Mu Yiliang watched the drama with great enjoynt.
She originally thought Yan Sijue and Su Yan had sothing going on, but now it seems more like Su Yan is clinging to Yan Sijue.
This realization sohow made Mu Yiliang feel a bit better.
"Sijue, you really make sad." Su Yan sighed lightly, her tone full of infatuation and resentnt.
Yan Yaoting observed Su Yan's attitude and was already seething with rage. Hearing Su Yan say this, his eyes almost seed to shoot fire.
"Sijue, what did Grandpa say to you?" His discontent and malevolence were all directed at Yan Sijue.
Yan Sijue remained unmoved, "Sorry, brother, without Grandpa's permission, it's not convenient for to say."
"You..." Yan Yaoting showed a trace of disbelief, as Yan Sijue rarely displayed such a strong attitude.
"We should go." Yan Sijue nodded slightly, then wrapped his arm around Mu Yiliang's waist and walked out of the old house.
Yan Yaoting watched Yan Sijue's departing figure, a hint of contemplation in his eyes. He knew that for Yan Sijue to show such a strong attitude, it must have sothing to do with what Grandpa said to him!
"Heh..." Su Yan covered her mouth and laughed, "Yaoting, Sijue is your brother, you know, such an attitude isn't appropriate, is it?"
"Hmph!" Yan Yaoting displayed a look of disdain, his greedy gaze resting on Su Yan's ample chest.
"One day I'll deal with you, you enchantress!" he said viciously.
Su Yan lazily squinted her eyes, "The Old Man is in great health. He might live another ten or twenty years with no problem. Do you want to wait until then, hehe..."
Yan Yaoting's face darkened, staring at her intently.
"Or are you daring enough to snatch the tiger's tooth?" Su Yan suddenly flirted with him, "Dare you co while the Old Man is still alive?"
"Slut!" Yan Yaoting cursed as his sore spot was hit.
Su Yan smiled indifferently, "If you don't have the guts, then stop looking at like that."
Yan Yaoting gritted his teeth, then suddenly let out a cold laugh, stepped forward, and grabbed Su Yan forcefully into his arms, "What if I dare?"
Su Yan smiled alluringly, "You may dare, but I surely wouldn't..." With that, she pushed him away, giggled, and went upstairs, leaving the fuming Yan Yaoting.
Yan Sijue and Mu Yiliang returned ho.
"I'll go cook right away!" Mu Yiliang looked at him expectantly, "What would you like to eat?"
Yan Sijue raised an eyebrow, "Do you know tea art?"
Mu Yiliang's heart tightened. She had thought this matter had been brushed over! She hadn't expected this man to still be so vigilant about it!
Mu Yiliang nodded timidly, "I learned from Grandpa... but that was before I went to the United States."
"You ntioned before that your parents don't quite like you. But Mr. Mu seems to like you?" Yan Sijue squinted slightly.
"Ah... because I like to read, I'm the only one in my family who still reads often, Grandpa quite likes that about ..." Mu Yiliang explained cautiously.
"Reading..." His expression was sowhat teasing.
"I... I wasn't good-looking since I was a child, nobody wanted to talk to , so I had plenty of ti to read..." Mu Yiliang lowered her head.
This explanation was also reasonable.
"Go cook." Yan Sijue spoke calmly.
"Okay, I'll go right away."
Yan Sijue watched his new wife's sowhat clumsy figure retreat, a hint of contemplation flashing in his eyes. He suddenly felt that this eldest daughter of the Mu Family didn't seem as simple as she appeared.
