beauty disappearing from view. It was a pleasing sight one could never tire of.
After dressing, Li Qiushui turned to look at Li ng on the bed. She gave a gentle smile, brushing aside a strand of hair from her forehead.
With a wave of her slender hand, a Formation Token flew toward him.
Li ng reached out and caught it.
"This is the Formation Token for Welcoming Moon Peak!" she said softly, a faint blush appearing on her cheeks.
Once the Formation Token was given, so matters were essentially settled. Before her Sitting Death and Dao Dissipation, she and Li ng would maintain this relationship.
The only pity was that Li ng could not engage in Dual Cultivation. Otherwise, she could have helped him with his cultivation. With the help of a Core Formation cultivator, even one with poor aptitude would have a sixty percent certainty of forming a Golden Core.
Li ng put away the token. He got up from the bed and walked toward her. This was a gift she gave him; he needed to give a gift in return.
Seeing him walk over wearing nothing, Li Qiushui's face grew even redder.
Li ng arrived before her, extending both hands to pull her full, delicate body into his embrace. The warm softness pressed against him, her faint natural scent filling his senses.
He couldn't help but lower his head to kiss her red lips. Li Qiushui gave an enchanting smile and closed her eyes.
They embraced and kissed passionately in the morning light.
After a long while, Li ng finally pulled away. Li Qiushui's eyes were like silk, filled with tenderness.
Li ng took out a wooden box. "Sect Master Senior, this is a gift from your Junior Disciple to you!"
Li Qiushui looked down at the exquisite box. A sweep of her Divine Sense revealed the contents.
"Flawless Ageless Pill?"
She gave a charming smile. With a wave of her sleeve, she stored the box away. She naturally wouldn't refuse such a gift.
[ 20 Affection] [ 10 Sub-profession Experience]
The system prompt made a faint smile appear at the corner of Li ng's mouth. Good, still 30 points away from the maximum value.
The two lingered affectionately for another half an hour before leaving the room.
"Sect Master Senior, this Junior Disciple takes his leave!"
In the courtyard, Li ng bowed with clasped hands toward her.
"Be careful in everything. Opportunities cannot be forced, both for the Sect and for individuals!"
Looking at him, a flicker of worry passed through Li Qiushui's eyes. Li ng, who was not skilled in combat, was bound to face difficulties on this journey. As the Sect Master, she had no personal Dharma Treasure to give him, and she could not appropriate the Sect's treasury for private use. Sect order could not be broken, even by her.
