Shane slowly opened his eyes. He saw a blurry figure looking at him. when his vision cleared, he saw Ruby looking at him. her face pale, worry apparent on her face.

"Are you alright? Are you feeling any pain sowhere? Tell , I’ll heal you right away!"

"I-I’m alright sister. Just feeling a bit s-stiff." Shane sat up, groaning in pain as his body ached all over.

Just then his eyes fell on his body. He was almost naked with just a piece of cloth covering his groin.

"AAH!! Sister! Look away! I’m naked here." Shane scread at her.

"I used to bathe you all the ti when you were small. What’s there to feel ashad in front of ."

"I was just six that ti. I’m an adult now! co on sister!"

"Alright! Alright!" Ruby turned away, chuckling. Finally relieved that he was alright, and there was nothing to worry about.

"Get dressed, naked prince!" Luke teased Shane, passing him clothes with a smirk on his face.

Shane hurriedly got dressed and stood up. After he was done, Ruby turned around again. Noah and Stormbreaker also ca near.

"How is it? You feel mana now?" Noah asked.

Only then Shane recalled why all this has happened. He closed his eyes and focused his mind on his heart.

A blue runic circle was now present surrounding his heart, pulsating with his every heartbeat. He tried channeling his mana when the mana from the circle passed through the newly ford channels and appeared over his palm.

A wide smile spread on Shane’s face. Teardrops rolled down his cheeks. He was crying and wiping his nose now. The mana that he yearned for all this ti, was finally dancing over his palm after sixteen years of his life.

He got emotional, not able to control his tears. Ruby wiped the tears off of his face. She looked at him warmly with a smile.

"I-I can f-finally use mana sister...finally." Shane bawled his eyes out. Ruby hugged him. patting his back, letting him cry out all the years of frustration and emotions.

Seeing him like this, Ruby couldn’t hold herself and she cried for him too. After a long ti, the brother sister pair cald down and collected themselves.

"Congrats Shane! You won’t need to refill your mana stones from now on." Luke said with a smirk.

"He’ll be able to fire at will now. No need to save your shots." Noah said.

"Hahaha! I’ll make the strongest cannon ever now. it will be capable of wiping out the whole forest of corruption." Shane puffed his chest up, trying to boast.

"Woho! Hold your horses, man! You’re just a first circle. There’s a long way to go." Noah chuckled.

Just then Stormbreaker ca near them with a small book in his hand.

"Congratulations child. You’re a Draconic mage now."

"Thank you for looking after and helping awaken senior." Shane bowed towards Stormbreaker, as without him, Luke would have never found the dragon core potion, and he could have never awakened.

"Here. You’ll need this." The book floated from Stormbreaker’s hands and moved towards Shane.

"What is this senior?" Shane asked, receiving the book.

"This is a cultivation technique for draconic mages like you. The ones that the humans use will not work for you, since you have now is the draconic mana. Not the usual mana possessed by the humans." Stormbreaker said.

Shane and the others nodded in understanding. They were focused on the awakening so much that they never thought about such a crucial thing.

"Thank you so much senior! I don’t know how I’ll repay this favor." Shane grabbed the book tight and bend his waist, bowing towards Stormbreaker.

"It’s alright child. What I’m doing is for the dragon race only. I’m acting selfish here anyway." Stormbreaker smiled as he said.

"Thank you for helping my brother senior." Ruby bowed towards Stormbreaker.

Luke and Noah followed as they bowed at him too. "Thank you for helping us too senior."

"Haha! I did nothing! It was all earned by you all. I was just an observer. Stand up. Don’t do this now." Stormbreaker waved his hands up, lifting all four of them up, as they stood straight again.

"We don’t know how we’ll repay you for this grace senior? What could we even give you?" Luke said.

"If you are this thankful then promise one thing."

"What is it senior?" Luke asked.

"Promise that if you ever co across soone from the dragon race and find them in a difficult situation. Try to help them if possible. That will be enough for ." Stormbreaker said.

"We promise senior." All four of them accepted without a second of hesitation.

"I guess you all would have to leave soon. But before you depart. Take this as a gift from my side." Stormbreaker said with a smile as four rings appeared in his palm and slowly floated towards each one of them.

The four of them accepted the ring but were confused and wanted to ask him when Stormbreaker himself started explaining.

"These are the rings of unity. When all four of you are together, it will buff you all with increased attack and defense power. And when you are long distance away from each other, you can appear right beside the one wearing this ring with the consent of the other."

All four of them were shocked. This gift was too precious. People would jump at each other in the continent to have this ring for themselves.

"Also. For Ruby the ring is a special one. It increases your mana capacity and decreases mana expenditure. Also, it’s main feature is that it strengthens healing spells." Stormbreaker said with a wide smile.

Ruby was taken aback. She couldn’t even dream of acquiring such a ring. She was more than thankful to Stormbreaker now.

"Thank you so much senior. I will protect this ring more than my life."

Stormbreaker smiled at her. "Protect yourself first. That’s why i’ve given the ring to you all. For i hope that one day, all the realms will know your nas."
