A month has passed since the last duel, but there are still a couple of people who like to fight and use the stadium, so Xin let them be.
anwhile, Xin is now busy doing paperwork, at first he doesn't know how to do anything at all but as ti goes by he eventually learns everything from Mikako.
With the help of lan, Oregano, and Nymph he eventually successfully learns everything he needs to learn in managing the guild.
"Xin, did you finish making the budget plan for this upcoming month?"
"I'm already done,"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes." Xin nodded and passed the plan to Mikako and continued doing his paperwork while the other girl was busy helping him.
Mikako took the paper and said," There are still so problems here and here, if you lower this one, you can get a decent amount of money back."
"Okay."
"And also a new wave of challengers arrived. Did you prepare the stadium?"
"It's already prepared weeks ago, I'm just waiting for you to check it."
"That's good."
"What about the other guild branch, did you complete all their paper worlds?"
"Done already, the only left is the East Blue but I'm already doing it now."
"Let's go, you still need to read this monthly review of the girls, they are already waiting for you in the conference room."

After a couple of minutes, Xin grabs stacks of paper and walks inside of the conference room. Inside of the room are the girls waiting for them and a group of people who sit on a separate chair looking down on their toes.

Mikako starts to read the paper stacks then.
"You done it again fools, look at these docunts we received from different branches of a Marine."
"First is Koala, Baby 5, Chaos, and Kuina, you girls did a good job sweeping out all smuggling organizations on West Blue."
"Saving hundred of slaves, rescuing 3 towns from pirates, keeping million of belly for organization and saving lot of our ti this ti."
".... But the problem is….. Can you at least be more gentle while doing your task?" Mikako and Xin look at the girls who are blushing while looking away.
"First is Koala, you destroy another mountain again, creating 4 large holes in the middle of the town and destroying so agriculture of the local residents."
"Ummm….. I didn't an it….. I just can't…. I can't hold back at all." Koala embarrassedly said.
She is not a kid anymore, she beca taller, slim, curvaceous, and has a pronounced hourglass figure. In the ani, her hair was changed from light brown to orange, now matching her depiction in the manga. She wears a crimson newsboy cap with gold goggles, a pink shirt with a frilly collar, a maroon short skirt, and black thigh-high stockings with brown high-heeled boots.
But right now, she looks like a kid being reprimanded by her parents for her wrong undoing.
"Next is Baby 5."

Baby 5 transforms into a young woman of above-average height. She has a slim but curvaceous well-endowed figure.

After joining Xin, Baby 5's original personality finally changes, but she gets a problematic hobby and that is drinking. She likes drinking every day but surprisingly she hardly gets drunk at all.

"Okay next, Zoro, Sanji, Luffy, Usopp, and Nami, why did you guys do that? You can do it silently without anyone knowing ti but you guys did it on broad daylight"
"P-President…. This is all Luffy's fault. We try to stop him but he insists on doing it so….." Nami helplessly said.
"Luffy destroyed 3 towns, 8 Families, destroyed a bunch of Historical sites, eating tons without paying, burning one church of a cult, damaging one noble castle, destroying half of Blue Station, damaging the sea train and many more."
Looking at the dense paper of Luffy's wrongdoing makes Mikako feel collapse. Thank goodness she passes the leadership back to Xin before this huge problem arrives.
"Over all, you need to pay 300,000,000 Belli for the paynt of the thing you damage, do you have any problem with that?"
"Yes."
"And?"
"I don't have any money right now,"
Xin says," Don't worry, we will put your tabs on your Grandpa Garp, I'm pretty sure he has a month left for his retirent."
"Not only Luffy's Grandpa, its also Sanji's and Zoro's Master,"

"Shut up fools! Nam island Usopp did a good job this ti, at least they did not join or else they were going to be puns too."
"By the way, what is their punishnt?"
"Nothing much, they just need to do so low-rank quest like fixing a roof, sweeping yards and many more until they pay their debt."
"That's good, we need to push them away from another destruction they can create."
