"Xin, can you tell us who that Fishman is?" Otohiem asked.

Neptune, Hancock, and Xin both nodded, well seeing a kid inside of a World Conference as big as that, you will be curious about that kid.

"What about Shirahoshi, what should we do to her?" Otohi asks.
"I can weather her ability or seal it until she has the ability to use it on her own," Xin said.
"What!! You can take and even seal Poseidon?" Otohiem and Nepuen were surprised by what they heard, they never knew if soone could take an ancient weapon, or either to seal it.

"Well if you already side then let's do it, you can call Shirahoshi here and I will try to remove Poseidon from her," Xin said.
Otohi nodded and swam to her room to take her daughter, while Neptune ca outside and issued an order to catch Vander Decken IX.
He orders almost half of the Ammo Knight and Minister of the Right to take the lead, if possible they can take Vander Decken IX alive. But if he fights back, Neptune orders him to take him down.
