Back to the conference room, this ti it's Xin, Mikako and Hiyori left while on the other side are the Cipher Pol officers.
Cipher Pol is a series of secret agencies who do investigations, assassinations and espionage for the World Governnt.
The various Cipher Pol cells are stationed throughout the world and investigate for the World Governnt. They supplent the Intelligence Branch of the World Governnt's Marine forces, but seem to operate more as a counter-insurgency agency that also has more general law enforcent duties.
They have so authority regarding recruitnt for the Marines, even dealing with the Underworld for unique individuals. If they encounter pirates, they will apprehend them, but, as an agency, Cipher Pol seems to focus more on political threats to the World Governnt than more generic criminals.
There are eight official Cipher Pols that are numbered from CP1 to CP8, with two unofficial units nad CP9 and CP0. In general, the higher the Cipher Pol agency's number, the more important the tasks assigned to them.
Cipher Pol No. 9 has the license to kill any citizen that does not cooperate with the World Governnt or acts contrary to its interests. Because such a radical thod of applying justice by the World Governnt should not be common knowledge, this group is a top secret organization.
CP0 is known to the public, but is different from the other units in that its mbers work directly as enforcers for the World Nobles, and thus are the strongest agency.
In order to exceed the limits of the human body, CP9 agents receive special training since their childhood. In order to beco a full-fledged mber of CP9, the agents must master a martial arts style that is called Rokushiki.
The training also has sowhat of a mind-molding process so that Cipher Pol agents only learn how to be assassins and that this is their only profession. Rob Lucci, for example, was not capable of feeling gratitude or rcy.
The mbers received individual training, but they also trained together a lot.
Right now, the officials co, and they silently leave their own ship far away from the island.
"So what is your business coming to our small departnt?" Xin asked.
"We co to take the prisoner,"
"Prisoner? You an those intruders?"
"That's right, we are going to transfer all of them to Impel Down, where they will wait for their court judgnt."
"Well I can't do that, they still need to be interrogated ticulously, after all, the Guild is not just a small departnt of the Marine that they can co and go as they please... right… Mr. Officer."
The officer finally said," I think you don't need to try to act like a fool, right Guild Master Xin, you know what I an?"
"You an give the people back to the person who wants to attack us and forget about the destruction they did to my Guild?
"Is that what you an?" Xin starts to release his own pressure, this pressure cos from his own experience being a Captain of Soul Squad.
"You're just a small part of us so you don't have the right to question what we want to do."
"So you can kill us whatever you want? It seems you are forgetting what the Guild represents?"
"The World Governnt represents all the Noble and Celestial Dragons from the Holy Land."
The Marien Represents as the Justice of the Sea and Land."
"While Guild Represent the poor and ordinary people,"
Xin looked at them calmly," Now tell Mr. Officer, do you think normal people are your pet that can kill anyti you want?"
"We don't care whatever you represent those normal people, what we want is our man back."
"So you finally admitted that they co from you and you try to attack my departnt?"
"It seems you forgot sothing important, Officer Xin," Finally they show their fangs, they don't even bother to respect Xin's position.
For them Xin is just a small officer that they can remove whatever they want.
"You release them and accept the juridical judgnt that will co to you."
"He~ it seems you also forgot sothing important, you attack us to beco you want to remove the Guild."
"You attack us because the World Governnt is scared that our power will beco stronger and finally can't hold us anymore right?"
That's right Xin is right, they fear that one day they cant hold the Guild anymore, they don't want 3rd power to appear along their line so they need to at least weaken it before they beco even stronger.
"But it seems you're too late, the Guild never becos weak in the first place, the Guild is always strong and becoming stronger and stronger."
"That fact is hard to accept and you cant stop it even you did this kind of stupid conspiracy."
Hearing what Xi said, the thing they fear most finally cos, the guild already has the strait that they can't stop at all.
"Are you pushing us to use a radical move at your Guild, Officer Xin?"
"What kind of move?"

"Hehehe~ Buster Call? Then help the Marine pull their warship out of the Enies Lobby first before threatening us."
"And please, if you don't have money to pay the ransom, then you can go out."

The officer angrily stood up and shot a deadly glare at them.
