The arrival of these Snowstorm Mountain civilians was a significant boost to the population structure balance in the Fla Kingdom.
Thus, Liszt instructed Yevich, “You must ensure that the civil war in Snowstorm Mountain Duchy lasts for three to five years, continuously relocating populations to supplent our Fla Kingdom.”
