Ling Momo naturally did not leave; she had been squatting at Li Qingshen’s doorstep, knowing that this ti Li Qingshen was truly angry!
However, she had not expected the consequences of Li Qingshen’s anger to be so serious!
Ling Momo did not know how to seek Li Qingshen’s forgiveness!
He was such a proud man; losing face would indeed make him this angry!
Ti trickled past, and Ling Momo remained squatting at the door from noon until evening, when suddenly noises ca from Li Qingshen’s door. Ling Momo imdiately stood up.
Li Qingshen had not expected Ling Momo to be waiting at his door. He was montarily stunned before continuing downstairs with a cold deanor.
Ling Momo hurriedly followed Li Qingshen down the stairs.
She watched as Li Qingshen opened the fridge to get so water and imdiately brought out the food she had prepared from the thermal container.
Then she stood obediently, her small head slightly bowed, looking every bit the elentary school student, her voice sincere with a girl’s unique soft and delicate touch, "Teacher, I’m sorry."
Li Qingshen slowly twisted open the cap of the mineral water bottle and took a couple of sips.
"Teacher, I was wrong."
"I know I embarrassed you, but believe , I will definitely find a way to prove my abilities to them!"
"No need!"
Li Qingshen’s unexpected response ca; his voice was very calm, so calm that it made Ling Momo shiver uncontrollably.
Ling Momo looked up and saw Li Qingshen’s indifferent expression; her heart grew more panicked. She spoke subconsciously, her voice tinged with softness, "Teacher, don’t be like this. I promise I will study hard with you in the future. I assure you I won’t disappoint you again!"
Li Qingshen finished the bottle of water in one breath, didn’t say a word, threw the bottle in the nearby trash can, and made his way upstairs.
Ling Momo followed closely behind Li Qingshen, watching him as he went up to the third floor. He tidied her pens and paper, then went to her bedroom on the second floor, tossed her belongings haphazardly into her bag, grabbed the bag in one hand and Ling Momo with the other, and went downstairs.
A bad premonition suddenly rose in Ling Momo’s heart; she subconsciously tried to break free from Li Qingshen, but his grip was too strong, and she struggled in vain as he pulled her to the villa’s entrance and then threw her out harshly.
Ling Momo fell to the ground and struggled to get up. Just as she was about to head back into the villa, her bag was once again thrown at her, straight in the face.
Then, the villa’s door slamd shut with a "bang."
Ling Momo rushed forward, pounding on the door for a long while, but no one opened it.
Although it was early sumr, the air was still very cold up in the hills, and the wind made Ling Momo shiver uncontrollably. She paced back and forth at the villa’s door for a long ti until all the lights inside had dimd. Then, crestfallen, she dropped her shoulders and slowly trudged down the mountain road.
This was the suburbs, and taxis were rare during the day, let alone at night. Ling Momo thought to herself that by the ti she walked down the mountain, it would probably be daylight.
Just as she was lost in her chaotic thoughts, a vacant car unexpectedly approached from a distance. The person inside was taking a call, "Yeah, I see a young girl wearing a light green dress. Understood. I won’t say it was Mr. Li who called for the car."
