Chapter 362: Chapter 301, use less from now on

Suddenly, the situation changed, and all the pirates’ expressions shifted.

But before they could react, another flash of light ca and went.

With a snap, a core pirate’s chest cavity instantly burst open with a vast hole, splattering various internal organs and fresh blood all over the other pirates nearby.

The body was thrown backward, crashing to the ground.

With such an injury, even if not dead, there was no way to use an elixir.

It was then that everyone started to realize what was happening.

Brad, clutching his severed arm, lunged forward for cover behind a barricade of shields, shouting, “What the hell is that, what are they attacking us with?”

But the deck was in complete chaos, and nobody could answer his question.

At the sa ti, the sound of sothing cutting through the air ca again.

Another pirate who was trying to turn the ballista was hit in the head, which shattered like a waterlon.

Flesh and bone fragnts splattered everywhere.

Wu Heng stood on deck, with Barrett resting on the railing.

Watching the figures burst apart in the distance, he also was surprised by the potency of this thing.

Killing was as simple as smashing a waterlon.

According to the information they had received, the opposing captain was a level 15 warrior.

Even so, given the strength of his flesh, it rely prevented his body from shattering, but the hit area had lost an arm.

“This thing, it’s so powerful?” Glenda, floating in the air, exclaid in surprise.

“Mmm-hmm, its original purpose was for destroying equipnt, it’s a bit overkill for killing,” Wu Heng explained.

“You really have a lot of strange things on you.”

Wu Heng held his breath as he pulled the trigger; after a muffled bang, the shell ejected from the side of the gun.

The bullet whistled out again, piercing through another pirate’s body.

“Flying Dragons are coming, along with two other pirate ships,” Glenda warned.

Wu Heng looked up and saw, under the silver moonlight, three Flying Dragons carrying pirates flying toward them.

At the sa ti, two other pirate ships were also quickly approaching.

“You take on one Flying Dragon; I’ll handle the other two,” Wu Heng instructed.

“All right!”

Glenda quickly soared into the sky.

Possessing a pirate, she took out the Wind Fire Thunder from her backpack and strapped it directly onto the Flying Dragon.

anwhile, Wu Heng, holding Barrett, also aid towards the sky.

Bang~!

The bullet whistled out.

It instantly penetrated the Flying Dragon’s body and the pirate on its back.

Their bodies lost balance and dropped from the sky.

Seeing that they had lost two Flying Dragons halfway into their approach, the last one turned to flee.

The bullet whistled out again, and the Flying Dragon’s body fell from the sky once more.

After dealing with all three Flying Dragons,

Wu Heng turned back to the cabin to open the boundary door, signaling a horde of skeletons to co up on deck.

“Take over those three ships.”

Kerplunk, kerplunk~!

Lots of skeletons jumped into the sea, swimming toward the three swiftly approaching ships.

Wu Heng repositioned Barrett and said, “That captain is hiding, go see where he is?”

Glenda flew back above the pirate ship.

Pointing behind the shields,

Bang~!

A gunshot sounded.

Pop~!

A deafening noise blasted as the shields hanging outside the barricade suddenly shattered, and the bullet, passing through the shield, caused the body of the hiding pirate captain to shake, and his other arm flew off like fragnts.

All the pirates stood frozen in terror.

The iron-clad shields, so brittle, were destroyed instantly.

And then the captain behind them was hit again.

What was going on?

At this mont, the pirates on the main ship felt a chill in their hearts.

Even hiding below, they only felt a cold shiver down their spines, devoid of any sense of safety.

Rustle rustle rustle~!

Suddenly, a dense and fragnted sound arose.

“What’s climbing up the ship?” soone yelled.

Everyone also instantly realized that the sound was coming from both sides of the ship.

The enemy was approaching from the hull.

A brave pirate glanced at the adjacent ship.

“`

In an instant, the color drained from their faces.

Countless white skeletons had clambered all over the ship’s hull.

“Undead, so many undead! They’re trying to board from the sea.”

As soon as these words were spoken,

two skeletons leapt onto the deck from below.

Joining the battle with the pirates.

‘Brad,’ the captain, clenched his teeth, unaware of who he might have offended.

To actually co here to kill him.

Surveying the chaos around him,

he seized the right mont, sprinted from his hiding spot, and ran towards the cabin.

A streak of orange light flashed by.

An explosion ripped open Brad’s waist and abdon.

He fell to the ground.

And at the stairs leading to the cabin, stood a filthy sailor who had been at the door.

“Quick, save , and I’ll make you, make you the vice-captain,” Brad gasped with difficulty.

Across from him, the sailor fixed his hair,

rolled up his sleeves to reveal a crossbow on his arm, and aid at Brad’s forehead.

“What are you doing? I am your captain,” Brad shouted.

The sailor smiled, “Learned it from you.”

The crossbow twanged softly, and a bolt pierced Brad’s forehead.

With Brad not yet dead from one arrow, several more were shot until he was dead, then the sailor put away his crossbow and returned to the cabin.

The skeletons began to board for close combat, fighting on the deck and in the cabin.

The pirates fought fiercely but gradually beca exhausted.

And were killed by skeletons.

So pirates jumped into the sea, hoping to escape with their swimming skills, only to plunge themselves into the midst of skeletons and were torn to shreds.

Dawn was breaking.

The battle was gradually coming to an end.

One corpse after another was carried up.

Wu Heng jumped onto the iron bucket vessel, looking at the deck strewn with dead bodies.

He ordered the skeletons to pick up the pirate captain’s limbs, but it was still hard to piece them together.

Barrett should be used less in the future.

After killing, it’s hard to assemble the bodies; too many missing limbs made it difficult to et the requirents of the Bone Manipulation Skill.

Glancing at the incomplete bodies,

Wu Heng still planned to initiate a Wenshi.

He cast “Communicate with the dead,” awakening the captain’s corpse.

Wu Heng directly asked, “Why did you hire soone to kill the association Vice-executive, Wu Heng?”

The corpse answered, “I received a letter saying that killing you would earn a reward of 200 Gold Coins.”

A letter?

Again a letter.

Wu Heng continued to ask, “Who wrote you that letter?”

“Not sure, it appeared on its own.”

A letter that appeared on its own…

“What’s the purpose of this letter?”

“It alerts us to rchant convoys that we encounter during our voyages, which we can then raid.”

Wu Heng pressed on, “What does the person providing these get in return?”

“Nothing!”

Damn, how could there be no benefit for doing this.

“Is this letter only for you, or do all the pirates have it?”

“I guess many people have it.”

After answering five questions, the body lay down again.

Originally, it was thought to be an act of vengeance against him, but now it seed related to the mysterious letter.

And, the situation was more serious than he had thought.

If soone could send orders to all the pirates, then other pirates probably also received a bounty for him.

He had beco the public enemy of the pirates.

“Glenda, go check the cabin and see where that letter he ntioned is,” Wu Heng said.

Glenda nodded and flew into the cabin.

Shortly after, Glenda flew back quickly.

“Did you find it?”

“Not yet, there’s a hidden room under the cabin with a few living people inside.”

Living people?
