He looked at the audience and continued,
"...you all don’t get any disease or allergy from eating those cheap quality pills! Be aware, god knows what side effect you will suffer in the future!"
Gu Jin shook her head and said,
"You really need to look for quality in everything after all we always look for things we lack. But I think you should add a brain to your list too."
Saying her words, Gu Jin started arranging materials on the shelf.
All the people were stunned by Gu Jin’s blunt response before bursting into laughter,
"He was telling the truth!"
"Oh my god! He is so savage! I love him!"
"Is he single? I want to make him my boyfriend!"
The teenage-looking boy took 2 minutes to understand what Gu Jin ant and instantly felt angry. After cursing Gu Jin he hurriedly left.
On the way he kept on muttering,
"What so special about him? He is just a cocky b*stard!"
Unaware of incidents happening outside.
Gu Jin quickly filled the shelf and replaced the ’close’ card at the door with an ’open’
Custors instantly entered the shop and started shopping.

Gu Jin turned around and saw Song Hancheng, she stopped at her location, so that Song Hancheng could catch up with her.
Song Hancheng soon caught up with Gu Jin.
"Boss I wanted to thank you for your pills. If not for the excellent quality of the pills we would have died tomorrow. Thank you so much."
Saying so Song Hancheng bowed his head.
Gu Jin hurriedly dodged and said in a hasty tone,
"No need! No need! I just provided so small samples I didn’t know that those pills would have beco of any help to you."

"I’m glad to hear that the pills were able to help you. As for repaynt, there’s no need. I’m just happy to know that my work has made a positive impact."
Song Hancheng was anxious when he heard Gu Jin’s words he wanted to help her and hence he started thinking about the various ways to help Gu Jin.
Finally, he thought of a thod and said,
"Boss since this is a small business and you have just started of course you will have trouble gaining custors, so how about this?
I am a student at an ordinary magic school. As long as I market a pill, those pills beco famous.
I could help spread the word about your shop and your amazing pills among my classmates and friends.
I’m sure they would be interested in trying them out, especially after hearing about my experience."
Gu Jin raised an eyebrow.
Though she had a good impression of Song Hancheng she was still cautious and hence she asked,
"Why are you doing so much for ?"
Song Hancheng smiled earnestly at Gu Jin’s question.
"You provided with samples of your pills when I couldn’t afford them, and those pills saved my life.
I believe in repaying kindness with kindness, and I want to do whatever I can to help you succeed in your business."
Gu Jin’s expression softened as she listened to Song Hancheng’s sincere words.
Yet she maintained her distance expression and said,
"Then I will pay you 100 yuan for each custor you send to my shop. I will also give the custor recomnded by you a 50 yuan discount"
Song Hancheng’s eyes widened in surprise at Gu Jin’s offer.
He hadn’t expected to be compensated for his efforts, as his intention was simply to repay her kindness.
"Boss, you don’t have to do that," he replied earnestly.
"I’m happy to help you out of gratitude for what you’ve done for . Besides, I believe in your business and the quality of your pills. I want to see you succeed."
Gu Jin shook her head, a determined look in her eyes.
"I insist," she said firmly.
"I appreciate your willingness to help , but I also want to ensure that your efforts are recognized and rewarded. Consider it a token of my gratitude for your support."
Song Hancheng hesitated for a mont, his expression conflicted.
He didn’t want to accept paynt for sothing he genuinely wanted to do out of gratitude.
"Boss, how about this instead of giving a commission of 100 yuan, you let be your friend?"
Gu Jin paused, surprised by Song Hancheng’s unexpected request.
She looked at him, trying to gauge his sincerity, and saw the earnestness in his eyes.
"A friend?" she repeated a hint of curiosity in her voice.
"Yes," Song Hancheng nodded.
"I don’t want to be compensated monetarily for helping you. I genuinely want to support you because I believe in your business and in you.
If you allow to be your friend, that would an more to than any amount of money."
Gu Jin hesitated.
She never had many friends in her previous life.
And to be honest she didn’t want to make any more friends in those life.
In her previous life, she wasn’t able to save any of her friends, that is because she wasn’t capable enough...
Hence in this life, she didn’t want to make any friends until she was capable of protecting them...
Gu Jin didn’t want to hurt Song Hancheng but she didn’t want to confirm him as a friend too and hence she said,

He respected his decision and appreciated his honesty.
"I understand, Boss," he said with a smile. "I’ll do my best to earn your friendship over ti."
Gu Jin returned his smile.
She was happy that Song Hancheng understood her and continued,
"Since that is the case you will have to accept the commission!"
Song Hancheng knew that he couldn’t push Gu Jin any further and agreed with reluctance.
Gu Jin talked about their partnership for so ti and left.
Since the afternoon had already passed Gu Jin didn’t go back to her school and instead returned to the alley.
She entered the space and started making batch after batch of pills and rested only when she felt that the pills were sufficient.
After that Gu Jin cultivated her elents and started reading different alchemy formulas.
She wanted to experint with a few more pills.
