Looking around, Xin and his team are getting outnumbered by the sheer amount of monsters everywhere.
Just like the last accident, the monster around is the gray color caterpillar from the last ti, but this ti the caterpillar is so much.
So much that the outside of the forest is already covered by them elavign no other color around.
Cutting one of the caterpillars, Finn find that his team is having a hard ti advancing.
"Captain Xin, did you find any safe spot?" he ask Xin who also looking around while defending the back of them.
"I can't, i only sense that the middle of the forest is the safest spot but i can also sense sothing dreadful from it."
"A mini-boss?"
"No," Xin said.
"From the energy I feel, I'm pretty sure it's the floor boss."
"A boss monster?!"
"That's right, and if we try to enter the forest, I'm sure that we will never arrive at the actual spot of the boss."
"Why?"
Xin look at the ground with his shining eyes and see the dense mana vane around, its like a root of a giant tree that can sense anything around.
Not only that, he can also sense that the monster that dying from them is being absorbed by the root making the unknown boss even more dangerous.
As he look around, he also starts to notice that the magic particles around are starting to tin making magic recovery hard.
Lefiya also starts to notice it and starts to warn everyone.
Except for Tione and Tiona, everyone is using mana, mana is a huge resource for everyone so using it in this situation where mana recovery is hard is a huge problem.
Even Ais who have a huge pool of mana start to get tired ntally and physically.
Finding all the problems, Xin report it to Finn so he can co up with a plan.
"This is not good, we never encounter a problem like this, if we really can recover out mana, we surely tried to death."
Finn then starts to command everyone to reserve their mana as long as they can, even Xin starts to give his mana recovery potion to help them but still helpless.

An hour passed, Lefiya fainted because of a mana problem

3 hours pass, Gareth is in a coma after getting hit continuously breaking his Sheild in the process, and getting wounded.

Another hour passed and Tione is also unconscious after draining every bit of her stamina to protect everyone.

A couple of minutes later, Tiona also follows everyone unconscious after four hours of continuous battle.

Another hour passed and Lefiya finally woke up, she heal everyone until she fainted from mana depletion again.

Because of the help of Lefiya, Tiona and Tione finally wake up joining everyone in a continuous fight.
Gareth also wakes up, Finn help him to bandage his wound take so broken weapon, and start helping everyone.

This ti, Finn hit hard by a sneak attack, he almost dies if not for Gareth being pushed away from his death.
From that sneak attack, another two mbers of the team retired to take a rest.

After half a day of fighting, Tiona, Tione, and Ais finally can't take it and slam on the body of the dead monster while panting from over exert of their stamina.
"Ha… ha….. Ha….. ha….. This is fun… ha…. I can't rember when i feel tired like this I icant even move at all… ha .... Ha ...." Tiona said.
"... Ha….. ha…. Ha …. too…" Tione
"..... hoo….. Hooo….. Hoo... "Ais
"But still, i never expect Captain Xin is a monster," Tiona said while watching Xin standing on the mountain of corps waving a piece of the iron bar around.
They see everything from the start until now.
They never see those long iron rode stopping from swinging from Xin's hand.
Much more seeing the iron rod is already covered with different liquid from the monster they killed.
Just looking at the huge mountain of corps on his feet, they knew that Xin killed double the amount that the highest kill of their group.
The most absurd of this is Xin is not even breathing hard, he is like a well-oiled machine keeps moving the sa as always.
He even has ti to apply a shield around them while stealthily helping them recover from their fatigue.
This feat is a huge achievent, even this accident can categorize as a legend if ever they escape from this disaster.
anwhile, Xin who watching everyone suddenly looks in a certain direction, he can feel it, the monstrous amount of energy is moving.
