I don’t have much to offer you, but I still want you to promise one thing. I am a thread of divine senses sealed within the Chaos Divine Source, and I shall soon vanish. Before that happens, child, can you promise ?”
“I cannot!” Beiting Huang refused decisively although she had guessed that this thread of divine senses was the Earth Mother, she still rejected outright, “I cannot promise you, I do not know what you want to do, I can’t promise you.”
“Is that so, aren’t you afraid that I will destroy the Chaos Divine Source?” the Earth Mother threatened, “You did not even ask what I want you to agree to, and you refuse outright?”
Beiting Huang frowned, “When you created this world, you set up six elents, earth, water, wind, light, and darkness. As long as one comprehends three of the Elental Laws among them, one can beco a Nine-Colored Great Sovereign. And I, I have comprehended void. The Chaos Divine Source may be a divine item, the primordial force of world creation, but what of it? Out of nothing cos everything, perhaps the true essence of the Chaos Divine Source is emptiness!”
“If it is such an empty thing, what harm would its destruction do to ?” said Beiting Huang.
For a mont, the Earth Mother was left speechless. She began to laugh heartily, laughing until she started to cry, “Good child, if I had your intelligence back then, how could such a tragedy have occurred? We were not like what later generations made us out to be, as three siblings. We both were born from Ancestral Mountain, the demon god and spirit god.”
“Just as you have realized, to avoid disturbing one another, we chose to cultivate in the east and in the west. And I, after years of comprehension, even though I realized ’emptiness’ as an elent, nad it the Chaos Divine Source, drawing from the primal chaos at the beginning of all things. Later on, the three of us agreed to create a plane together and beco the kings of that plane.”
