"Yes, I'm Xin," Xin politely bowed in front of the rman.
"I'm King Neptune, the king of the Fishman Island, Husband of Queen Otohi." Neptune humble said.
King Neptune is a coelacanth rman and the king of the Ryugu Kingdom on Fish-Man Island.
Neptune is a giant-sized and muscular coelacanth rman. He has a red nose, small eyes, and long thick orange curly hair and beard.
Both his chest and arms are covered with hair. He is bare-chested and has matching black tattoos on both arms, which looks like a spiral with wavy protrusion designs around it.
He wears a gold crown that resembles a tulip with jewels embedded, a golden bracelet on each wrist, and carries a gold trident with an elaborate design.[
"You can't do that my King, you need to at least show your own prestige," A catfish rman seriously said.
"That's right my King," A seahorse rman nodded.
The Minister of the Left is a catfish rman in service of King Neptune. While it is not clear what his job entails, it appears to involve so sort of administrative and military duties.
The Minister of the Left is a short, rather rotund rman with light black waist-length hair. He has a dark beard and scruffier hair.
He wears a monocle on his left eye and an over-sized top hat. He uses a wooden cane that has a horned design on the top to get around.
The Minister of the Right is a seahorse rman in service to King Neptune. While it is not clear exactly what his job entails, he appears to have so administrative and military duties.
He is a seahorse rman, having ridges along his back and the sides of his face, as well as a curly orange tail like a seahorse rather than a standard rman's fishtail. His mouth also protrudes forwards like a seahorse's.
He wears a jacket with two circles and a band on each sleeve. His jacket's sleeves are very large on the end. He carries a katana on his left hip and a spatula-like trident.
His hair was scruffier and dark with a clean face without any beard.
"Don't be too strict, he is only a kid okay," King Neptune said to them.
"And that is the problem my King, he is a kid, do you understand that they are making a fool of us in making a kid as Escort of the Queen?" The Minister of the Left said.
"That's right as if they don't pay attention to the safety of the Queen and this kid too," The Minister of the Right said.

"Okay," Xin then follows Otohi, while The Minister of the Left follow them to be their escort, of course, to watch Xin too, they don't know if he is an enemy or what.
While following Otohi, Xin keep looking around and said," Your Palace is beautiful, not only it looks elegant it also look ancient,"
"Yes, you are right, the Ryugu Palace is made at Void Century, the one who made is the ancient rman who knows on their own craftsmanship,"
"The whole bubble is made from the unknown materials that even now is still a mystery for us,"
"Why? Are you curious?" Otohi asks.
"Yes, I'm pretty curious how this whole Island was made, I have a whole Island bigger than this, and I'm planning to make an underwater place too, but the materials are lacking," Xin said.
"You an the Sorami island you're talking about with Empress Hancock?"
"That's right, the whole Island is still not done when I left so adding sothing like underwater palace is pretty good,"
"I will try to ask The Minister of the Right later if he can find a book about the bubble protecting the whole Island," Otohiem said.
"Ok we're here," She then pushes the gigantic door in front of them and enters, Xin follows her while The Minister of the Left just stands outside of the door.
"This is my room so don't be a reserve, the only one here is my children, and I hope you beco friends with them," Otohi said.
"Isn't this the Harem?" Xin seriously asked.

"Well okay," Xin then finally went inside, he saw a gigantic pink bed inside and a gigantic library on the side of the room.
The whole room is more like a Library than a room, you can see a bunch of paper and so docunts inside.
There's also a gigantic map on the ceiling, Xin don't know if that is the current map or it's just an old map that Otohi gets.
Overall Otohi's room is like a huge research room rather than a Room of a Queen, there's also a board that is used for teaching kids in the school.
