He was restless. From the mont Elliana left the room, he couldn’t think straight.
"Aaaa!!" Sebastian growled in sheer anger as he kicked the stone far into the distance.
He knew he couldn’t stay in the Inn with the amount of anger he was feeling at the mont.
She was hurt. He could see that. He could feel it in his bones. The way her eyes teared up, and she smiled through tears, Sebastian could see it all.
It would’ve been okay if she had slapped him, hated him, or just ignored him or shouted at him to take out her sadness and frustrations, but the way she looked at him, still smiling like nothing was wrong, like she deserved it all, like she expected it to happen to her, that was what more frustrating to him.
How could she?! How could she think of being normal with him even after this? How could she act like he wasn’t a monster and that she wasn’t supposed to have him? Why did she have to like him? Like a devil like him that only brings darkness to the world.
What the f*ck was wrong with her head.
Sebastian snarled before punching a tree, making it fall to the ground.
This was making him insane. He needed to take out his anger on sothing.
After punching a few more trees when he still couldn’t feel his anger anywhere near subsidizing, he walked to the lake and jumped into it, closing his eyes underwater.
As he stayed under the water, the mories of the past, of that dood day, started echoing and playing in his head like a movie reel.
That day when he got the news that his mother was kidnapped by the human camps. The sa day he lost his sanity and beca the devil.
That day when he beca insane, trying to find the only family mber who loved him and believed in him.
He searched for his mother for five long hours. Every minute of that ti was like a year, and he knew every minute he was delaying in getting her, she was being tornted by those evil humans who didn’t have any humanity left.
He tried his best to find his mother as soon as possible, hoping to save her. He had at least thought that those humans will not hurt her too much, probably beat her up a little, but nothing too severe his strong mother can’t handle and he will negotiate.
All the terms he would use to free his mother, even putting his life on the negotiation table if that’s what they would want. He had decided everything. However, when he reached there, he hadn’t expected to see what he did.
It was as if his soul left his body that day.
’Hey, leech, look who here,’ The human males were standing, surrounding his mother, who was on the ground, shaking and whimpering, moaning in pain. Her soft cries still echo in his head.
One of them zipped his pants as soon as Sebastian reached there. His heart skipped a beat before it started beating at an imnsely painful pace.
There his mother was.
Lying in the pool of her blood, his mother looked at him with dead emotionless eyes. There was not even a single shred of cloth on her body, and Sebastian’s entire body trembled with a strange emotion.
’Now we know why you vampires are so addicted to s*x and stuff. It was really good doing it with this leech. She took all our d*cks quite well,’ one of the n said, and Sebastian’s gaze shifted to him montarily, taking him and his appearance and the blood on his clothes that belonged to his mother.
His gaze shifted to his mother again who was taking her last breath,
’Mom. I am sorry. I am late. Nothing will happen to you now, Mom,’ he stepped closer to her, extending his shaking hand to touch her.
’I am sorry,’ She mouthed to him, guilt and sha clear in her eyes before she plunged her hand into her chest and pulled out her heart.
Thud. That’s what he heard before a ringing sound took over his head, his mind processing what happened.
’Mommmm!!!!’ Sebastian scread the loudest he could as his heart shattered into tiny pieces, her mother’s heart rolling from her hands, the pumping organ making his head vision blur.
’I told you we shouldn’t have uncuffed her hands. Look what she did. People were still waiting for their turns,’ the human said emotionlessly.
’You ca here to negotiate on the war, no?’ that was the last thing the human said, and also the last ti Sebastian had a flicker of emotions in his heart.
Since then he has felt nothing but rage and anger. There was no space of positivity in his heart.
Those people had captured him too.
’Hahah, do you think you guys deserve rcy? You leech deserve only hatred. Blood suckers like you don’t deserve to live or be loved. What the hell are you doing roaming the grounds? You all should die. So what if your mother died? You have a hole that we can use too. That’s the only good use you can do with this pathetic body of yours,’
Gasp!!
Sebastian surfaced on the lake and took a deep breath. Those mories were more suffocating than the water. Every ti he thinks of those mories, he is filled with nothing but hatred.
Hate towards humanity.
Even after all those years, the cases of vampire girls being molested by humans and trafficked in s*x business were still going on. Though the news about these cases was suppressed by the kingdom, Sebastian knew what was going on in the kingdom, which was even more reason why he wanted the throne.
His grandpa might think of peace, but peace was never an option. Those heartless humans didn’t deserve it.
And among those humans, a small bud ca to him. It’s ironic how that species took away everything from him and yet the princess wanted to give up her life to like him.
She didn’t deserve any of what he was doing to her, but it doesn’t an that species didn’t deserve what he had in mind for them.
He closed his eyes again, feeling the water flow around him, his fists clenching as her sad face appeared in his head, making him sigh once again.
He didn’t want to hurt her, but he has no response to what she had to offer. That human was right, people like him don’t deserve any love. There is nothing like ho to them. They are just born to bring havoc and evilness to the world, and that’s what his objective was too.
He wants to kill every single human being of that hunter bloodline. All the people whose ancestors were in the camp that took away his mother from him and etched a painful mory inside his head in a way that he can’t get away with it.
And one of those people was the royal Kingdom of the hunter’s bloodline.
He won’t be able to kill them if he starts feeling for the princess, despite her innocence in the matter.
He can’t kill soone he will fall for. It was better she stays away from him from now on. That’s the least he could do for her. She can’t love a devil and co out of it unscathed. And thus, he will make her hate the devil now.
Sebastian sighed before walking out of the lake, his anger cald now after he talked himself through his reasons.
