It might be related to his lost mory but it’s certainly a strange story. The top of the academy is the old 7 Demon Emperors. Even if Aivis really lost his mory it’s impossible for all 7 of them to lose their mories. This is no coincidence.

Simply put, the past has been tampered with. In the head of Aivis, the mory of the Demon King Arnos was forgotten right from its start point.
