Niange stared at the face that was close at hand. In the past, he had not felt much, but when his mory suddenly returned, he found this face so familiar that it made his heart tremble. He was silent for a while before he spoke, "How have you been?"

Momo tugged at the corners of her lips, not knowing why the words she had once longed to hear now suddenly sounded particularly disgusting. She turned her head, glancing sideways at Niange with a shallow smile, "That’s none of your business."

A faint dimness passed across Niange’s eyes. He found himself at a loss for words, his gaze remaining on Momo.

Seeing Niange not speaking, Momo naturally chose to be silent as well.

So ti had passed before Niange broke the quiet, "Momo, I heard you’re releasing a new album. If you need help, you can ask —I—"

"No need." Momo cut off Niange without even thinking, crisply rejecting him.

Niange pursed his lips slightly, thought for a mont, and then added, "Are you still mad at ? I know I’ve done many things to wrong you..."

Suddenly, Momo was afla with anger, interrupting Niange once more, "What does Mr. Lu have to do with ? Why should I be mad at Niange?"

Niange’s complexion turned pale in an instant. He moved his lips, his fingers tightening slightly, and looked at Momo, saying, "Momo, I’m sorry, I..."

"What are you?" Because she was sitting on a swing, Momo had to look up at Niange. Hearing those five words, she found them incredibly ironic. Without thinking, she interrupted Niange again. Anger was evident in her voice, yet the smile on her lips grew wider, bright as a flower, "Does Mr. Lu have so many apologies to make that we need to sit down and reminisce over old tis?"

At this, Momo let out a cold laugh, then jumped directly off the swing, "I’m not as idle as you are!"

It wasn’t that she really had such a heart of stone; she had kept giving him chances, again and again, until her heart turned to ash. Now, there really wasn’t much left to say. Saying more would only sicken Momo!

The swing was rocking by itself. When Momo landed, she misjudged her strength, pushing herself a good distance forward. She was wearing high heels, and the garden was all cross paths. By accident, she twisted her ankle.

Momo had intended to make a very cool exit, but she hadn’t expected it to end so disappointingly!

It really hurt. Momo clenched her teeth in secret, forcing herself to stand up. Just as she attempted to try taking a few steps, Niange suddenly ca to her side, reached out his arms, and swept her up around the waist.

Momo frowned, instinctively trying to struggle free from Niange. However, Niange, without a word, held her tighter, bringing her back to the swing. He gently placed her on it, and then Niange half-knelt in front of Momo, reaching out to grasp her ankle.

Qingshen searched the banquet but couldn’t find Momo, so he took out his phone, planning to call her and ask where she was. Instead, he saw a WeChat ssage from her.

He quickly opened it and saw it contained only this simple sentence: "Enson, let’s et."
