Wu Heng then operated the skeletons to move forward, carefully picking up the black dodecahedron and securely locking it into a specially designed tal box.

The skeletons lifted the box and walked out of the research station, heading back to the temporary base where Wu Heng’s main body was located.

They had just left when the previous team re-entered the research station to take photos and collect the remaining information.

...

When the skeletons returned to the temporary base carrying the heavy tal box, Wu Heng ca out to et them with the Wood Elf Sisters.

The cold wind whipped up ice particles, cracking against the protective suits with a crackle.

The younger sister, "Silvien," curiously examined the box and couldn’t help but ask, "Master, is this little thing... the cause of the global disaster?"

"It’s just a container. The truly dangerous thing is sealed inside," Wu Heng replied seriously, "For safety’s sake, let’s not open it to check."

Finishing his sentence, with a thought, the entire tal box disappeared, stored into the Space Ring.

After confirming that the item was safely stored away, Wu Heng turned and took the sisters back inside the warm base.

As soon as they entered, the previous person-in-charge imdiately followed them in.

Their eyes swiftly scanned the skeleton team returning empty-handed, a barely noticeable trace of anxiety flashed on their face, and they cautiously asked, "Leader Wu Heng, that item...?"

"I have stored it properly," Wu Heng replied looking at them, "During the Dawn Alliance eting, it was said that Yama Hall will handle this item. Truly, keeping it in anyone’s hands might lead to a second uncontrollable disaster."

The responsible person was visibly startled, imdiately bowing to explain, "Leader, you misunderstand, I am just worried about potential mishaps during transit. It’s naturally more reassuring that you are handling it than leaving it with us."

"Hmm!" Wu Heng nodded, "Prepare the vehicle to take us back to the airport!"

"Yes! I will arrange it imdiately!" The person in charge visibly relaxed, imdiately turning around to give orders.

Soon, a transport vehicle arrived at the door.

Wu Heng, along with the Wood Elf Sisters and the Skeleton Guard, boarded the vehicle, which pushed through the vast snowstorm once more, speeding back towards the originating airport.

...

On the plane.

Wu Heng took a cup of hot tea handed over by "Silvien," taking a sip, the warm liquid dispelling a bit of the chill left by Antarctica.

Then, he picked up the phone and dialed Qi Hancai’s number.

The call was almost instantly connected, with Qi Hancai’s concerned voice coming from the other end, "Hello? Is everything going smoothly over there?"

"Everything is smooth, the issue has been resolved," Wu Heng replied smoothly, "Imdiately organize an urgent Dawn Alliance eting to announce the crisis resolution ssage."

Pausing briefly, he added, "Also, at the eting, subtly but clearly emphasize one point; if any global base discovers an abnormal object with similar characteristics, they must not handle it on their own. They must report it imdiately for Yama Hall to take over, as any reckless action might trigger another disaster."

"Understood!" Qi Hancai imdiately responded and the sound of paper and pen scratching ca through the phone.

Then, out of curiosity, Qi couldn’t help but ask, "So... what exactly is inside it?"

"It’s hard to explain with conventional logic. Observing externally, it appears more like a... purely energy luminous body," Wu Heng tried to describe simply.

Qi Hancai was silent for a few seconds, speaking again with so uncertainty, "Is it so kind of... thing with strong radiation?"

Luminous and harmful to organisms.

These two points led Qi Hancai to think of so items with powerful radiation.

"We can’t rule out that possibility, but there’s no way to open it for thorough study, the risk is too high," Wu Heng said gravely.

"Then definitely don’t open it! Whatever it is, safety first," Qi Hancai imdiately stated and then rembered another question, "If representatives from other bases ask how we are handling that item, how should I respond?"

"Just tell them, I have transferred it to an absolutely secure secret location for permanent storage, so they have nothing to worry about," Wu Heng instructed.

"Alright, I’ve noted it, I’ll go set up the eting now," Qi Hancai responded promptly, then asked, "By the way, are you coming directly back to my side this ti?"

"No, we’re flying straight to the xico Base, there are still matters to wrap up there," Wu Heng said.

"Alright, be careful," Qi Hancai urged.

After ending the call.

The older sister, "Ailuria," softly asked from across, "Master, are we not returning directly to the Prison Base?"

Wu Heng did not imdiately respond, just smiled and gestured for her to co closer.

Ailuria understood, got up, and sat next to him.

Wu Heng naturally leaned back, resting his head on her soft, plump thighs.

"We’re going to the Volcano Base where Lilith is stationed," he said with his eyes closed, "The environnt there is conducive to your cultivation of the Body Refining Technique."

"Alright, everything follows the master’s arrangent," Ailuria’s eyes were filled with a gentle smile, as her slender fingers gently combed Wu Heng’s bangs.

Wu Heng opened his eyes, looking at her nearby delicate face and concerned gaze.

He reached out, lightly hooking the hem of her soft armor with his fingertips and tugging it up slightly.

Ailuria’s eyebrows raised subtly, understanding the intention in his eyes, and two blushes swiftly appeared on her cheeks.

She quickly glanced at her sister, engrossed in her phone, then took a deep breath, nimbly untying the laces on the side of the armor and carefully lifting the soft inner garnt underneath.

Cautiously lifting one side, she slightly turned and presented it to Wu Heng.

Wu Heng smiled contentedly.

Ailuria’s face grew redder, like a ripe apple, but there was no resistance in her eyes, only warmth and indulgence almost overflowing.
