Little Gasol’s pick and roll was solid, Jas tried to get around but didn’t succeed.

By the ti he forcefully squeezed past, Hansen had already completed a mid-range shot in front of him.

"Swish!"

The basketball swished through the net.

After "Classical Master" reached the bottleneck, such a shot beca incredibly easy; he knew it was good as soon as it left his hands.

"Learned it yet?" Hansen asked, turning to Jas after landing.

He was truly teaching Jas, because for the pick and roll to be effective, the ball-handler must possess a strong finishing ability.

Parker, Wade, their floater shooting abilities are strong, allowing them to finish after breaking through a pick and roll;

Kobe, Durant, their shooting abilities are strong, capable of scoring through the open space created after a pick and roll.

But even for Parker and Wade, and including the Jazz’s classic pick and roll, Stockton and Deron Williams, their mid-range shooting abilities are not lacking.

You could even say that it’s the mid-range shot that truly unleashes the power of the pick and roll.

Because during intense monts, the routes for driving in or even passing the ball are often blocked, but as long as the pick and roll occurs, there’s typically an opportunity for a brief mid-range shot.

Jas gave Hansen a look of contempt—why would he need Hansen’s teaching if he had that mid-range ability!

"Oh, I almost forgot, you haven’t developed a shot in seven years."

It’s not just the three-pointers, Jas’s mid-range hit rate is also not high.

Having said that, Hansen left an angry Jas and turned to retreat to the half-court.

So people have a mouth but why can’t they trash talk?

The shackles of the "Chosen One" hold Jas tightly indeed.

But it’s at this mont that Hansen rembers sothing significant, Jas isn’t good at trash talking, but he can cause harm.

As to why the Chosen One doesn’t trash-talk but can hurt people, he has no idea.

He had to thank that old man Popovich for giving him the foresight to be wary.

Turning back, Jas didn’t continue to hold the ball.

His adaptability fully explains why he’s known to Hansen as the "longest river"—for it finds its way around mountains.

Wade cuts without the ball and receives the pass from Bibby, then pulls up for a difficult high-arcing layup over Little Gasol.

It’s unclear how well the Heat’s Three Giants are shing, but Wade has been burning up his knees this season, and his capability to attack the basket has significantly improved.

Randolph’s low post spin to the foul line falls short.

Ilgauskas may lack strength, but his height of 2.21 ters is enough to disturb Randolph.

Thanks to his age and slow reaction ti, Randolph with his long arms snatches the offensive rebound.

Randolph pushes against Ilgauskas in his second effort and sees Hansen cutting in from the three-point line, then flicks the ball over to him.

Hansen catches the ball; Wade shows off his speed with a flying attempt to block.

But Hansen counters with a quick stop and floater over Wade’s fingertip, the ball comfortably hits the net.

Just as he predicted, after "Classical Master" had reached its bottleneck, his floater had further improved.

After his defensive attempt fails, Wade looks at Hansen with an unusual gaze.

He is reminded of the ti when Hansen first entered the League and their training sessions together in Miami.

"Aren’t you afraid I’ll learn and surpass you?"

Though there’s still a gap between Hansen’s current strength and Wade’s, Hansen’s scoring ability has improved far more than just a little bit compared to back then.

Randolph readjusts his headband while retreating on defense and then excitedly high-fives Hansen.

Tonight he hasn’t scored yet, but he’s already dished out 3 assists, 2 of which were to Hansen.

He’s pulled off a double-double in points and rebounds, even 20 20, but never a double-double in assists; tonight might be a good opportunity to experience that.

Heat’s offense, Bosh receives Wade’s pass at 16 feet and hits the mid-range shot.

It’s apparent that both Wade and Bosh have adapted to their new roles assigned by Spoelstra through their ability to adjust.

to 10, the score on the court is tense.

Randolph doesn’t go back to the post up again but signals Conley to pass to Hansen, and then he cos over with his big head to set a screen for Hansen.

With Hansen on fire tonight, he wants to give this trustworthy teammate a lot of love.

His fra is even bulkier than Little Gasol’s, blocking Wade solidly.

And Randolph too has a reliable mid-range shot, so Wade dares not leave him to double team Hansen.

Seizing the brief opening created by the pick and roll, Hansen takes a mid-range shot again.

Bosh eagerly lunges to interfere, he is quick and has a long wingspan.

Hansen adjusts the angle of his shot in the air, avoiding Bosh’s block attempt.

This shot was clearly more difficult than the previous one, but the basketball makes a high arc and swishes through the net once again!

Aside from being on fire tonight, "Classical Master" reaching the bottleneck has added a silky touch to his mid-range ga.

It feels as though he’s using Pantene, with the main selling point being silky smoothness.

The shot elicits cheers from the fans in the arena.

It’s important to note that the basketball market and city size are two different things.

mphis has a larger population than Cleveland, which ans it has more potential as a basketball market.

Previously, the market was small partly because of the team’s poor performance and partly because the Grizzlies’ style of play, much like the San Antonio Spurs, wasn’t very exciting to watch.
