Mu Yiliang felt her heart racing, as if a flash of light suddenly streaked through her mind!
Of course, how could she forget! Yan Sijue has a second personality.
So, is her obsession because the other him did sothing to betray her?
Thus, she has every reason to kill him, right?
Mu Yiliang consoled herself this way, and the confusion in her heart seed to finally be soothed.
"Mommy, why did you suddenly ask that?" Xiaoze asked in confusion.
"It’s nothing, I was just asking." Mu Yiliang scooped a spoonful of dessert into her mouth, exclaiming exaggeratedly, "It’s so delicious!"
"Right?" Xiaoze imdiately brightened up and stopped his questioning.
Mu Yiliang continued eating the dessert with unease.
Although her question seed to be answered, the current Yan Sijue hadn’t done anything to wrong her, so should she not take action against him now?
After all, they are ultimately the sa person; if she kills the other Yan Sijue, this current one will die as well.
She couldn’t think about it anymore, or her headache would start again.
She sighed quietly and rubbed her temples. She realized that each headache was more intense and unbearable than the last.
She also vaguely realized that every ti she tried to recall monts with Yan Sijue, and convince herself that this man was good to her, the headaches would rear their ugly head.
Suddenly, she had a ridiculous feeling, as though... her consciousness wasn’t entirely her own, as if soone had implanted thoughts in her mind that weren’t hers, controlling her actions! At this thought, cold sweat broke out on her back!
If that’s the case, then which thoughts are hers, and which aren’t? Since they’re all in her mind, she couldn’t possibly tell.
Mu Yiliang quickly closed her eyes, throwing these chaotic thoughts out of her mind. She couldn’t think about it any longer, or she’d go insane!
...
Yan Sijue returned to the Yan Mansion before dinner.
Seeing his son, he smiled slightly, "Your transfer paperwork is done. You’ll start classes next Monday."
Xiaoze hadn’t expected that his enthusiastic welco for Daddy would result in such news. His little face imdiately fell.
"This ti you’ll start from the third grade." Yan Sijue patted his head, "Get along well with your classmates at school."
Xiaoze nodded weakly. He knew going to school was inevitable; he just wanted to delay it a few more days.
Yan Sijue left his son, who was still imrsed in grief, and went upstairs to find Mu Yiliang. However, she wasn’t in the room.
He frowned slightly, turned around, and went to the dressing room, where he found her.
She stood in front of the large dressing mirror, tilting her head slightly, a bit confused, not knowing what she was thinking.
Yan Sijue walked in and spoke softly, "Yiliang."
She was startled, turned her head to see him, and smiled, "You’re back?"
"How are you feeling now? Did the headache occur this afternoon?" He walked over and embraced her, his warm fingers gently massaging her temples.
Mu Yiliang shook her head, "No problem, it doesn’t hurt anymore."
"What are you doing here?"
"Looking at the clothes and jewelry you bought ." She glanced at the cabinet beside her, "I just checked, and there are a lot more clothes and shoes than before I left, all new collections from top brands."
