"Princess! Princess! Damn it!" Sebastian tried to run towards the shield, but the white witches standing behind him, imdiately held his hand since they knew they couldn’t use their magic against him.
"I said let go!" Sebastian pushed Pluto away, making the other white witches fall back on the ground.
"I am not going to stand here and watch my wife getting hurt like you cowards," Sebastian rushed towards the battle, his beast clouding his thoughts.
He went straight to where the blood drops were, his heart pounding in his chest as the heat crept up his brain, making it hard for him to believe anything.
With his trembling form, Sebastian extended his fingers to touch the blood on the ground, thousands of thoughts running through his head.
He looked up towards the sky where there was no sign of his wife or that dragon.
’Isn’t this exactly how this dragon took away Grayson’s life too?’
He rembered one of the witches talking and his fists clenched before he finally touched the blood to see if it belonged to his wife or not.
The familiar sll and energy that traveled into his body as soon as he touched the blood, made him stumble back and fall on the ground.
’His wife’s blood. His Princess’s blood! ’ His beast paused in utter shock.
Elliana’s smiling face in his mories imdiately changed to her pained face that was coughing blood earlier.
He could stop it. He could stop this from happening but...
Sebastian raised his head and looked at the man in front of him who hurt his wife, his eyes turning black in a second.
"You dare hurt my wife," Sebastian whispered, his voice like a python’s hiss.
Pluto didn’t need to be told twice what was happening.
"Quickly, break this shield. If Sebastian’s beast took over, it would be the death of all of you," Pluto ordered the witches who imdiately raised their hands in the air.
However, before they could even process their Magna, they saw a glint in the sky.
"Wait... Is that..." Pluto asked, his eyes wide, and Sebastian, who imdiately felt his wife’s presence back, looked up at the sky.
There on the back of the dragon, Elliana was sitting, proudly while the dragon jerked itself harshly to throw her off.
It almost looked like she was trying to put so kind of ropes on the dragon and control it.
"You son of a water mother dragon, I will get to you, just you wait!" Elliana shouted before she raised her body in the air, stabilizing herself before she circled her hands and ford a circle that was made of so magical violet particles.
"What the hell is she doing?" One of the parents, who was seeing this kind of fight for the first ti, asked the teachers, and for the first ti, the teachers had no idea what was going through this girl’s head.
They looked at the dean and the elder white witches for help.
"She is probably giving her magna to the dragon," Arthur said, but Pluto clicked his tongue.
"She is very ticulous when it cos to things like these, isn’t she? She isn’t giving her energy to the dragon. Rather she is hitting the dragon’s negative traits which makes it hard for everyone to control him. This was the sa mistake Grayson made, no?" Pluto asked.
This was one of the crucial tis when you could either strengthen your bond with the dragon or lose it forever. Grayson made the mistake of giving his energy to the dragon to control it.
He thought that if he gave his good energy to the dragon then it would obey him. However, what he forgot was that by doing this, he was actually weakening his defense and making himself weaker in front of the dragon that got the chance to be free.
However, what Elliana was doing was the complete opposite of it.
Rather than giving her energy to him, she was trying to absorb the dragon’s energy to beco stronger and hit its negative form.
"What do you think, Pluto? Will she be able to do it?" Care asked.
Pluto looked at the girl, who had multiple wounds on her body. It almost looked like her body was falling apart as more drops of blood dropped on the ground.
She was clearly struggling in the air which was probably not her strongest elent.
But would she be able to do it?
"She is Azura’s daughter. She has to do it," Pluto said, and Care looked at the girl.
Prakrith, Kadakali, and the other witches who had been observing this girl their entire life looked at each other.
"What do you guys think?" Jalizana asked.
"If she controls this dragon today and her resolution doesn’t break, it won’t be long before she will surpass her mother," Kadakali said.
Prakrith sighed. It wasn’t just about surpassing her own mother, she might as well surpass Arizona too, and if this happened, she would be truly happy.
While everyone was speculating whether she would be able to do it or not, Azrael, who was watching everything unfolding in front of her, smiled to herself.
She made a perfect choice, didn’t she? Rather than acting against the mother, this daughter was more useful.
Elliana raised her right hand in the air as she was using her left hand to keep herself stable.
She smiled even when she was going through so much pain, looking into the blue eyes of the dragon who roared at her.
’I am surrendering myself to you,

I am not above you, but you are definitely the most enchanting thing I have seen.

So let put this rope on you,’ Elliana closed her eyes as she sang these words to the dragon-like lullaby before opening her eyes.
She hit the dragon’s energy again before whispering, "Accept . I am just like you,"
As soon as she said these words, her eyes turned blue, surprising the onlookers.
"The f*ck!" Pluto imdiately stepped ahead, amazed by this technique.
Does this girl even realize what she is doing or if her eyes are changing colors like that? Resonating with the dragon?
Elliana looked straight into the dragon’s blue eyes, who for so reason, looked back at her curiously.
"Keep calm. Let co to you," Elliana extended her hand to tell the dragon, she ant no harm.
The dragon started moving closer to her, making Elliana hold her breath.
"Be careful, my love," Sebastian whispered.
’Your love is with . Nothing will happen to ever, Mr. Marino,’ Elliana replied through the mind link, not breaking her eye contact with the dragon that nudged its face to her, almost making her fall back since her left hand moved.
However, to everyone’s surprise, the dragon imdiately flew forward, placing Elliana on its back.
Elliana widened her eyes when a strange white-colored rope ford on the dragon out of nowhere, the string coming into her hand, making her smile.
"Woohoooo!" Elliana raised her right hand in the air to tell everyone ’she did it’, her left hand holding the strings as the dragon moved around roaring and growling.
"Mr. Marino!" Elliana shouted, waving her hands at him while she held the magna ropes that were tied to the dragon’s nose.
"This is fun. Co," Elliana smiled as she moved the dragon at her whims, surprising everyone.
She dipped the dragon when she saw Mr. Marino’s eyes go back to normal before she held his hand and pulled him on the dragon.
"You always said the animals are wary of you, no? Let help you ride a dragon," Elliana said, making the vampire king sit on the dragon.
Seeing his bleeding wife who was grinning so happily now, Sebastian didn’t know how to act anymore.
She would really be the death of him one day. He nearly killed all these white witches for not protecting her today.
Sebastian sighed before he held her close to himself to calm his beast.
