"Sir, we have received a reply from the Red Moon pack and the alpha said that he has already arranged for three more strong packs to help us because they want to deal with the rogues too, and want to stand with us for the bigger cause," Harry reported.
Sebastian nodded at his n before looking at another report about the human rogues who were seen talking to Sirens.
"What intel do we have on Sirens?" Sebastian asked and Lucas sighed.
"So of the sirens want to fight against us,"
"Hmm, that’s okay. They are not such powerful beings. They can be easily dealt with. What do we have on the weapon and ammunition reports? Was anyone able to surpass the security and get the intel?" Sebastian asked his n.
He saw his n hesitating and imdiately placed the reports he was reading on the desk.
"What is it?" He asked.
"Sir, they are using anti-aircraft missiles and tanks too," Lucas said, his words surprising Sebastian.
These humans were really not stopping at anything to destroy nature.
These were so of the reasons why he hated the species so much. They act like they own this earth and it’s a place made just for them to destroy it in whatever way they like.
As if what they have done to their natural habitats wasn’t enough, they want to destroy it even more in the na of war.
A scoff left his mouth.
If the humans were using such heavy weapons despite knowing there would be witches on their sides, it wouldn’t be wrong to say that their weapons would probably be accustod and well affiliated with Magna too, like those swords that those rogue vampires were holding.
"I want to et the leader who is dealing with the weapons and ammunition on our side too. Let’s change our strategy a little. Nathaniel and Grandfather Luscious sent a map with so pointers, and I think the plan was well thought out. We can accumulate this strategy in our plans," Sebastian said.
Garry imdiately left to call the ntioned leader.
"Harry, what reports have you brought?" Sebastian asked, and the man stepped ahead.
"Sir, my reports are related to the number of people we were able to gather. The thing is the vampires -" Harry paused when he saw Prince Stephano and Marcus appearing at the entrance of the hall, followed by Santo and Victoria.
Sebastian didn’t need to be told who entered the hall, and he sighed, massaging his forehead.
He was not in the mood to deal with any kind of nonsense.
Sotis he wonders if the real definition used for a family was an annoying bunch of people put together in so kind of bond that you can’t cut easily.
"What do you want?" Sebastian asked.
"We are here to help," Prince Stephano said at once, looking at other subordinates who didn’t have a welcoming look in their eyes.
And why would they? Their boss and lady boss practically got humiliated in the Kingdom, and no one in the family wanted to stand up for them. They only had each other in such a big family.
"Thanks for your concern, but as you can see, we are holding just fine," Sebastian said, and Stephano pressed his lips into a thin line.
"Sebastian, can we keep what happened to the royal palace aside? This war is not sothing that you can handle alone. You have to be the bigger person -" Stephano couldn’t even complete his sentence when a snarl left Sebastian’s mouth, and he looked at his brother with his iris completely red.
"I dare you to complete that sentence. What happened was that an elderly man who was supposed to shower my wife with love and accept her in the family raised his hand at her. What happened was that one of the elder Princes of the family had designs on my wife. I am more than happy being the selfish person here, but I am not going to let it go this ti," Sebastian said, and everyone took a step back instinctively when they saw the animosity in his eyes.
"It’s not . This ti it’s her, and for her, I can burn this entire kingdom, so you better watch your mouth when you talk to concerning my wife. Or I promise you, dear elder brother, I will turn your biggest fear into your reality," Sebastian threatened his brother.
Victoria, who was listening to what their youngest brother was talking about, scoffed.
"See, I told you he won’t listen to us. Help him? Does it look like he needs any kind of help? He might as well gobble up the entire family with this attitude. Maybe the preacher was right. He indeed is the chosen prince who would bring doom to our kingdom," Victoria said.
Santo didn’t say anything. He just stood there, his lips pressed into a thin line as he saw the agitation on his brother’s face.
He looked at their brother Stephano, who was comparatively calm and didn’t know if it would be alright to intervene like Victoria did.
That girl has always been impulsive, and he wouldn’t be shocked if Sebastian snapped at her today. He was already angry and-
Santo couldn’t even complete his thoughts when Victoria said sothing to provoke Sebastian even more.
"The family is here to help you. Can’t you see that? Your wife was the one who invited this war upon us guys. Has she really wiped any little brain you had? We are in a mont of crisis because of her. It was natural for our grandfather to raise his hand. Can you stop thinking from her p*ssy and use your brain? That wretched woman has -" Victoria kept adding, not even looking at Sebastian, who was losing his sh*t.
"Victoria!" Prince Stephano warned their sister, but it was too late because the next second, Sebastian used his vampire speed and grabbed Victoria’s neck, slamming her into the wall.
Without wasting a second, he elongated his fangs to everyone’s surprise as they watched him in horror.
"Sebastian, calm down. It’s not worth it. You are better than that. She is our sister. You know she is just like that," Everyone beca alert while Victoria froze in his hands, unable to move because of the venom in his eyes that manipulated her thinking ability.
"Yes? What were you saying, dear sister? Should I use my brain? My brain tells you probably deserved all that dostic violence because you are just like that, pathetic and undeserving of love," Sebastian seethed.
Victoria’s eyes brimd with tears.
"You don’t an that," She said, and Sebastian scoffed, his beast side already taking over him.
"Oh, dear sister, I an every second of it. Do you think you are sothing? Heck, even a normal soldier on our team is quite more powerful than you. You are just lucky that my wife isn’t here to hear what cos out of your shitty mouth. Because if she was -" Sebastian shifted his hand above, grabbing her jaws in a tight grip.
Tears spilled from Victoria’s eyes that were followed by blood from the corner of her mouth.
"Sebastian, don’t be so impulsive. You are not just a prince anymore. Think about all the people around you. What example are you setting? She is your sister," Prince Stephano tried to talk his brother out of whatever was going on inside his head.
Sebastian smiled. One of those condescending smiles that promised nothing good before he scoffed.
"I think I am setting a pretty good example. If anyone is bullying your loved ones and you have the power to retaliate, do it. And even if you are not powerful, do it for love," Sebastian said before he shifted his gaze back to the woman, whose face was turning pale as she was having trouble breathing.
It almost felt like her jaws would break because of his tight grip.
"So, where were we? You had so opinions about my wife. And this isn’t the first ti you expressed them either. Let’s get this over for once because as you can see, I don’t have much ti on my hands," Sebastian whispered.
Prince Stephano looked at Santo and Marcus, who nodded at each other.
Since their brother wasn’t listening to them, the only option left for them was to forcefully remove him from their sister.
And obviously, no one was strong enough to be able to do without the support of others.
"On the count of three," Stephano mouthed to Marcus and Santo, who nodded back and looked at their brother.
"What? Cat got your tongue?" Sebastian asked before he bared his fangs and tilted his head to scare her even more.
Thinking their brother was about to hurt their sister and drink her blood for real, they were about to move towards him when they felt it.
The presence of one person who could control their brother.
They got visibly relaxed, but they would’ve never thought about what was about to happen next.
Elliana, who appeared in the hall, looked at the scene in front of her, and as Sebastian leaned, she placed her hand in front of Sebastian’s mouth, making the man pause imdiately when he slt his wife’s scent.
"Princess-" Sebastian stepped back from Victoria, ready to explain when Elliana raised her hand and slapped his chest.
It was a soft slap, but it hurt Sebastian.
The look of betrayal in her eyes hurt him and he nearly fell on his knees when he saw tears in her eyes.
"Princess, what’s wrong?" He stepped forward, ready to cup her cheeks, but she raised her finger to stop him.
"You are not my husband anymore," She whispered, tears streaming down her cheeks.
