The first condition is easy to understand.

Train two heroes for the Wood Elves; the first one must stay within the Wood Elf territory after becoming a hero.

After all, the dream of the Wood Elves for over a hundred years has been to have their own hero.

That sentint is understandable.

But the second condition, complete integration between Gold and Silver Island and the Wood Elves...

This point is sowhat vague.

"I understand the first condition." Wu Heng looked at Shanaela, "What’s the second one an?"

The other maids also looked over curiously.

Shanaela put down her teacup and said, "It’s literal; the Elder’s Council hopes more Wood Elves will settle on Gold and Silver Island and beco permanent residents here."

After a brief pause, she added, "To make it the second holand for the Wood Elves, of course, under your rule."

Wu Heng fell silent, pondering the Elder’s Council’s intention in proposing the second condition.

The cooperation between both sides already posed a significant risk to the Wood Elves; aren’t they afraid of the Holy Court’s threat now?

Or is there another intention?

"How did they co up with this condition?" Wu Heng asked curiously.

Shanaela replied, "There wasn’t a clear response from the Elder’s Council, but I speculated that one reason could be that Gold and Silver Island is currently developing well but has a low population. They want so Wood Elves to settle on the island for developnt.

I also feel there might be plans to relocate so key personnel from within the clan to live here, since there are more heroes and it’s safer."

Wu Heng raised an eyebrow at Shanaela’s analysis.

The Wood Elves indeed seem to want to tie Gold and Silver Island and the Wood Elves together.

They almost seem like they are going straight against the Holy Court.

Wu Heng asked, "Do you think we should agree?"

Shanaela rolled her eyes at him in annoyance, "You sure ask directly, not treating as a Wood Elf at all?"

Wu Heng chuckled, squeezing her fingertip, "We’re on the sa side, discussing matters directly regardless of race!"

Shanaela snorted lightly and continued, "I don’t think there’s a problem; the Wood Elves’ conditions are not excessive, all within an acceptable range."

"I don’t see any problem either." Wu Heng nodded and turned to Mini, "Go call Glenda and Lady."

"Okay!" Mini got up lightly and ran upstairs with little audible steps.

Not long after, two elegantly dressed puppets followed Mini down and took their seats.

Glenda asked, "What’s going on?"

Wu Heng briefly reiterated the Wood Elves’ conditions and then asked, "Shanaela and I think it’s feasible, what do you think?"

The two ghosts pondered silently for a mont.

Lady gently brushed her sleeve, her voice textured, "The Wood Elves can settle but must integrate as ordinary residents, not as a privileged class."

Glancing at Shanaela, she continued, "If they continue to lord over the islanders in an aristocratic manner, it will only lead to rejection, even implicating the Spirit Awakening Sect."

The Spirit Awakening Sect is gathering faith.

And the foundation of faith cos mostly from ordinary residents, and the sect has also employed many Wood Elves as priests.

If the privileged class disrupts equality, it will also affect the image of the Spirit Awakening Sect.

Shanaela nodded, "I’ll clarify this to the Elder’s Council; the Wood Elves family heroes, which shouldn’t be difficult to communicate."

Here, Glenda also spoke up, "Actually, the Wood Elves’ conditions for hero training aren’t stringent."

Looking at Wu Heng and Shanaela, she continued, "Why not set the follow-up plan now? In the future, they can continue to send high-level professionals to beco heroes through Gold and Silver Island. The approach remains: one stays with the Wood Elves, and one is dispatched by Gold and Silver Island in a long-term cooperation."

"This idea is also good." Wu Heng raised an eyebrow, "Shanaela, what do you think?"

Shanaela smiled and said, "I think it’s doable, I’ll communicate with the Elder’s Council again to finalize things as soon as possible."

"Hmm!"

With the main business settled, they chatted a bit more casually.

Shanaela went to contact the Elder’s Council, and Wu Heng calculated the ti before taking the ghosts back to the study.

Heading to another world.

...

Stepping out of the boundary door, Wu Heng reappeared in the leader’s room of the ’Mawa Eternal Castle.’

Outside the window, the sky was lightening, and a misty morning fog draped over the city like a veil.

Releasing all the ghosts, Xiao Xiao, Bella, and Lady tead up to inspect the situation, while Glenda floated over to the desk, "Hand the ’Spiritual Awakening Temple.’"

Wu Heng took out the ’Spiritual Awakening Temple,’ and Glenda continued to translate it into Chinese.

They waited in the room until daylight.

Knock knock~!

A knock sounded, and a guard’s voice ca from outside.

Wu Heng donned a mask, assud Tariq’s appearance, and walked out to continue eting with the Yama Hall staff as the leader.

All day, Wu Heng and Qi Hancai moved around various parts of the base.

The military camp, arsenal, communications departnt, and residential area, organizing work arrangents.

Dusk!

Wu Heng sat in the office, and Qi Hancai rushed in, dusted from travel.

"Smoother than expected." Qi Hancai removed the veil, "The handover went smoothly, and I also received news that there are at least twenty trapped survivor outposts nearby. If we rescue them all, the population can triple."

Wu Heng pondered for a mont and said, "Get things in the base sorted first, then organize the rescue under the Spirit Awakening Sect’s na."

"Okay, I understand." Qi Hancai nodded.

After the two continued to coordinate the base work.

Qi Hancai asked, "When will you leave?"

"If nothing cos up, I’ll leave later." Wu Heng answered.

Qi Hancai said, "Tomorrow morning, our new batch of people will arrive, so there shouldn’t be any issues anymore."
