Chapter 463: Insincere Apology To Ye Jian

It was “reassuring that although the kids were angry, they still managed to keep their calm.

“There’s no need to huddle together, go get lunch now. Ye Jian, Ye Ying, Yao Jing, the three of you follow .” Teacher Tong who was standing outside spoke with a stern tone. “If there’s anything you have to say, say it in the office. Also, Yao Jing, I have already contacted your parents to co. If you feel like you have set up, then you can go ahead and ask your parents: are you the one who has been wronged, or was it Ye Jian!”

When Ye Ying heard her na being called, her body very lightly swayed in place, and her eyelids fluttered in sync.

Insulting a late heroine wasn’t just a small deal. Yao Jing’s parents very quickly put down the work in their hands and sat in their own reserved cars, that were assigned to the couple by their respective units, and hurried to school.

Ye Ying was already out of the office, after being criticized by Teacher Tong for a couple of minutes, she was allowed to leave. Even though that happened, her image in the classroom had fallen off hugely after she stood up and added fuel to the fire.

Inside the office, Yao Jing’s parents first started scolding their daughter fiercely, then personally apologized to Ye Jian. They ntioned that they would visit the Cetery of Heroes and offer Ye Jian’s mother a bouquet as an apology.

They did not ntion a single word about Yao Jing getting slapped. Even though Yao Jing’s mother noticed her precious daughter’s mouth and her swollen face, she still didn’t ntion it.

They didn’t dare speak up for their daughter because, inside the office, two people carried the insignia of ‘two stripes and three stars’. They were colonels who had rushed over to the school specifically from the provincial military area, one of them was a Regintal Commander, the other was a Political Commissar.

The two people sitting in the office were like door gods1, imdiately resulting in Yao Jing’s mother, who originally wanted to discuss the events by separating it, to banish the thought.

The two people who had co from the Provincial military area weren’t anybody else, one of them was Regintal Commander Liu, the other was Political Commissar Yan.

Principal Cao knew that Yao Jing’s parents were officials with so influence, so he imdiately asked Principal Cao if there’s any military personnel who could co. With just one phone call, he had managed to invite these two persons to co to watch over Ye Jian.

“Vice Minister Yao, Ye Jian’s mother, was a war hero of our country, after her sacrifice, she was welcod back to the country with a national ceremony. The Pri Minister himself personally blanketed her with the national flag, and then flew the flag at half-mast2 to receive the return of the war hero.”

“Vice Minister Yao, we will look into this according to the law. If sothing like this happens again in the future, then we will inform Vice Minister Yao to accomplish the duties of a guardian in the form of a military mail.”

Political Commissar Yan wasn’t trying to intimidate him; he would do it!

That speech caused a cold sweat to break on both of Yao Jing’s parent’s backs. The married couple quickly exchanged a glance at each other, and they imdiately banished their previous thoughts!

Flying the flag at half-mast to welco a late heroine back to the country, what exactly was Ye Jian’s mother’s background! She’s been dead for so long, yet her honor still lingers for her daughter! Also, even the Pri Minister had personally covered her with a national flag!

“Please rest assured, the both of you, and we will supervise Yao Jing properly. Things like this will never happen again, and there will be no next ti!” Yao Jing’s mother promised with a stern expression, then turned towards Ye Jian and said: “Student Ye Jian, we will supervise her properly. Would you please forgive her for this?”

Regintal Commander Liu lifted his eyelids and casually said: “This kid’s heart is always rooted in reality. She has grown up under our watch. Do you want to receive her forgiveness over such a thing? Vice Minister Yao, you and your family, should stop making things difficult for her.”

Do you want little lass Jian’s forgiveness? The fact that she didn’t smack all of the teeth of the girl who had spoken rudely was proof she had given them leniency.

After being shown clearly that they would not be forgiven, the complexion on the parents changed slightly. If they are unable to receive her forgiveness, if this affects their daughter’s university exam, then it would be troubleso.

Yao Jing, who had realized she had kicked an iron plate3, under two gazes filled with substantial military might, she walked near Ye Jian without being able to stand with her back straight. She bowed deeply, “Ye Jian, I’m sorry, I’ve been acting too impudently, I’m sorry.”
