Su Wanwan ca to the restroom and splashed so cold water on her face, only then did she feel slightly more comfortable.
She looked at herself in the mirror, not sure if it was because she had just been drinking, but her face seed a bit flushed.
Suddenly, a shadow appeared in the mirror.
Su Wanwan turned around quickly and saw Mu Yuze leaning lazily against the bathroom wall, one leg slightly bent, his posture relaxed and casual. He was holding a lighter, repeatedly igniting and shutting it, making a clattering sound.
In the flickering light, his face appeared sowhat ethereal.
Su Wanwan could hear her heart pounding!
She took a deep breath, cald herself, and proceeded to walk out as if nothing had happened. But just as she passed him, a leg suddenly stretched across, blocking her way.
He continued to toy with the lighter in his hand, as if the action was just a casual change of posture, but it firmly blocked Su Wanwan’s way out.
"Excuse ," she spoke softly, her voice vaguely trembling.
Mu Yuze suddenly chuckled, "Su Wanwan, what’s wrong, don’t recognize ?"
Su Wanwan bit her lip, feeling her cheeks burning.
"Of course I do, after all, you’re my ex-boyfriend." She tried to speak calmly, "What do you want?"
Mu Yuze seed sowhat bewildered.
"Oh, right, I rembered, I’m still your ex-boyfriend." He looked enlightened, "Luckily Uncle Robert doesn’t know, otherwise he’d co looking for to settle scores."
Su Wanwan’s face turned pale for a mont.
"He won’t know, if it weren’t for seeing you tonight with Sun Xiaotong, I was almost about to forget about it." Her smile was sowhat forced.
His gaze deepened, and his usually clear voice carried a hint of hoarseness, "Is that so? Actually, letting him know wouldn’t matter; after all, you were the one who broke up with ."
Su Wanwan felt she was about to lose her composure.
She couldn’t be as indifferent as him, talking about those past events like they were nothing.
"What exactly do you want?" She pressed her lips and asked.
Mu Yuze looked at her earnestly before chuckling slightly, "You haven’t been in touch with Uncle Robert for a long ti, he’s worried about you, so he asked to check on you."
"Now you’ve seen ?" Su Wanwan gritted her teeth.
"Well, sort of..." His voice remained casual, with a faint smile, and the next mont, Su Wanwan suddenly felt a lightness on her nose–those overly heavy black-frad glasses had been removed by him!
"What are you doing!" Su Wanwan glared at him angrily.
Mu Yuze held her black-frad glasses in his hand, spinning them idly, his gaze resting on her face.
He had long known how beautiful this little girl was.
A fair face, deep black eyes, rosy lips, the extre contrast of colors always left a stunning impression.
At this mont, a hint of blush appeared on her face, unclear whether from anger or shyness.
"Give back my glasses!" Su Wanwan snatched the glasses back from his hands and put them back on, her voice carrying a touch of anger, "Now have you seen enough?"
Mu Yuze was silent for a long ti, then faintly uttered an "Mm," and finally retracted the leg blocking her way.
Su Wanwan breathed a sigh of relief and quickly ran away, as if there was so kind of monster chasing her from behind.
It’s over! Su Wanwan, there’s no possibility between you two anymore!
She kept telling herself this in her heart as she ran, until she reached the private room door, and her mood slightly cald down.
Inside the private room, Zhou Miaomiao and Sun Xiaotong had already erupted in a great battle.
