The sun bathed the city in a golden glow as Jason Cross stepped into his sleek new car. The engine purred like a well-fed predator, a fitting companion for a man like him. Jason chuckled as he left. Today was another day where he would continue his plans to try and take over the world.
Slowly but surely...
As Jason was on the road he soon saw sothing… interesting happening. He was being followed. As he turned into a sidestreet, he missed the person… So either the person had left, or they were going with the mains… Did they know where Jason was doing? Or maybe there were many of them? Or possibly... It was a situation of Jason overthinking...
But he always left at this ti and had never seen the car before. Maybe it was just a one-day occurrence. Whatever it was, Jason shook his head, telling himself not to overthink it.
Funny. Jason went back to the main street only to see that the car was gone. And then suddenly it had co back onto the main street from a sidestreet, that sa side street Jason had gone into before as if afraid to lose him too much.
Haha... got him. He was being followed… Who was it this ti? Troy? The Cross Family? Jas? Whoever it was, Jason had no fear. They could co at him all they liked but today he was going to have a normal day at the office and nothing else. Let them collect information as much as they like.
Jason got to work imdiately. His morning had been productive, but as the hours passed, his thoughts drifted to Isabella. Jason had to admit. He missed the girl. It had been a while since he saw her. He wanted to see her again.
Her sweet texts lingered in his mind, her playful requests to see him recently stirring sothing primal within him. She was a woman he loved being with. She was the one who had awakened Jason to this thing inside him, this possessive monster that fuelled his actions. That was why he was grateful for her, and why he treasured her so much.
At midday, Jason finally decided it was ti. Picking up his phone, he dialled her number. She answered almost imdiately, her soft, lodic voice wrapping around him like a warm embrace.
"Hello, Jason," she said, her tone laced with excitent.
"Hello, my little girl," Jason replied, his voice deep and velvety, the faintest hint of a smirk playing on his lips. She would understand what he ant. He was sure of it. He was employing mirroring, repeating the tone of her excitent while subtly asserting dominance with the nickna.
This technique deepened their connection while keeping him firmly in control. He was using things like these with most of his won, giving them nicknas that only he would understand and call them by. The na would be an anchor to a positive state or feeling. In ISabella’s case, it was the feeling of being protected and cared for by her "Daddy".
"I’ve missed you so much," Isabella confessed, her voice tinged with longing. Jason couldn’t help but smile when he heard that. Who else could admit sothing like this with no real problems? Only Isabella. There was just sothing about the fact that he was being missed that made him feel warm inside. After all, he missed her too.
"And I’ve missed you, too," he said, his words deliberate and slow, each one a promise. "Cancel all your plans tonight. You’re going with !"
"What?! Where are we going? What are we doing?" Isabella said in excitent. Jason chuckled.
"It’s a secret. But I will give you a hint... We’ll go shopping first. And afterward…" He let the words hang in the air, his tone dropping suggestively. "Daddy’s going to take care of you."
She giggled, a sound so innocent it belied the fire in her voice. "Are we going to et at the mall?" Jason understood why she said this. She thought Jason didnt have a car like last ti. She was wondering if they were going to et at the mall or not. Well, Jason had sothing to say to that.
Jason chuckled, his confidence radiating through the phone. "No, little one. Wait at your work. I’ll pick you up. And try not to scream when you see my new car."
She gasped, barely containing her excitent. "A new car? Jason, you didn’t—"
"You’ll see," he interrupted, his voice smooth despite the warmth he felt from her genuine excitent at the accomplishnt of getting a car. "Be ready for , okay?."
After a few more playful exchanges, they ended the call, with Isabella whispering at the end. "Yes. And Jason… I love you." She said it so shyly, so quietly that it beca obvious she must have been hiding herself away at work so that she wasn’t going to be heard.
Jason responded with a simple, "I know. Daddy loves you, too," eliciting giggles from her. He put the phone away, a satisfied smirk on his face, but the mont was interrupted by a sharp voice.
"So, ’Daddy’, who’s the lucky one tonight?" Samantha Ellis’s tone dripped with sarcasm as she stepped into his office. Bruh… she had heard his conversation. Jason had almost forgotten how much of a psycho-control freak this woman was. After the previous day’s shenanigans, it had beco obvious that not only was he being watched, but he was being listened to too. Jason smirked.
Jason’s eyes flicked up to et hers. She was a vision in a tailored outfit that hugged her curves in all the right places, her sharp blonde bob framing her striking blue eyes. Her presence was magnetic, and she knew it, walking in there like she owned the place. She did. At least partly. A good 20 per cent.
"Samantha," he said, leaning back in his chair, his smirk deepening. "Jealous, are we? How much ti do you spend every day just watching ? I wonder... when you watch , do you touch yourself?" Jason said this with a smirk.
She crossed her arms, her eyes narrowing. "You bastard! You think too much of yourself! As for being jealous? What is there to be jealous of? Spending ti with a man-whore like you? Yeah... Hardly jealous. But I can’t help but wonder... why you didn’t invite instead."
Jason heard those words and blinked a few tis as she ca to stand in front of his desk. Did she not just contradict herself? She said she wasn’t jealous only to co back and be jealous once more. Won were so complicated. But that made them super simple.
