After recording ten singles, Ling Momo proceeded to a series of music video shootings.
Of course, not every song had a music video; only three or four lead tracks were chosen.
Among them, one song’s music video didn’t feature Ling Momo, another was a dance-related music video, and the last one was in the form of a mini-movie. This mini-movie music video was "Lonely Heart."
The entire music video told the story of a girl who secretly loved a boy. The boy’s company collapsed, and to help him, the girl married an old man. The boy thought the girl was vain and looked down on her, breaking off their relationship. Many years later, the boy married another girl, and by that ti, the girl who deeply loved him was already divorced. On the day of the boy’s wedding, the girl who loved him so much attended the ceremony and even offered her sincerest congratulations before she left for Arica. From beginning to end, the boy never knew that the girl had deeply loved him.
When Ling Momo got the script, she was already touched by the story.
And the male lead for this music video was Shen Lanze, the Best Actor from E&R.
The filming location was chosen to be X City Film and Television City.
Due to the complex storyline of the music video, the filming naturally took a long ti. X City Film and Television City was established in the suburbs, and the travel back and forth was ti-consuming. To save ti, the entire film crew decided to stay in X City Film and Television City for a while.
On the day of filming, Li Qingshen and Ling Momo, along with the staff from ES, arrived at the location very early.
After arranging their accommodation, they went to the set, where the director had already prepared everything. The makeup artist, upon seeing Ling Momo arrive, asked her to sit down and began to ticulously apply her makeup.
While Ling Momo’s makeup was halfway done, a commotion ca from outside the door. She instinctively turned her head, only to see the door to the makeup room being pushed open, and in stepped Shen Lanze, the male lead for this music video.
Shen Lanze, an industry veteran, had been in the business for six years. Last year, he starred in two New Year’s films, each a box office hit, securing the title of Best Actor once again for himself. He was even voted "Most Charismatic Male Movie Star" by Entertainnt Weekly. And this year, rumor had it he had taken on four New Year’s films—his montum seed unstoppable.
