"I won’t let you die." He said calmly, handing the computer back to her, and his gaze fell on Mu Yiliang beside her, "Rest assured, none of us will die."
Ada was montarily stunned, her eyes suddenly filled with tears.
She nodded vigorously, "Yes! We definitely won’t die!"
However, just as she finished speaking, the lights in the manor suddenly went out!
"Ah!" Ada scread involuntarily and stood up.
"Backup power." In the darkness, the first thing she heard was Yan Sijue’s extrely calm voice.
Ada quickly regained her senses and imdiately rushed out.
The circuit on the small island was integrated with City S. Now that the lights had gone out, it was likely that there was a problem with the power supply line.

The manor fell into an eerie silence.
At this mont, Mu Yiliang on the hospital bed slowly opened her eyes.
She was probably the only one completely unaware of the situation. After a mont of confusion, her gaze moved to the bedside, and she murmured, "Si Jue?"
The man was slightly shaken, turning around and tightly clutched her hand.

She fainted for a while, then woke up with her calf in excruciating pain, knowing she’d probably broken her leg. Her phone was also shattered, leaving her unable to call for help, so she could only wait.
Later, her calf injury caused her to run a fever, and she passed out until Yan Sijue found her.
"No, Yiliang, it was my fault." He kissed her cheek, his throat a bit choked up, "I’m sorry."
"It’s okay... after all, it’s just a broken leg, it’ll be fine once the bone heals." She smiled, "Can you help sit up?"

Mu Yiliang sat up and saw her right leg, set with a plaster cast, which looked quite amusing.
"It looks terrible, and I don’t know how long this plaster has to stay on... By the way, I heard that once bones heal, they grow back stronger, is that true?" She smiled and winked at him.
"Yes, then you’ll have the strength to kick out of bed." He held her in his arms and said with a light laugh.
