The cloaked figure knelt before the statue, bowing deeply.
"My Lord," the figure began, their voice echoing in the cavernous chamber.
"I have sensed a powerful disturbance in the flow of energy. Soone has experienced an epiphany."
Silence ensued. A few minutes passed just like that.
"An epiphany?" The voice that ca from the statue was deep and resonant, filled with a cold authority. "Where?"
Strangely the statue’s mouth didn’t open at all.
It was as if the voice was emanating directly from the statue itself, reverberating through the chamber.
"My lord I didn’t have the ti to investigate."
Whoosh.
The cloaked figure was thrown across the chamber, crashing against the cold stone wall.
A sharp, painful gasp escaped their lips as they struggled to their knees, their head bowed in submission.
"You dare co to with incomplete information?" the voice from the statue thundered, shaking the very foundation of the fortress.
The oppressive aura intensified, making it hard for the cloaked figure to breathe.
"I-I apologize, my lord," the figure stamred, fear evident in their voice.
"I sensed the disturbance and ca to inform you imdiately. I didn’t want to waste ti in case it posed a threat to our plans."
There was a long, tense silence before the oppressive aura lessened slightly.
"Very well," the voice finally said, though still laced with anger.
"You will go back and investigate this matter thoroughly. Find out who is having the epiphany and why. Report back to imdiately. Do not fail again."
"Yes, my lord," the cloaked figure replied, scrambling to their feet and bowing deeply once more before swiftly leaving the chamber.
The fortress turned silent again.
Just when the cloaked figure exited the fortress, it wasn’t able to sense the golden energy at all.
"Damn it." The figure muttered and took out a scroll, he quickly typed out a ssage and tore the scroll.
At the sa ti, many individuals in different locations a ssages. Surprisingly the expressions of the individuals were quite the sa.
The cloaked figure quickly left the dark forest.

However, before they can take any action, the golden energy disappears.
The head of the Magic Association, Elder Qin walked up to the floor-to-ceiling window and gazed outside with a serious expression.
He looked like a middle-aged man, his blue eyes were narrowed slit, as if he was in deep thought.

Just then, the door of the room was opened and a young man in a brown suit, nad Assistant Chang entered the room.

Elder Qin’s face scrunched up.

"Are you sure, the energy ca from Fujio City?" Elder Qin asked.

"Contact the branch manager of Fujio city and ask him to investigate. We have to get that person before anyone else makes a move.

Once assistant Chang left, Elder Qin muttered,

Unaware of the sensation caused by her, Gu Jin slowly absorbed the golden light around her.

Elder Wu wasn’t stunned and chuckled,
"Brat, I guarded you for the past 6 months. However, instead of gratitude, you suspect . I feel heartbroken!"
Gu Jin didn’t answer him, instead, she asked,
"Do you like spaghetti or atballs?"
This was one of the things that Gu Jin had learned.

Gu Jin called out to her space,

Gu Jin nodded and stood up straight.
Then she bowed to Elder Wu and said,
"I will repay your debt soday."
Elder Wu chuckled,
"No need. You are like my granddaughter."
Gu Jin changed the topic and asked,
"What do you an by more forces will pursue ?"
"I will answer that later, but first tell , what special thing you gained."
It was said in history books, the longer the epiphany ti is, the more valuable power the person will gain.
"I guess my casting speed will be faster now and much more stronger now."
Since she was able to understand how to avoid all the other elents while focusing on plant elents, her casting speed will increase and small plant molecules from the environnt drawn will be more pure now!
