[Do you want to learn the legendary pitch?

Yes/No]

"Hahaha, of course!"

[The user must correct their pitching form before learning the legendary pitch.]

[A new mission has been given to the user by the system.]

[Special Mission *Perfect Form* available.]

"Huh? I need to correct my form? If I rember correctly, the user's evaluation said my form was inadequate, but what kind of reward requires to complete a mission before I can use it? No, no, I shouldn't complain, the system is helping pitch better.

All I need to do is fix my form." - Shun was a little disappointed that he couldn't learn the legendary pitch yet, but he easily got over it when he thought he would pitch even better with his new form. The boy decided to receive his last reward before looking at the missions.

[Do you want to equip the new shoulder?

Yes/No]

"Yes!"

As soon as he confird, he felt an unbearable pain in his left shoulder.

"Aaahhhhhhhhhhhhh!" - Inside that empty stadium, Shun was on his knees, screaming in pain. At the mont, he was suffering too much to realize it, but for so reason, he didn't wake up and start screaming in his room. Of course, he was sure this pain was entirely real, he felt like soone was tearing and sewing his shoulder several tis.

If soone entered his room, they would be surprised, the boy was writhing, sweating profusely in pain, but he made no sound. If not for his accelerated breathing and his movents in bed, soone would think he was sleeping peacefully.

After a few minutes that felt endless to Shun, the pain suddenly stopped, and a sense of relief ca along with the system's voice.

[New shoulder equipped.]

[Integration percentage of the new shoulder (1%)]

[A new mission has been given to the user by the system.]

[Special Mission *Total Integration* available.]

"You must be kidding . I felt all that pain, but only 1% of my new shoulder was integrated? Doesn't that an every ti the percentage increases, I'll feel that pain again? Damn it, I knew it, you were being nice, but you still want to kill , you damned system!" - Shun was at his limit. After not being able to learn the legendary pitch, he tried to hold back, but this was too much.

He had never felt so much pain in his life before, but only 1% of his new shoulder was integrated with his body.

[The user will only feel pain again when the percentage reaches the milestones established in the special mission *Total Integration*. Additionally, the pain will not be as extre as what the user felt when equipping the new shoulder.]

The system's response didn't help much with Shun's concerns. Even if the pain wasn't as extre, it would still hurt, and sothing told him this pain would still be unbearable. But he wasn't willing to argue with the system, in fact, he believed the system wouldn't bother arguing with him. So, he decided to accept his situation and check the details of his newly acquired missions.

Looking at the first mission, Shun's vision changed again. He no longer had control over his body but could see he was on the pitcher's mound. He started his windup, placed his feet parallel to the pitcher's plate, lifted his right knee while pushing his body forward.

His body began to twist as his right leg flew forward, he felt his right foot touch the ground and the weight of his body transferring to that leg, at the sa ti all the muscles in his body from the lower ones to the torso and then to the shoulder worked while giving strength to the pitch, his arm was at a slightly different angle, a bit more elevated, while serving as a whip and releasing the ball towards ho plate.

Shun felt as if he was closer to ho plate for so reason he couldn't explain, besides, the mont he released the ball was also different from what he was used to. It was a totally different pitching form from what he used, but he could tell it was perfect for him.

He was excited as his vision changed again, this ti he could see as a spectator his body pitching, after that his vision returned to the empty stadium and the missions screen.

"It seems like I can see the form as many tis as I want in my mind. Besides, it's as if the image is saved in my mory, making it much easier to pitch with this form, although 500 pitches is a bit much. Ah, whatever, I need to do this to learn the legendary pitch anyway, but that other reward, quirk, what is that? By the na, it seems very useful, maybe it's sothing similar to a skill, right?

Well, let's see the next mission" - Shun thought he could finish this mission easily since he perfectly rembered the pitching form in his head. However, when Shun read the second special mission, he couldn't hold back anymore.

"Huh? 100,000 pitches? ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PITCHES? What the hell is this? How long will it take to pitch that many tis? I would need to pitch 100 tis a day for 1,000 days to complete this.

A THOUSAND DAYS! Hahaha, I knew it, system, you son of a b***h! You really want to kill , right? HAHAHA" - Shun completely lost it when he saw the absurd number of pitches needed to complete the mission. The poor boy was laughing like a madman and cursing the system in every way he knew. The lack of response only contributed to Shun's madness.
