"God, he’s literally the ’technician table terminator’!"
At the comntary desk tonight, Barkley dropped a golden statent.
O’Neal had previously nicknad Hansen the terminator, but that ultimately faded into obscurity.
But with Barkley’s twist, it seed like it was really going to catch on.
Since his NCAA days, it was the third ti that Hansen had jumped onto the technical table.
Especially the last two tis, jumping in the sa series and each ti shouting such classic lines.
With this nickna, from now on, Hansen’s opponents would have to be wary if their technician tables might be in trouble.
After shouting, Hansen felt exhilarated. He yelled excitedly and jumped down from the table amid the cheers of the fans.
At this mont, all of the Cavaliers’ players except Jas, who had returned to the locker room early, including Varejao, had already gathered at the technician table.
Tonight’s victory was truly inspiring!
The reporters, after efforts and risks, finally squeezed through to Hansen.
"Han, Han! What do you want to say now?" asked the host, trying to raise his voice amidst the noisy fans and players.
"I’ve said it, we’re not going back to Boston!" Hansen shouted back.
This instantly reignited the stadium.
Throughout the history of the League, so few had successfully taunted the Celtics.
Hansen, a rookie, was not only successful but had also beco the widely acknowledged ’father of the Green Army’; he was probably the first ever.
After the interview, Hansen smiled and waved to the fans as he walked back to the players’ tunnel.
But as soon as he entered the tunnel, he imdiately leaned against a wall, his expression slightly fierce.
Conningham, who had entered the tunnel with Hansen and had been all smiles, suddenly realized sothing was wrong.
"Help to the dical room," Hansen quickly said.
He had felt sothing was off right after completing the ga-winner, and adrenaline had been driving him afterward.
Conningham nodded at hearing this, and quickly called over Jamison who was a bit behind; the two of them supported Hansen to the dical room.
The dical room door was shut, and the team doctor was quickly brought by Conningham.
Hansen’s knee was in a lot of pain.
After a preliminary checkup, the doctor signaled that Hansen needed to be taken to the hospital for further examinations.
Conningham and Jamison didn’t hesitate, and still in their uniforms, they followed the doctor to the hospital.
anwhile, in the Cavaliers’ locker room, the players were wildly celebrating.
They felt incredibly powerful, with so already envisioning themselves on the championship podium.
"Where’s Han?" O’Neal asked, puzzled.
After examination at the hospital, they received the final diagnosis from the team doctor.
"Mild ligant strain, needs at least two weeks of rest."
Conningham and Jamison’s expressions were complex.
Two weeks ant that Hansen would miss the entire division finals, and even if the Cavaliers made it to the finals, Hansen might not be able to play.
Hansen had fought so hard to lead the Cavaliers to defeat the Celtics, only to fall at the finish line.
"I told you, my luck has always been good," Hansen said, smiling at the doctor.
While he had to sit out for two weeks, this was already one of the least severe injuries he could have gotten.
Plus, counting tonight, he had perford heroically in three out of the five gas in the series; even if he announced the end of his season now, it had already been worth it.
Soon, Brown and Ferry also arrived at the hospital, having been notified by the team doctor.
The true extent of Hansen’s injury was still kept within a very controlled, small circle.
To avoid affecting the upcoming Eastern Conference Finals, they definitely couldn’t just announce it outright.
Eventually, after discussion, they decided to handle it with "knee pain, day-to-day observation."
This actually posed no problem, but Hansen thought to himself, how very Leonard-like?
After receiving initial treatnt at the hospital, Hansen returned ho.
For the next week, he wouldn’t be able to play or even train.
For soone used to training and competing, it was sowhat hard to adjust.
Even though O’Neal and West ca to visit him the next day, it actually took up little ti.
Bored, he started paying attention to so things he had neglected due to the playoffs.
For example, were Rondo and the others on sumr vacation yet?
He initially wanted to invite them to Cleveland to hang out, but considering he was in a state where his injury couldn’t be disclosed, it seed inappropriate.
Then he thought of Swift, who had promised to treat him to her homade cake.
He had no idea what Swift was up to now.
Anyway, idle as he was.
He took out his phone and sent a text inquiry, unexpectedly receiving a video call back.
Swift directly pointed the cara at a massive stage.
After a brief chat, he learned that Swift was in Brazil, preparing for a concert rehearsal.
It turned out that since April, Swift had been on a world tour for her new album "Fearless."
At that ti, Hansen was also busy with the playoffs, so the two were both occupied.
"Wait for , I’ll be back in July, I promised to treat you to cake."
